Struggling to get up Connor went to go look for Lilith. After walking for a little couple of minutes Connor saw that Lilith was sitting next to a tree behind the school. Slowing walking up to her Connor took a seat next to her.

"Are you mad" asked Connor

Seeing that Lilith was not going to respond Connor continued to talk

"I will take that as a yes" Connor said

"Why" Lilith said

"Why what" asked Connor

"Why fight in the tournament, what's the point it's unnecessary," said Lilith

"I know that you don't want me to fight but it will be for the best," said Connor

"I guess I won't be able to change your mind" Lilith said putting her head down holding on tight to her dress

"No" said Connor

"Just don't get hurt" she said

"I promise you that I won't get hurt" said Connor bringing her face to his

"I know that you're mad, but I have a gift for you," said Connor

"What is it" Lilith said with a small smile

"it's a surprise" said Connor standing up

After walking for a few minutes Connor and Lilith arrived at the gates of a giant house.

"What are we doing here Connor" asked Lilith

"You'll see" Connor said opening the gate

Walking to the house Connor opened up the door and let Lilith in the house. Going into the house Lilith was mesmerized by the beauty of it.

"Wow this house is so beautiful, but what are we doing here Connor" asked Lilith

"Well, that's the surprise this is our new home," said Connor

"Are you serious we get to live here" asked Lilith excitedly

"Yea it is" Connor answered with a smile

After spending some time to look around the house Lilith decided to stay in the garden. Going to the kitchen Connor made tea for her, after giving it to her Connor spent the rest of the day training.

"Okay Lilith your bath is ready," said Connor

"Okay" Lilith said

After taking a shower Lilith and Connor spent some time relaxing reading books. When they were heading to bed Lilith stopped Connor and asked him.

"Uhm Connor" Lilith said pulling his shirt

"Yes Lilith" Connor said turning around

"Can you sleep with me tonight; I don't like sleeping in new places alone" said Lilith shyly

"Uhm okay" Connor said

Going into the room Connor grabbed an extra blanket and slept on the floor next Lilith's bed

"Why are you sleeping on the floor, lay on the bed" Lilith said

"Don't worry about it fine," said Connor

"No, the floor is to hard get up," said Lilith

"Really it's ..." Connor said Before being cut off

"Connor, I order you to get off the floor now and get on the bed" said Lilith crossing her arms

"Uhm Okay" Connor said standing up

Laying down on the bed Connor turned away from Lilith, because of what happened with Annebelle Connor still did not let his guard down he could never fully trust anyone. While on the other hand Lilith was beat red

(Why did I tell him to go on the bed this is too much) Lilih thought covering her face

"Connor are you asleep" Lilith asked

"No, not yet. " Connor replied

"I have a question Connor" Lilith said sitting up

"Ask away" Connor said also getting up

"I know nothing about you like where you come from or how you got to purgatory," said Lilith

"Well, I could ask you the same thing," said Connor

"Okay, how about I tell you my past and you tell me yours" Lilith suggested

"Yea, that's fine with me," said Connor

"Okay where do I start, my past is a little complicated. My father was a demon lord general during the last war. He was killed by the hero party along with the rest of the demon lord army. When that happened all the children of the generals were chosen as the next seven deadly sins to follow the next demon lord. When the next demon lord was chosen, he made peace with the other nations. This caused the generals to betray him they wanted blood for the demons that died during the war. I did not want any more bloodshed, so I did not help them, so when they killed him, they also banished me to purgatory" Lilith said holding back tears

"Wait if the demon lord is dead why is there no war" asked Connor

"Because that is their plan they are waiting until the kingdoms have lowered their guard enough to trust the demon kingdom," said Lilith

"Then why haven't you told anyone about this" Connor asked

Moving her hair aside Lilith showed Connor a mark on her nape

"What is that" Connor asked with concern

"it's a curse that they placed on me so that I won't be able to tell anyone about it," said Lilith

"The how are you able to tell me about it" Asked Connor

"I don't know I think it's because you're my servant and servants of demons are like a part of them" Lilith said covering it again with her hair

"Then I swear as your servant that I will find a way to get rid of that curse and stop the demon army," said Connor

"Thank you, Connor," said Lilith laughing a little

"Now it's your turn" Lilith said

"I was betrayed by someone i cared about and everyone turned their backs on me even my family, so my goal is to get strong enough to somehow get back home and get my revenge" Connor said not releasing he was releasing his bloodlust

"Connor your..." Lilith said shaking in fear

Snaping back reality Connor stop his bloodlust and apologized to Lilith

"Lead head to sleep now it's getting late, and we have to get up early" Connor said laying back down

The next morning when Lilith woke up, she saw that Connor was not in bed. Thinking that he was probably cooking Lilith went down to the kitchen and was shocked to see that he was not their either. Looking around the house Lilith started to get nervous when she couldn't find Connor. Going outside Lilith checked the garden and training room but could not find him anywhere.  remembering what he was saying last night Lilith started to think that Connor had left her to get his revenge. Going back to the garden Lilith started to cry thinking that she was all alone again.

After a few minutes Connor walked past the gate and into the garden. When he saw Lilith, he dropped what he was holding and dashed to her.

"Lilith why are you crying, what happened" asked Connor panicked

"Connor is it really you" Lilith said through tears

"Yes, it's me did something happen," said Connor

Hugging him Lilith started to cry even harder

"Don't leave me again oaky don't leave me alone," said Lilith

"I promise I will never leave you okay never," said Connor hugging her back

"Then where did you go" Lilith said

"I could not sleep last night so I went to do some training and Picked up some things we needed in town" Connor answered

After a few Minutes Lilith calmed down and Connor brought her into the house to get her ready for school
