DETECTIVE JOHN
What?!?" Pia exclaimed.
“What's within?”
Saying, "Oh my God! Is that a finger that has been chopped?’
Cassandra uttered, "I'm not sure!”
"What the fuck does that even mean?!?" exclaimed Pia.
Cassandra says, "What?!?" Please don't look at me that way. Furthermore, I have no idea what that even means!’
Pia commented, "This is embarrassing," and Cassia responded, "Okay, I'm going to call the police right away."
"No!" exclaimed Pia. Oh no, please don't! “
Cassiandra uttered, "Are you serious at this moment? Cass, that is one fucking chopped finger! Furthermore, we have no idea whose finger it is!”
"I'm sure that whoever sent this wouldn't really like it if we ever called the police about this," Pia said. "I also think that they might be keeping an eye on us right now."
Cassandra was already breathing heavily as she was scared and doesn't know what to do. She panicked while Pia remained calm and silent as she tries to calm her friend down.
Fear flashed through Cassandra's mind as she and Pia stood next to her car, their nerves still raw from the uncomfortable meeting.
"Then, what do we do now?" Cassandra's eyes darted across the surroundings while her voice wavered with anxiety.
With her own heart rate accelerating due to adrenaline, Pia tried to calm their agitated minds. "Maybe we'll try to calm down first..."
However, Cassandra's mind was already racing, a flash of insight emerging in her. "But wait, the letter!"
Pia looked in astonishment, taken aback by Cassandra's apparent eagerness. "What?"
Words flew out of Cassandra's mouth, a trace of panic in her tone. "H-Haven't that box come with a letter?"
Pia's face wrinkled as she considered what Cassandra had said, realizing what had happened.

COLIN VERUS, A MAN REBORN
"Mr. Verus,” she said, “the surgery has already been paid for.”
Cassius blinked, stunned. “What? By who?”
Before the nurse could respond, a tall, imposing figure appeared. The man was impeccably dressed, his presence commanding attention. “I paid for it,” the man said, his deep voice resonating in the sterile corridor.
Cassius stood, his body tense. “Who are you?”
The man smiled faintly, extending a hand. “Augustus Verus,” he said. “Your father.”
Shock coursed through Cassius. “My father?” he echoed, incredulous. “That’s impossible.”
“It’s the truth,” Augustus said, pulling out a neatly folded envelope. Inside were photographs, documents—proof of their connection. “I’ve been watching from a distance, waiting for the right moment to step in. And now, it’s time.”
Cassius stared at the evidence, his emotions a whirlwind of disbelief, anger, and curiosity. “Why now? Why not before?”
Augustus met his gaze steadily. “Because you had to face life’s hardships to grow. But now, you’ve earned the right to know the truth—and the power to change your fate.” He handed Cassius a sleek black card. “This is yours. It grants you access to my wealth. Use it wisely.”
Cassius hesitated before taking the card, his fingers trembling. The weight of everything that had happened—his humiliation, his sister’s injury, and now this revelation—threatened to overwhelm him. But as he looked at Augustus, determination flickered in his eyes.
“I’ll use this,” he said quietly, “to protect Vinna—and to repay everyone who looked down on me.”
Augustus nodded, a faint smile on his lips. “Then I trust you won’t disappoint me, son.”
Cassius watched as Augustus walked away, leaving him standing in the sterile hallway, a man reborn."

The Incredible Charlie Maxwell
They took everything from him—his family, his love, his name.
Two years ago, Charlie Grant was the goldenboy of the Grant family—the perfect son, heir to his father’s billion-dollar empire, and everyone respected him.
That ended the day his father brought home his new wife and her children. From that moment, Charlie and his mother were pushed aside, treated like dirt in their own home.
Stripped of his inheritance, betrayed by his girlfriend, and humiliated before the entire school, Charlie’s world collapsed.
The final blow came when his mother—the only person who truly loved him—died after being denied treatment at a hospital owned by his father’s business partners. All because he couldn’t afford a deposit.
But fate wasn’t done with him.
In the depths of despair, Charlie remembered a note his mother left behind. A phone number.
When he dialed it, three Rolls-Royces arrived at his campus gate within the hour. Each worth twenty million dollars. Each bearing the crest of a dynasty he never knew he belonged to—the Maxwells.
That night, Charlie learned the truth. His mother had never been an ordinary woman.
She was the rightful heir to a multi-trillion-dollar empire. And now, that empire was his.
He wasn’t the miserable Charlie Grant anymore.
He was the Incredible Charlie Maxwell.
The boy they mocked was now the man they feared.
His car collection alone could buy the entire Grant family a hundred times over. His new fortune dwarfed everything they ever dreamed of.
But Charlie doesn’t want their envy. He wants justice. He wants them to kneel.
And when he walks back into their world, dressed in a $25 million suit and driving a car worth more than their mansion, one thing is certain—
The Grants will wish they never crossed him.

Vampire System: The Demon Empress' Fiance
Daniel wasn't your everyday nobody. His life transitioned from that of a loser to that of a winner after being bitten by some bastard.
"You're my perfect successor."
"My ass..."
It turns out it was a curse... from that moment on Daniel became a vampire, a loser that suddenly became a vampire, sounds sort of cliche if not for the beatings that he received in the streets, struggling to get some 'food' until he gained enough experience to control his powers.
Apparently, after becoming a winner, getting a few girlfriends and transforming his own experience by a hundred and eighty degrees, life seemed to not be quite done with him yet.
After a series of unfortunate occurrences, Daniel found himself in a mad new world with a new name, and certainly a new family of sorts.

"I wonder how vampires taste~"

Orion's Rise: From Zero to Hero in Two Worlds
Silence.
Like a nice bucket of shhhhhhhhh. Everyone shut the effing fudge UP!
That's all I've ever wanted.
*Sigh.* But silence comes in different flavors. There's mint - the peaceful kind that wraps around you like a blanket. The kind I chase at 2 AM.
I've cried once. Just once. With a bucket beside me, watching heroes with super suits and impossible strength tear each other apart. Somehow that feels less broken than my reality.
Then there's the suffocating silence at school. Not an ice cream flavor. This one tastes like metal and shame.
High school is my personal hell. Empty wallet, empty lunch tray, empty seat beside me like I'm radioactive. Empty soul on Wednesdays because middles are always the worst.
*The usual.*
But Emily made the silence bearable. Mint-flavored again.
Until she broke something between us.
*Snap.*
One moment she's whispering secrets with me, the next she's weaponizing them. She scattered my private thoughts, added her own twisted lies. The betrayal burns hotter than the stares drilling into my back.
I went from invisible to spectacle. Being a ghost feels like luxury when you're dodging spit balls and "accidental" lunch trays.
But somewhere between my third panic attack and contemplating switching schools...
*Something shifted.*
Like in those games you play, when your character suddenly glows and the screen flashes:
"New Skill Unlocked"
And it wasn't just in my head. I tested it. Small things at first – a pencil moving across my desk when I focused hard enough. Then books. Then someone's lunch tray right as they walked past Emily.
*tap tap tap*
I used to think rock bottom was the end.
*Well ladies and gentlemen,* it's just a really messed up spawn point.
And now? I don't stumble from cliffs anymore. I swim in gravity, and dive head first.
