Mysterious Figure

Vin is already near the stairs. When Vin looks down the stairs, for some reason the stairs look so dark and long than before.

Drap!

Drap!

Drap!

Footsteps were heard approaching towards Vin from the corridor. The longer the sound the louder the footsteps.

Vin jumped. His heart was racing again. Even though it was dark, Vin walked down the stairs carefully. He didn't want to die a silly death from falling down the stairs.

Vin holds on very tightly to the banister. He descended the stairs one by one. Vin almost slipped several times, but luckily he was holding on tightly to the iron guardrail at the edge of the stairs.

The sound of footsteps behind Joon, sounded closer. And now it sounded like running towards Vin. Vin also ran down the stairs even faster, still holding on to the railing of the stairs.

Vin slipped and tumbled down the ten steps to the bottom. Although not very high, but enough to make Vin's bones crackle. Vin fell huddled under the stairs. He covered his ears with his arms.

"Huwaakh, don't kill me, please! I still love rice huhuhu!" Vin's cry, which he had been holding back since the appearance of the first strange creature, finally broke now.

Vin is not afraid of thugs, but he is afraid of this kind of astral creature.

Vin still closed his eyes, covering his ears. He was afraid to imagine what form the strange creature that kept bothering him would look like.

Vin is curled up on the cold floor. He felt a hand touch him.

"Hey, what's wrong, Vin? Why are you running, huh?"

The voice just now sounded so familiar to Vin's ears. Vin opened his eyes and slowly sat up. In the dim, he saw the figure of an annoying man with cold eyes and always looked intimidating.

"Otou-san! Why does it appear like a ghost in a horror movie like that, huh?! I almost died of fright!" Vin scolded Itsuki Akizawa for appearing suddenly like that. Vin thought that the otousan was playing a prank on Vin, it seems. It was clear from Itsuki's expression who was currently laughing despicably.

*Otou-san = father

Mr. Itsuki laughed and teased his son's face.

"Hahaha, you're really weird, Vin! Otou-san had been calling for you, but you ran instead."

Mr. Itsuki pulled up the uniform his son was wearing, when he saw Vin continued to hold his waist.

"Want to laugh again, but I'm sorry too," Mr. Itsuki muttered when he saw the bluish red bruise on Vin's hip area. Maybe because it fell from the stairs earlier.

Vin pushed Itsuki to fall backwards. Almost tomorrow morning a newspaper will appear with the headline 'A Teenager Chased Dead by His Own Father'. The Japanese really have no morals, Vin thought.

"Otou-san can call me from above, right? Why are you chasing Vin without saying anything, huh?! Vin almost died of fright," Vin muttered, annoyed. The otou-san already knew that Vin couldn't be in a tense situation, but he still had time to work on Vin, he thought.

"Hahaha, otou-san didn't mean to scare you, Vin. Really! Otou-san called you from upstairs, but you ran away instead." Mr. Itsuki spoke the truth. He hadn't gone straight home earlier because he was working on the class 10-F report card first.

Mr. Itsuki was told by the principal that Vin and Gil were punished for cleaning the entire corridor after school. So, Mr. Itsuki intends to take Vin home together. Eh, the child ran in fear and ended up rolling down the stairs.

When he saw his son's stocky body rolling down the stairs, Mr. Itsuki stifled a laugh. It was like seeing a sack of rice dropped from the top of the stairs. Who knows. This sounds cruel indeed, but considering his son's annoying behavior, so Mr. Itsuki sometimes has the heart. It was funny and excited when he saw Vin was scared earlier.

Vin pursed his lips, taking his eyes off the Japanese. If Vin's bone is broken, his Otou-san must be held responsible.

"So are we going home now?" Mr. Itsuki asked. He cupped Vin's cheeks to face him. "So people shouldn't hold grudges, remember? Isn't that what Vin taught Otou-san, huh?"

Vin rebuffed Mr. Itsuki's hands that were on his cheeks. He was still annoyed that he was being treated so cruelly earlier.

"Everyone also has the right to forgive other people's mistakes or not. So, Vin chose not to forgive so quickly. It's good! It has scared people, now shamelessly just says sorry." Vin grumbled at Mr. Itsuki's side.

Okay, if the Japanese is the homeroom teacher, but that person is also a father who abused Vin at that time. Despite telling people not to hold grudges, in fact Vin is still holding a grudge against his otou-san.

"Okay, it's okay if Vin still hasn't forgiven Otou-san. But ... if Otou-san treats you to a meal, how about it?" Mr. Itsuki tried to negotiate.

Vin glared at the word 'food'. That word has always made Vin's heart waver all this time. Just now, he had to mop all the corridors because Gil was luring him with food. Now, his Otou-san is using sneaky methods, just like Gil did earlier.

Vin advises himself to stay on his feet. Seriously? He will no longer accept bribes in the form of food.

"I don't want to! That's too much. I feel that I would have died of fright just now."

"Has Otou-san apologized?!"

"Sorry isn't enough, Akizawa-sama. My heart is still beating so hard right now. I feel like my heart is going to jump out of place." Vin was hyperbolic as usual.

Mr. Itsuki actually laughed at that.

"Okay, if you don't want to. I plan to buy egg martabak and sweet martabak after this. Ah, I'll just eat it with Jay, Ken and Nana." Mr. Itsuki spoke. He got up and was about to leave Vin alone at the end of the stairs on the second floor.

Hearing that, Vin stomped his foot.

"Huwaakh! How come Otou-san is insensitive?!" shouted Vin, annoyed. If there was an award for the cruelest father, it should be Akizawa Itsuki who got the nobel prize.

"Well ... he said earlier that he didn't want Otou-san to treat him?"

"Who said they didn't want to? Vin was still thinking about it."

Mr. Itsuki smiled hearing that. It is very easy to persuade the boy who loves to eat it.

Vin stretched out both his hands towards Mr. Itsuki.

"Help stand up, Otou-san! I sprained my leg," complained Vin.

Mr. Itsuki lowered his head and put his hands on Vin's armpits. He helped his son up.

Vin felt pain in his ankle from slipping down the stairs earlier.

"Well, this must be the punishment of a disobedient child. Otou-san already said that tomorrow you can go to school. Why are you insisting on going today, huh?"

"Tired at home, Otou-san. Father Jay and Daddy Ken left the house early in the morning. I don't know where they went. Otou-san also went to school this morning. Even though Vin wanted to hang out."

"Otou-san has a need with another teacher earlier. So, leave early."

"Why don't you wake Vin up first, huh?"

"You're the one who sleeps like cow, Vin. That's why you don't hear the commotion at our house in the morning."

In the midst of the commotion, they didn't notice that a pair of eyes were watching them from the end of the stairs.
