Chap. 8 She is Back

Esteban swallowed hard. He can not refuse and should know who is the real Jonathan. A successful businessman from the poor family background. Orphans living on the streets can change their fate in a short time. There must be something that supports them. Stupidly he didn't think that way. The underworld is like flesh and blood, fused into one inseparable whole. Jonathan must have easily noticed his abnormal movements in the company.

"Mr. Smith, sir, I'm sorry, I made a mistake. I didn't mean to. Please forgive me, sir." Esteban crawled again, grabbing Jonathan's feet, which were wrapped in shiny loafers. Esteban's six followers also did the same.

Jonathan smiled slyly at the seven naked traitors worshiping him, begging for mercy.

"Tsk..." Jonathan spat, and they quickly apologized to him after stealing his property. There is no mercy for them; he must be cruel before people dare to bring him down. Being the number one person in this country is not easy. Jonathan could stand firmly with his own business as the wealthiest businessman at thirty.

"Adam," Jonathan called.

"Sir," Adam handed him a warm coat.

Jonathan took the coat and handed the iron whip to Adam. "I'm not going to get my hands dirty by beating you." Jonathan looked at them with an indescribable look.

"Adam, lower the temperature in this room to one degree Celsius!"

"Yes, sir." Adam hurriedly pressed the air-condition remote and carried out his boss's orders.

"Listen, I only have one warm coat in my hand. So you don't get cold, you have to wear this coat. The temperature in this room is going to drop drastically, but..." Jonathan held the coat in his hands high. "If you don't want to freeze to death, you have to fight for it." Jonathan smiled evilly and threw his coat into the corner of the room. Spontaneously Esteban and his six colleagues, who were already cold, immediately ran to grab the coat that had been piled on the floor.

Jonathan stared coldly at them, who exchanged fists for a warm coat a second later so they wouldn't freeze to death.

"Get out of the way, Old Man." said one of them in his thirties. The young man pushed Esteban to the ground.

"Insolent, how dare you, you." Esteban shrieked while holding his aching waist.

"What's your business? Who is strong, he can endure." The young man then lunged at his other comrades for the coat.

The sound of punches and kicks filled the iron-walled enclosure. They attack each other, strangling, pushing, and doing different actions using their bare hands. A moment later, the rancid smell of blood began to waft, filling the cold room.

Satisfied to see his enemies attacking each other, Jonathan wants to get out and return to his house.

"Adam, let's go home. We'll see tomorrow who's the last person standing."

"Yes, sir."

Jonathan left the room, followed by Adam and some of his bodyguards. He warned the room guards not to be careless in his duties.

The next day.

A young woman exits the plane from the executive passenger line. Dress modestly but elegantly. Her blonde hair was left loose, looking beautiful in the morning sun. Her steps are graceful, like a model. The woman is Magdalena Morris, the only daughter of Prime Minister Abraham Morris and everyone knows as Jonathan's fiancé.

"Good morning, miss?" greet Adam.

"He didn't come?" asked Magdalena weakly. Again, the man ignored her.

"Mr. Smith is busy."

"I knew it," Magdalena complained.

"This is for Miss from Master." Adam gave a bucket of red roses totaling a hundred stems.

Magdalena's smile appeared on her lips, and her face brightened. "Beautiful, tell him I forgive him."

"Go straight to the Smith Corporation office," said Magdalena to Adam, who opened the car door for her.
