“I should have killed you before, Haiden.”

Gabriel pointed the gun at Xavier. His eyes went to the note in Xavier’s hand, then back to Xavier’s surprised face.

“Were you searching for evidence to know that I am Hades B?” Gabriel asked.

Xavier doesn’t know what to feel right now. Will he feel sad? Unbothered? Guilty? He had no idea.

“You care for Rose?” Xavier asked.

“Huh?”

“The passcode was Rose’s birthday.”

Gabriel frowned as he placed his index finger on the trigger of the gun.

“And this note,” Xavier showed it to him. “You were supposed to send this to Odeen. Why? Did Odeen tell you who Haiden is? What’s his purpose? And that he’s looking for you?”

The Chairman narrowed his eyes.

“Why are you talking as if you are not Haiden?”

Xavier pursed his lips and took a deep breath.

“You’re not Haiden, are you?” Gabriel guessed. He tightly held the gun and shouted, “Who are you?!”
