Adorned with multicolored illuminating sculptures, a bright sign was also illuminated by the building, "This way, That way, Another way", Lyrically, he whispered it to himself gently. Looking down the block while sitting comfortably in the bus, he realized he was close home. The thrill began as soon as he senses the familiarity of being near a place where he grew up. It was as if nothing had changed since he left.

The familiar sensation arose in front of him, a jumble of seats and tables with people seated, people who vigorously romped on a platform, illuminated by bright multicolored disco light. .

He turned around to see Synder seated in the corner. The server's table from the front. A location that held many of their memories.

Lucian Matis is a young man in his early twenties. He is about average height, has fair skin, and has dark brown hair with spiky ends. He was a muscular man with toned muscles. When they have spare time, Lucian Matis and Synder Smith are used to hanging out like pals do; Lucian gets along well with Synder because of his straightforward demeanor.

"You are here finally" Synder stated after Lucian arrived at the location.

"Are you prepared for the trip tomorrow? Where are we going to meet? I recommend that I come to your house because the bus is stopping close by. It makes our lives easier.

How do you feel?" Synder posed an inquiry.

" I believe my location is better. "I hope you won't be late this time because lateness is one of your skill sets," Lucian said naturally, attempting to appear undisturbed.

"Well, that is something that only you are aware of. I shall be at your location as soon as feasible. Remember what I said.!!!" Synder laughed nervously.

"Hello, it's you again, you've returned, and I'll be waiting for your orders." A harsh voice came from behind them.

Lucian casts a casual glance at the speaker, a Japanese middle-aged woman dressed in traditional Japanese kimono dress. This lady normally supervises the shop and is a very curious individual, but she rarely has the opportunity to be nosy because she is always busy at the shop.

"Who say he hasn't been around?" before Lucian could speak, In response, Synder screamed angrily.

"If he's been around, why do you constantly come here alone? Could you be concealing something?"

"It's none of your concern.". Synder replied

"You say it's none of my concern, but did you know I can get you kicked out here for what you said?"

"Can you try?" Synder provoked.

She threatened after threat, but she never did anything and left them.

"This scout would be crucial, and I'd like us to put forth the effort. My granny wants me to go because she thinks she's teaching me to be a man, but I don't want to be a hero; all I want to do is live a simple life." Lucian continued their discussion after she left.

"Disagree with her by telling her what you want," Synder cut him off, mocking his mannerisms.

"No I can't. Instead than disagreeing with her, I would rather do anything she asks. Overall, it will be valuable. So all fingers points to the same thing" Lucian Replied

Although Lucian was used to taking part in adventures of this nature, he didn't think it was necessary for him to go on this scout but wouldn't want to disagree with his granny.

"I gotcha you, buddy, whatever you decide. I wont be late tomorrow; I understand the bus will not wait. Now, let's put the scout aside and concentrate on having a good time; let's begin by ordering something" ,Synder urged vehemently.

"What do you recommend we order?" Lucian exclaimed with joy.

"Of course, the usual!!". Synder replied

The two spent the rest of the night together, doing their favorite activities and visiting areas they were familiar with. They finally split up when it became late at night.

Lucian entered the home to be chastised by his grandmother for his tardiness. He went back to his room after softly consoling her.

However, Lucian dreamt of being in another universe . In this universe, Lucian was a lord who usually led a hunting expedition of wild creatures and this time was a Griffin hunting expedition. Lucian commanded thousands of soldiers who fought against these griffins using their battling prowess, magic, and a variety of other forms. Lucian's army was victorious. Even more astonishing was the fact that he was able to witness a other lords from the 12 clan bringing supernatural creatures with them for the same reason. Some of them arrived with towering Tyrannosaurus Rex and other gigantic dinosaurs, a couple of enormous Golems made of black rock, and a massive green turtle, all of which helped lead the defense against the assault by the griffins.

They were standing on a massive stone platform surrounded by a number of slain Griffins. Before the enemy had been defeated On this plateau, there were what appeared to be tens of thousands of individuals engaged in combat, with swords slamming against spears and blasts of light and magic charring the air and sky. When they first arrived on the plateau, they were greeted by hundreds of griffins.

"Soldiers, do not surrender just yet. We've made it so far! The city cannot possibly fall quite yet!" Lucian commanded to motivate his soldiers.

After putting an end to one of the griffin's life

"We have prevailed in the fight." A quiet voice shouted out loud, brimming with happiness and enthusiasm. "The kingdom… prevailed again, Lucian eagerly raised his golden sword, which had sustained damage, and held it briefly in the air above his head before bringing it crashing to the ground below him.

The others let out a collective "ahhhh" of delight.

As Lucian slashed down, a golden glow trailed behind the blade as it tore apart the massive Griffin that had just been thrown at him. This allowed him to escape the danger.

The broken pieces of the boulder crashed down onto the ground behind him with a loud boom and a whooshing sound, creating a little cloud of dirt and dust in the process. The force of the deflection caused Lucian's hurting body to shake, and his exhausted eyes looked out at the bleak scene that had just appeared in front of him. It was a bloody massacre. As yet another massive boulder crashed to the ground below, Lucian let out a loud shout and contorted his body to the side.

On the other hand, this causes Lucian to awaken from his dream. He got up and prepare for the scout

Skipping inside, Lucian found himself in his thought again. The time ticked by until it was finally the day for the scout,

"The goal of the Scouts is to develop individual who are capable of doing things, who have good habits and a strong character. Trained to have useful general knowledge, and who are physically healthy, so that they can grow up to be intelligent, kind-hearted, and courageous young men ready to build a nation". Lucian grandmother said. Even if it goes against what he want, he nodded in agreement.

" It is now your duty to bring honor to this family, I shall be your mentor. Your father went on scouts when he was your age and then returned. Even though it was no simple task for him, but you're a tough young man that I raised, so I'm confident you'll succeed and make me proud my boy. Do you think you'll be able to handle it?" . She enquired.

"I'm sure I can. You've been training me since I was a child, and I always follow your lead. Now it's up to me to prove myself. Thank you very much for everything." Lucian replied her.

Before departing for the trip, he remembered his grandmother's remarks. Lucian kept checking his watch since it was becoming late and Synder was still not here. He wishes Synder could barge in and end Grandma's motivational speech.

"My son, finish your Meal. You're already running late. I'll see you to the bus . Allow me to swiftly alter my attire ". Immediately she left Lucian dashed to the door to check for Synder. He felt like to rush over to his side.

He felt lonely on the bus when he realized he would be heading to the scout alone. Most likely Synder tricked him to encourage him. He was never interested in the first place, he thought.

"Everything will work out well, my son." She shrieked as the bus left.

Now that he's back home, he can't wait to see his grandmother and his best friend again.

He could see his buddy and granny already waiting for him as soon as the bus arrived, and he wondered what they were talking about because Synder looks extremely serious and attentive. Anyway, he figured he could get closer to Synder and throw him a friendly hit for deceiving him. He grabbed his baggage without hesitation.

The tyres screech loudly, drawing everyone's attention, while the driver slammed his hands on the steering wheel button trying to drift away from Lucian. It was too near to avoid him, and everything happened so quickly when the truck slammed into him making him unconscious as he lay lifeless on the road.

"Wiu - Wiu, Wiu – Wiu". When Lucian was being rushed to the hospital, the emergency ambulance sounded its siren.
