Chapter 33

Nina was still blocking the door path, disagreeing to let Martha into their mansion. Meanwhile, Kaiden stepped out of the bedroom, the towel tied around his waist and another which he used to clean his hair.

“Babe, what’s going on?” He asked as he climbed down the stairs.

“Son!” Martha called out to him impatiently and he stopped in his tracks, staring at his mother in disbelief.

“Mother! How did you find me here?” He questioned impatiently.

“Stop playing clueless. I know you told your mother our address which isn't nice.” Nina rolled her eyes in annoyance.

“I never did.” He said with certainty, shaking his head.

“You did.” She refused to believe him.

“He didn’t.” Martha’s voice came up and they faced her.

“He refused to tell me so I had to track him down. I can’t have my son married and not know where he lives.” Martha said and shrugged.

“You would have at least informed us that you are coming. I’m sorry but I can’t have you in my mansion.” She spilled bluntly.
