1. It All Started With A Useless Uber Driver!
Tyler was fast asleep on the couch when someone suddenly splashed a bucket of water on him! Cold water drenched his face and body in one shock. “Holy Jeez!” he yelled, springing to his feet in panic. Standing before him, clutching the empty bucket with a stiff grip, was a woman. Her face cold, jaw tight, and eyes blazing with fury. It was Gloria. His mother-in-law. Graceful at 48. Before he could get a word out, she threw the bucket straight at him. “You stupid man! You never get tired of being lazy!” she spat. “Look at the time. Almost 7 AM and you’re still here, sleeping your ass off like you own this house!” Tyler didn’t say a word. Experience had taught him it was smarter to stay silent when Gloria was on a rampage. Arguing with her was like throwing punches at a tornado. He turned to walk out of the room, but before he could take two steps, Gloria grabbed his shirt and dragged him back. “Are you walking out on me?” she screamed, pushing him. “You imbecile! We picked you
2. Betrayed!
Tyler couldn’t believe what he was hearing. After six years of loyalty, six long years of pouring his sweat and energy into this organization, he was being fired? No. This had to be a mistake. He had plans. Big ones. He was saving up to surprise his wife with a $500 gift, something she’d never expect. He needed this job more than ever.Desperation twisted inside him. Without thinking, he dropped to his knees.“Please, Sir,” he pleaded, his voice shaky. “It wasn’t my fault. They came at me first. I didn’t start the fight…”“Like I said, Tyler. You’re fired. So keep that at the back of your mind. After tonight, you’re done with this company. Permanently.” Director Kim cut him off coldly, and turned to walk away. But Tyler couldn’t let it end like that. He scrambled to his feet.“The receptionist told me you wanted to see me. Was it… was it about this resignation letter?”Director Kim paused, slowly turned, and shook his head.“No, that’s not why I called you. But everything’s connected
3. Humiliated!
“Beccc… Becca?” Tyler’s voice trembled as tears welled up and slipped down his cheeks. He blinked hard, hoping he was mistaken—but there she was. His own wife. Inside a car. With another man.His lips quivered as the words forced themselves out. “Don’t tell me this is true, Becca. Tell me this is all a mistake. Tell me you’re not cheating on me… with him?”But instead of guilt or even a hint of remorse, Becca calmly picked up her bag, gently patted Perry’s chest, and said, “We’re here. I’ll head in first.”Perry smirked at Tyler like he’d just won a prize. The whole thing felt rehearsed. Becca didn’t even flinch. She opened the door and stepped out of the car, completely ignoring the pain on Tyler’s face.Tyler followed, heart pounding, every step heavier than the last. He approached her with a voice cracking from pain.“What’s the matter with you, Becca? Why would you do this? Why would you cheat on me—with him of all people?”She said nothing. Then Perry got out and walked up behind
4. Sign The Divorce Papers!
Tyler couldn’t believe his eyes. Divorce papers? For a moment, the world around him blurred. The music, the lights, the polished clinks of glasses, it all faded. This wasn’t just a disagreement. This was betrayal.Becca's voice snapped him out of the fog, slicing through the air like a blade. “I know you’re worried about alimony. Don’t stress. I’ll be sending you five hundred dollars. That should be enough to keep you alive until you leech off someone else.”Gasps rippled through the room. Some guests stifled laughter, others didn’t even bother.Tyler looked up, lips trembling, as he took a slow step forward. “We can fix this, Becca. Couples fight. This doesn’t have to end us. Let’s talk…”“Shut your pathetic mouth,” Becca snarled. Her eyes, once warm, now shimmered with venom.A wave of awkward giggles passed through the guests. Tyler’s humiliation was a feast for them.Becca closed the distance between them, her heels echoing across the banquet floor. “You were never a husband to me
