When Luke realized that the pressure he was feeling was slowly disappearing and his body felt light again and his voice and throat didn't feel hoarse anymore. " Did you just realize it's human?" The shadow spoke again but he didn't answer the question Luke had repeatedly asked to him. Luke realized that he was in a very unfavorable situation for him. If only he did such a reckless act he would only end up being killed in this world. "Don't worry, I have no interest in killing weak creatures like you." The shadow spoke again but he knew what Luke was thinking at the moment. "W-what?" The shocked Luke didn't know what to do nor was he thinking about finding a way to get out of this situation. "You want destruction, don't you?" The words that were uttered by the large shadow sitting on his throne made Luke speechless because he had hoped for some destruction for a creature called a vampire.

"Why do you ask that?" Luke didn't tremble anymore he didn't feel scared and he felt that he was now on par with the shadow.

"As long as you are in this world i look directly into the deepest part of your heart and also the past you have been through. You want destruction and you want power."

"Yes, I want destruction and power. If you can give it then give it now. If you just sit there quietly then get me out of this stupid world. Because, I don't have time for the stupid things you're doing."

"This majestic me can give you the power and destruction you desire. However, every agreement must be carried out with equal rewards. What can you give?" Luke just kept quiet and lowered his head.

"If you, know all of my heart and all of my past. So, there's nothing i can give you. Only this soul is left for me if you want this soul in exchange for gaining power then take it as much as you want because I don't care about anything in this world anymore. My only aim is to save Rena and slaughter those vampires without any of them setting their foot on this world."

The big shadow just stood still and kept looking at Luke. Why did the shadow just stand still? Was the shadow dissatisfied with what Luke had said to him? What did Luke have to give again so that he could get the power from the shadow.

"Hey, why are you just standing still? If you think because you're the creator of this world, you could end up being arrogant sitting up there." Once again the shadow was silent. The shadow still looked at Luke with the same gaze and the shadow didn't change his sitting position one bit.

"It's been a long time since there hasn't been a presumptuous human like you." The shadow spoke and the barren world began to tremble and rumble as the shadow slowly began to stand up from its throne.

"I Abaddon the destroyer will give you power and in return, whenever you overuse the power I give you every second that your soul becomes mine." Luke wanted that power he really wanted to get that very strong power so he could go on an expedition outside the walls to find Rena's whereabouts. However, the price he had to pay was so high that his soul was put at stake for that great power.

"If you want to take it just try I make sure that I will not lose all my soul to you." Luke smirked as he said those words.

"Ha ha ha ha…. I like you human you are a very interesting person."

Luke didn't know what was going to happen to him in the future and he didn't want to think about it either. After that he woke up in a white room he had seen before but, this room seemed different. This time he was sitting in the middle of the room with the sword between his legs.

"Looks like you made it." Luke heard the flat and cold voice from behind him and then he looked towards the source of the voice.

"Captain," Daniel was standing next to the entrance, leaning against the white wall. "How long have I been here?"

"Just a few hours."

"Just a few hours? You're kidding right?" Luke was surprised to hear the words of his squad commander, he couldn't believe that he had spent so long in that place. Days, weeks or even years. He had forgotten exactly how long he had been there but when compared to this world which was only a few hours made him feel that what Daniel Verin had said seemed like nonsense.

"If you are, taking my words as nonsense then go ahead, because the world where your sword soul resides and ours is a completely different time flow." Once again the man read Luke's mind and he was speechless.

"B-but why when I was there I couldn't remember anything?"

"If you want to ask that just ask your sword." Daniel looked at the purplish black sword that was on Luke's lap.

"Ask the sword?" Luke looked at the sword in his lap and could he possibly talk to Abaddon?

"Really, I don't like soulless creatures like you." A voice came from the sword that was in Luke's lap.

"Soulless?" Luke wasn't surprised by the talking sword, he was really surprised to hear the words 'soulless creature' what did this sword say?

"See, he can talk now you can ask him what you want." Daniel ignored the words of the sword and he just remained standing with his arms crossed while leaning against the wall. His face was always expressionless and his voice was cold.

"What do you want to ask?" The sword sounded again and this time he asked Luke.

"You, you are Abaddon right?" Luke still doubted the identity of this sword soul whether he was Abaddon or not.

"Of course, who else do you think is in this sword?"

"You seem more talkative than before." Luke felt a little happy because the sword had a completely different nature the time they met in that world.

"Don't act human friendly, don't waste my time. Ask what you want to ask right now."

"Why can't I remember anything in that world?"

"Easy, I blocked your memories so you can pass the exam and become a proper contractor."

"So am I a proper contractor already?"

"You think with just a test like that you consider yourself a worthy being? No kidding. You're still a snotty human, if you want to become a proper contractor then, you have to start learning to use my powers properly. Otherwise, say goodbye to your soul."

What Abaddon said is true if Luke doesn't want to lose his whole soul then he must start learning to use Abaddon's powers properly.

"My sealed memory, can you bring it back?"

"You have already completed the test I gave you and there is no point in me sealing your memories. Soon you'll remember."

Luke was just silent and didn't respond to what Abaddon said but not long after that his lost memories came back quickly like a rushing fountain. He began to slowly remember the events of the previous few hours.
