"You should wear this. It has a sexy feel to it.", Nicole said as she held up a black dress she just pulled out of Cassidy's wardrobe.

"Please Nicole, just let me pick out a dress by myself.", Cassidy begged.

"Nope."

Cassidy could only blame herself at this point since she was the one who decided to tell Nicole that she was hanging out with Kelvin.

Kelvin had informed Cassidy that he would be coming into California the next day for a business trip so they could hang out then but she quickly informed him that she was no longer there. She was now in Boston where she officially based.

He was a bit surprised since he thought that she actually stayed in Santa Monica with her parents, but it seemed like she was only visiting.

Kelvin didn't actually have any business going to California, but to keep his cover, he informed her that he would fly to Boston after his business trip.

Cassidy was actually not okay with it since she felt like he would be putting himself under stress just to meet up with her. She told him to not make the trip here and should just rest after he was done.

He then informed her that he actually had a house a Boston which he had to check up on, so he wouldn't be flying over there just to meet up with her.

Even though she was a bit skeptical, she had no choice but to concede since Kelvin was not willing to back down. Deep down, she did feel good about the fact that he was so willing to meet up with her, but she quickly reminded herself that it was just a friendly hang out.

After talking with Cassidy, Kelvin quickly contacted Gary and told him to buy a house in Boston so that there would be no loopholes in his plan.

Gary was obviously not okay with how much effort Kelvin was putting into this, but he had no choice in the end. If his boss said he should get a house in Boston, then he would get a house in Boston.

"I honestly don't understand why you aren't putting in the required effort to make this date a success.", Nicole said.

"Once again, it isn't a date, it's just a friendly hang out.", Cassidy responded.

"A friendly hang out that's making a multi billionaire fly out to come meet you.", Nicole said sarcastically.

"He said that he has a house here in Boston that he wants to check up on."

"Girl, you and I both know that that's not true right?"

"Just let it go Nikky. It's just a friendly hang out.", Cassidy repeated.

"One that would end in you both making out.", Nicole began to make kissing sounds.

"Ew! You are disgusting!", Cassidy threw a pillow at her and they both laughed.

Kelvin sat in his living room with a game pad in his hand as he waited for the game to match him with opponents.

His phone suddenly vibrated and he picked it up to see it was a message from Diana. Kelvin first sighed before opening it and finding out that she was inviting him to be her plus one at a fashion show in London.

Kelvin took a glance at the invitation and then went to his contact list and called her.

"Hey baby, did you see my invitation?", Diana asked after she answered the call.

"Yeah, I did. But I won't be able to make it.", Kelvin said.

"Oh. That's too bad, I actually had a few things planned for us that day.", Diana said in a sultry tone at the end of her statement.

"That is too bad. I've actually got a thing I got to take care on that day, but if I finish up in time then I'll head over."

"So you'll be in London then?", Diana asked.

"Yeah I'll be in London. Probably even closer than you think.", Kelvin responded.

"Ok then, I will be looking forward to seeing you.", Diana said before ending the call.

Kelvin's facial expression turned cold before he scrolled through his contact list again and called Gary.

"Yeah?", Gary's voice said from the phone.

"Where's the hand off going to be for the London deal?", Kelvin asked.

"At a fashion show organized by our buyer. I thought you knew this already."

"Just wanted to confirm. Diana just invited me to the same fashion show as her plus one."

"That shouldn't be too strange, she does have a line of beauty products that is sponsoring the show.", Gary said.

"My senses are tingling. I just confirmed to her that I would be in London on that day, so keep an eye on her.", Kelvin ordered.

"Very well."

Kelvin ended the call and became lost in his thoughts but he quickly returned to his normal state once he heard a sound from the television indicating that he had found new opponents.

For now, all that mattered was maintaining his winning streak.

Diana was in her car speeding down the highway. She then heard her phone ringing and she picked it up to see an unknown number on the caller ID.

"Hello.", Diana said after picking it up and putting the call on loud speaker.

"So how did it go?", A masculine voice sounded from the phone.

"He declined my invitation but he did confirm that he was going to be in London.", Diana responded.

"Where in London?"

"I don't know, he didn't say. But he did say that he would be close."

"Then that must mean that our suspicions are true, he is the supplier.", The voice said with an underlying tone of fulfilment.

"No, this doesn't mean nothing. We can only be sure when we see him during the hand off.", Diana corrected.

"That's true. Sorry, I got a bit carried away there."

"It's fine. We have been trying to get this guy for over 10 years now, this is the closest we have ever been. Just make sure we don't mess this up.", Diana said.

"Yes ma'am.", The voice replied before the call ended.

'This time, you're not slipping out of my hands.', Diana internalized.