5. Their Plan Against Him!
Tyler immediately let go of Gloria’s hands the moment he saw Perry. Pretending as if he hadn’t heard anything about the amulet, he turned back to packing his clothes.Gloria forced a sweet smile on her face and slowly approached Perry, trying to appear friendly.“You don't have to worry about this, Mr. Winter. I have a—”Perry didn’t even look at her. He brushed past and headed straight to Tyler. She blinked in surprise but remained where she was, watching closely as Perry grabbed Tyler's hand and lifted it, his voice low and cold.“Where on earth did you get that amulet, Tyler? That’s not something someone like you should be wearing. Do you even know what that is?”Tyler stared into his eyes, bold and steady.“I don’t owe you any explanation, Perry.”Perry was about to raise his voice again when he remembered Gloria was still in the room. He quickly turned to her, his tone softening.“Mother, please, can you get me a cup of tea? I’ll join you in the lounge shortly.”“Okay, my dear,”
6. Taking His Kidney Away!
Tyler shook his head and stepped back. “I don’t know what you both are talking about. I’m not ready to offer my kidney to anybody. Especially not to Becca!”Gloria stormed toward him, her finger jabbing in his face. “You will give your kidney to Becca, Tyler! You’ve been nothing but a liability in our lives. Now that you finally have a chance to prove your worth, you’re backing out?”Tyler’s eyes narrowed with contempt. “I admit I was a liability to this family. So if I was ever going to be useful, it should have been back then when I was still married to Becca. Not now that we’re divorced.”Perry stepped in, his voice sharp with fury. “So what are you trying to say? That you're not going to donate your kidney to her?”Tyler nodded. “Yes. I will not and will never donate my kidney to Becca. You’re her boyfriend now, aren’t you? You love her, and she loves you too. So if anyone should give her a kidney, it should be you. Not me.”In a flash, Perry grabbed Tyler by the collar. “You’ve a
7. Kill Tyler, Now!
Tyler knew Perry was out for his life. Despite the stabbing pain in his legs, he dragged himself out of the VIP department. He gritted his teeth, hiding the agony that threatened to cripple him. Step by step, he pushed forward. Just as he reached the main hospital reception, the worst happened—Perry's men stormed in.Their eyes met. The air thickened.“Well, look what we have here,” one of them sneered. “The catch of the day. What a lucky break.”Before Tyler could utter a word, one of the men slammed his head against the wall. Darkness crashed down like a wave. When he came to, everything had changed. He was tied to a chair in a half-built, empty building. His hands were bound behind him. Breathing was difficult, each gasp scraping his throat. His head throbbed. Blood matted his hair. But the fury inside him still burned. He looked up, his eyes full of loathing. Perry stood before him.“I knew you sent them,” Tyler croaked. “What now? You want my other kidney too? Sell it off like
8. Trillion Dollars Fortune!
Their leader landed hard on the floor, and the other members crashed beside him. Before they could even understand what was happening, bullets started flying from nowhere. Shots hit them from the left, right, and center. Each one struck with deadly force, cutting them down one after another.Tyler, though not quite in this world anymore, could see the men who wanted him dead fall in succession. He couldn't see who was firing or where the shots were coming from. But someone had begun untying him from the chair. He felt the ropes loosen around his wrists. His body was barely holding together, but he managed to open his eyes. The last thing he saw before blacking out was a man with white hair. Not old, but maybe in his sixties. Before Tyler could get a good look at him, his strength gave out and he collapsed into the man's arms. The next moment, he found himself in a room.Tyler struggled to open his eyes. Everything was blurry at first, but soon the ceiling came into focus."Where am...
9. On One Condition!
Tyler sat in silence, his chest tight, his pulse thundering in his ears. He watched as Blake slid a hand into his pocket and pulled out a photograph. Without a word, the old man extended it to him.“Take a look at this,” Blake said, his tone carrying a weight that made Tyler’s palms damp.Tyler accepted the photo, his eyes falling on the face of a stunning young woman. She was in her Mid-twenties, had a model’s frame paired with a smile that could undo even the strongest resolve. Her soft lips and radiant features pulled something from deep within Tyler—something he hadn’t felt in years. For the first time since his marriage, his eyes lingered in admiration on another woman. He stared longer than he should have, and Blake’s voice broke through the moment.“That woman you’re holding in your hands is Ariana Acosta,” Blake announced, his voice proud, almost reverent. “She is my granddaughter… and the current temporary supervisor, the supreme overall seer of ABC Companies.”Tyler lifted
