While they drove, Tessa had her hand firmly on the grab handle the whole time.

Deep down she was scared for her safety and that’s because the fear of Anthony passing out while on the wheel was ever-present. If it was someone else then she never would have dared get into that back seat.

They were halfway to the Untitled Hotel, driving on the right side of a two-lane road and a driver from the other lane speeding to drive past them when Anthony’s power came on again and he saw something.

Without a single warning, he swerved to the left and cut the driver who was just about to drive past them and they almost had an accident.

While that driver honked his horn and was cursing Anthony out, Tessa looked at Anthony with worry if something had happened to make him change lanes so abruptly like that.
