Reborn in another world

A dancing silhouette could be seen flying across the raining valleys. Wait, no not dancing, fighting should be the exact term. It seems to be fighting an invisible force, blow by blow resounded in the empty and wet valley, the wind and rain were blown of by the vigorous action of the silhouette.

An open palm strike struck out in the empty space, it seemed to have hit something. It was then followed by a loud resounding crash, in front of the palm on the ground laid a huge crater. And inside that huge crater has a huge hole.

"Open palm technique, basic 1.." the figure said, it's voice soothing, angelic and godlike, like an immortal speaking from the sky. Making one wanting to hear more. 

"Zhi Ruo! You damn wench!...I'll...get you... next ti-" a laud screeching noise pierced through the air before it suddenly stopped, the owner of the voice finally made itself visible laying inside the giant crater.

A large figure made of flesh was visible, some chunkes of it's body were missing and some were melting. It's head glowed an golden ring. It was clear as day that it was an monster, the one that any human would fear.

But the slender figure in front of the monster just looked on as the last strand of life left the body of the monster. It's body started melting and the rain gradually stopped, what's left of the remains were and golden ring and plants.

The figure crouched down and you can see it's dripping wet hair, upon closer inspection you can see that it was an slender body of a woman. The monster identified her as Zhi Ruo.

"Their won't be a next time" softly saying those words, Zhi Ruo picked up the golden ring and the plants. She held it up in front of her face and stared at it. Sighing, her forehead glowed bright red, and in the middle between her brows appeared a golden lotus marking.

Her extremely beautiful appearance could make anything fall, be it some city, country or the world, even humankind. Coupled with lotus in her brows it only added to her luster. The items in her hand disappeared and it seems to be sucked into her forehead.

The marking on her forehead glowed,  she swept her hand on it and then it disappeared. She turned around and started to leave.

"Pah! Having the lotus dimensions world sure is convenient" she looked the back of her hand, her back hand glowed with pearly white splendour againts the sun.

"But being the only mortal who practices immortal cultivation, is the best!" She exclaimed arrogantly without even turning back to see the chaos that she left behind.

She took out an cellphone from her pocket, the phone glowed golden due to its golden case. She was finally out of the valley and unto the road, she typed briefly in the phone and the phone started ringing. 

The other person behind the line picked up, "President, would you like to be picked up? I'll send the car." The voice on the other said, it's tone cheery but also childish. Before they could advance into the conversation, Zhi Ruo ended the call neither affirming or declining.

But a few moments later, a black sleek  car pulled up beside Zhi Ruo. A man in Black came out and opened the door, Zhi Ruo naturally stepped in. In a few seconds the car moved. Zhi Ruo watched as the scenery changed from behind the window.

The car is silent heading to the direction of the tallest building, it's magnificence brought out the advancements that the humankind had advanced to. The sun reflected at the blue tinted glass that covered the building.

The car stopped and the door opened for Zhi Ruo to get out, she stepped out her steps soundless despite the heels she was wearing against the concrete marble floor. What greeted her was her own company's building, and a bunch of people lined up bowing.

She waved her hand and the people she passed by bowed lower before straightening up. When she entered the building, a figure jumped on her "Zhie Zhie knew that Zhi Ruo would need a car!" 

A small girl with large brown eyes wearing slacks and a blazer came to view, it was Zhi Ruo's assistant. Her bubbly personality contrasted againts her job. "Zhie get off me and get back to work," 

Zhie Zhie just smiled in delight when Zhi Ruo talked to her and proceed to do as told. Zhi Ruo went straight to the elevator and proceeded to the highest floor. When she got there, the view below was spectacular.

She didn't notice that by the time she arrived at her office the sun was already setting down. She laid down on her chair, facing the computers in front of her. She closed her eyes and her body started glowing red, and the golden lotus on her forehead appeared again.

Her body started wavering between space and time continuum. And finally her body disappeared and appeared inside her head. To be more precise her lotus dimensions.

The lotus dimensions creates different space, worlds and dimensions for the user to use. Each of the Dimensions has different abilities, for example. One can plant a plant in a dimensions, and that plant can grow with properties unimaginable.

Another example is an dimension can duplicate an item or anything. That's how powerful and outrageous this mark is. And Zhi Ruo is just using it in an barbaric way, the lotus doesn't deserve such owner.

"Hmm" Zhi Ruo hummed to herself as she inspected all her things. She smiled when she was satisfied. Brushing over the herbs and many precious artifacts one last time, she willed her body to get out of the lotus mark.

Outside what greeted her was the bustling city down below, the glowing city lights made light contrast againts Zhi Ruo's face. The window briefly reflected her reflection when she stared outside.

She calmly walked to her desk in the dark room, the only remaining light was the light outside. On her desk remained mountains of paper works, but she spared them no glance as she leaned back to her chair.

Her eyes closed, ignoring her sudden headache and the light that shot through her eyelids. When she noticed that no matter how hard she wills her body to ignore her headache, she opened her eyes.

Suddenly a bright light took her by surprise. It swallowed her body whole. Alarmed she tried to go to her dimension, but she had no time to do so. Her lips parted in a silent scream as she disappeared in that time line all together.

All was left was the dark office room and the noise down below her company.

Zhi Ruo disappeared from that world.
