“How dare you lay your hands on my mother. Have you gone mad?" Adolphus quickly stepped in to defend his mother, holding the sobbing woman tightly into his strong arms. Tilting his head to look at Doris, he spoke to her in a low voice. “Mom, is this really necessary? You can always quit this job and not let them treat you like this." Adolphus was speaking like he had it better in his work places. *** Adolphus's mother was bullied by the people she works for and when he interfered, he got his own share of the bullying. Although he was a rich heir, Liam Sawyer had to be sent away by his father to learn some life lessons.
