After a strange event occurred in Ravenwood two years ago, many people awakened to abilities and were later referred to as 'Cyphs', by Centurion, a world-class scientific research organization responsible for separating them from the rest of the world . Among these Cyphs was an unassuming teenage boy who appears jagged and is branded the school misfit, but Ravenwood soon discovers that he could be their only hope as he later makes a shocking discovery about Centurion. Now he, alongside his friends have to push their new abilities to the limit......or a catastrophe would befall the world.

In a universe which exists at an atemporal time, filled with infinite realms and dimensions. By name Project Kied, he was confirmed to be of the State - War and Matter - Dark and Night.    Temporarily sent on exile after destroying his pillars of light, Kied finds his higher form - Equivax - while sailing the astral seas and he is trained by Equivax into becoming a cosmic pirate, who are the only form of resistance capable of challenging the feudal orders.    But Kied is fated to be more than a cosmic pirate, just as Norx Hade Zex had said, "... THE DARK CHILD OF WAR".     Will he be brave enough to pursue his destiny regardless of the trails and challenges ? Can he fearlessly grin at the death of day ? For in the beginning it was night.

The story is about a fictional planet called Marvillista, which has a very modern civilization, there are many special things about this planet, one of them is that there is only one race called the Astroys. This is an intelligent but warlike race, so there has been a clear division in terms of territory, religion,... throughout thousands of years of history, as evidenced by the fact that four countries have been established, including a bigger country than the rest, called "Violeska"- the country of culture and dominance. But that's not the most special thing about this planet. The story follows the journey of Jovie Thorium, a soldier who was discharged from the army and became a teacher at a prestigious school, but discovered the dark side of his country and began to change it from within. Through an alien, he accidentally knows about the existence of the strongest metallic substance...
