"Halton," Laura said with her head tilted back and her eyes reading the monument which had been a bit neglected.

"Put your robes on immediately," Arthur ordered.

Princess Adaline was once a gifted witch, but was forced to play the role of a useless child after the death of the previous queen. Maybe it has something to do with the arrival of the new queen.

"I saw many talented magicians locked up in the palace prison," said princess Adaline offhand, yes because this princess was very talkative.

"Then you immediately suspect the queen?" he asked.

Princess Adaline turned her head. "How could I not suspect? Every week an imprisoned wizard comes to the queen's residence at midnight, but until morning no one is seen coming out of there."

Yes, right. The person Erland was currently suspecting was the new queen. If indeed a queen it turns out to be a devil in disguise. So most likely the king of Monesta knows that, but stays together because of one thing called love. While Laura turned her head and looked disapprovingly at the closeness between Adaline's daughter and Erland.

Halton. Now put the wizards, fairies and dragons on high alert. Because, every time their feet stepped, there was red snow that was always moving, as if they were afraid they would be stepped on. And once again, the city of Halton is like that because of the effects of Casey's demonic power that attacked Monesta.

"How about we rest here for a bit?" asked Erland making everyone look at each other.

Arthur as the leader of the troops approached. "Why does Master Erland want us to stop here?"

Erland looked up at the sky. "Looks like we should take a break, because getting out of Halton town is quite time consuming."

"If you already know it takes time, why does Master Erland want to stay?" Daran questioned his decision.

"Then please go ahead, I have something to do here first," Erland said, having no choice.

Until they all glanced at Arthur, seemingly asking for a decision. Arthur himself saw Erland who was busy staring at the wandering snow. Rumor has it that this red snow can talk and complain if a witch casts a magic veil then listens to it.

"Okay, maybe Mr. Erland has his own goals here. We will wait for you at the border town of Halton," Arthur decided.

"Sir! I told you not to stay at Halton too long!" Again, Gail's voice could be heard by Erland.

Erland himself wanted to ask why. However, he saw princesses Adaline and Daran appear next to him and had no intention of following Arthur. Maybe Adaline's daughter can be understood because she has the same goal as Erland, namely to reveal the behavior of the new queen. While Daran was his accomplice, only one thing made Erland frown. Namely the presence of Laura.

"What are you doing standing here, fairy?" Erland asked making Laura smile.

"Ah, I want to see this snow longer. And run with this moving snow," Laura said still smiling.

Daran took a breath. "Nonsense. Halton can't be left alone for long, we have to hurry before something bad happens."

Erland grinned as he heard something interesting. "Oh, looks like you know a lot about Halton huh."

Daran turned around. "Of course it's because I often travel, to hear that Halton is a place where the demon killer group nests."

Erland stared. "I thought you were a devil, so you know a lot of things."

Princess Adaline and Laura immediately glanced at Daran, who Erland suspected of being a devil. Daran himself immediately laughed at the accusation. While Erland ignored and chose to start making magic veils. But suddenly Daran caught Erland's hand.

"Don't use your magic energy on Halton, as much as possible," Daran said with a very serious face.

"Why?" asked Erland looking curious.

Daran, who was originally serious, suddenly smiled. "You rude person, snow wouldn't mumble and complain to someone like you. Let the fairy Laura do it."

Laura immediately smiled because she felt relied on. "Fine, I'll make a magic veil to make all inanimate objects talk."

"It's just snow," Erland warned.

"Ah yes. But, anyway why do you want to make this snow mumble like in the rumours?" asked Laura and started making the magic veil.

Erland looked at Laura seriously. "Proving that the new queen isn't a demon."

Laura was slightly surprised, but continued to create the magic veil. Until as soon as the veil was formed, the snows began to mumble and complain about the unfair treatment they received when they were alive. Upon hearing all the snow muttering simultaneously, Laura got goosebumps in an instant. However, one thing that surprised him was that someone saw the demon king Casey.

"Demon lord! He went south and carried his son!"
