Chapter 24

The young wizard Arin had returned to his home village after the battle with Zoltar's army. Though the kingdom had emerged victorious, the war had taken a toll on Arin, both physically and mentally. He had decided to take a break from battle and return to his roots, seeking peace and solitude.

As he walked through the village, he noticed a group of young apprentices gathered around a small clearing. They were practicing their spells, their faces contorted in concentration.

Arin smiled to himself, remembering his own days as an apprentice. He decided to approach them and offer his guidance.

"May I join you?" he asked, holding out his hand in greeting.

The apprentices looked up, surprised to see a seasoned wizard among them.

"Of course, sir," one of them said, bowing respectfully.

Arin joined the group and began to watch as they practiced. He noticed that some of them were struggling with their spells, while others seemed to have a natural talent for magic.
