Kevin’s brows furrowed, but based on his facial expression, it seemed like he already had an idea of what Oliver was talking about.

“Someone’s following you, isn’t it?” Oliver asked, although he already knew the answer.

“Yeah.” Kevin nodded, his hands balling into fists. “I noticed it recently, and I think they were from Card Elite.”

“We’re in a serious situation right now. I know how to balance between being playful and focusing on the real game,” answered Nick.He wasn’t boasting. The sincerity was evident in his tone.“Like what you said before, Jack is someone we couldn’t underestimate, so I always keep that in mind,” he added. “We must be careful, especially now that they are using resources that could be out of this world.”“I agree.” Samuel nodded, agreeing with Nick’s words. “Jack might have just been playing before, but things have gone out of hand now. He might be aggressive.”Ray’s eyes narrowed as he looked at Oliver.“Is this why you said that the

Upon saying those words, Oliver’s gaze moved to Melissa, who was now staring back at them after hearing their conversation.“Am I right, Melissa?”“Yep,” Melissa answered without hesitation, smiling. “No hard feelings about it. After all, everyone works for the Legion. This is where our loyalty lies.”“And… To be honest, when I knew that it was Jack who betrayed us, it was painful, too. I would feel the same if it’s one of you and not him,” Melissa added.“If I just had the authority, I might have done something beyond my imagination. All of you were still kind enough that you chose to hurt me with only words, even though you’re capable of doing more than that.”

Vesta’s words were reassuring, but Jack still couldn’t help but be nervous about something.“Right. I hope so,” Jack answered with a sigh. “You know that you can’t underestimate Legion, especially Oliver Hunt.”He added, “No matter how careful we were, he still finds a way to catch up. Before, I found it interesting. I thought we were just playing. But now, it’s annoying.”Vesta chuckled. “You’re right. Legion is such a pain in the ass. We were just able to tame them because the Legion V disbanded three years ago.”“Now that they’re back, they’re causing trouble again.” Vesta shook his head. “I thought Oliver died back then. How lucky for him to stay alive after th

So far, the results were exceptional.”The leader took one of the ma

“Oliver, the son of Raquim,” the Ogre said, his tone cold and intimidating, and at the same time, polite. “We need to go. I’m going to take you away from here.”With the Ogre’s arrival, the yellow light coming from the necklace started to fade away, until it only looked like an ordinary one.“I see…” the ogre spoke as he looked at Oliver from head to toe, as if he had just realized something. “It looks like Raquim had started removing your memory.”“But there were still remnants. If I let it be, then you’ll remember anything before you even reach the legal age. It might put you in danger if you go back here.”Placing his hand onto Oliver’s head, the ogre spoke again, “Let me finish everything for him.”Suddenly, Oliver felt an intense pain coming from his head, traveling into his veins.“Aaahhh!”Oliver closed his eyes because of extreme pain. It was overwhelming and terrifying at the same time. But when he opened his eyes again, he was shocked that he was in the Legion’s meeting room
