CHAPTER 8 THE TYRANNICAL THUNDER ELEMENT!!!

“Are you ok Rai jin? Da lu asked as he moved closer to rai jin to check ifs friend was having a fever or something.

“My brother is so out of it right now, you just challenged Lin wei, Rai jin” Mu lan said patting his shoulders.

“They were being so annoying, I had to put them in their place” rai jin replied.

“So you had to risk an arm of yours to prove that, that was stupid, dangerous, you didn’t think about it” Da lu was saying when Mu lan interrupted.

“It was damn cool bro” Mu lan shouted.

“He he he, you think so right?” Rai jin asked grinning.

“Oh no, he is back” da lu said shaking his head in regret again.

“You know I was feeling like a movie boss, it was very amazing”

“Hey Rai jin, we share the money together, you know you still owe me for the glasses” Mu lan said.

“What glasses?, if you want the money, I guess you can fight in my stead then.” Rai jin said.

“No thank you, I will be having a stomach ache on that day” Mu lan replied.

They started walking towards class, while Da lu just gives up and walks after them, he knew nothing he said would change these two fools.

The Three weeks holiday before the magic awakening passed by in a flash. For most of it Rai jin had either been hanging out with Mu lan and Da lu or taking beautiful walks around the Neighbourhood. he was almost becoming addicted to these beautiful walks of his, until the day, Rai bin his brother mistakenly stepped on the glasses destroying them, since then Da Lu refused to make new ones and so his beautiful walks were stopped.

Ha also had his head buried in temples, according to his father, the crystal would only be a true game changer for him if he awakened a powerful element, and so he had gone to temples severally to pray to God and all the gods, for a powerful element, one of those days was today.

“Let me awaken a powerful element, please don’t let me get something like the mud element” Rai jin prayed in his mind.

*The mud element is a sub element of the earth element, which is a also a powerful element*, I know one or two mud element mages who are doing good, you know they have the best control over terrains* Rai manna’s voice echoed in his mind.

“If Lin kai awakens a powerful fire element like his brother, am I suppose to face him with mud magic?, what would that do to him, stick his legs together, would I even stand a chance” Rai jin replied.

Rai jin felt dejected, he looked this hands, wondering which one would be the sacrificial item for Lin wei, if he lost the duel, due to unlocking a terrible element.

* I can tell you that because I also awakened the fire element as my primary element, the fire element is the most destructive element among the primary elements, this means that fire element mages possess more attack power than all other primary mages, which is why they are so in demand*

“So basically, I am in trouble, Lin kai basically has every chances of unlocking a fire element, due to it been their family’s re occurring element, as the Lin family were known for their powerful fire magic, most of the people in the Lin family were fire magicians, this is one of the reason why they were powerful among the other top families in Donghai, and this was the family Rai jin in all his smartness had decided to mess with.

*There is one more primary element that even the treacherous fire element can’t compare to* Rai man said.

This piqued Rai jin’s interest,

“What element is that?” Rai jin asked.

*The tyrannical thunder element* Rai Manyan replied.

“I thought the thunder element was part of the secondary elements and not a primary element?” Raisin asked.

*You are almost right, the thunder element is a very rare element, but also very rare to awaken, and so most people end up awakening it as a secondary element and not primary element, and mind you, if a thousand people were to undergo awakening, the probability of someone awakening the thunder element is less than one percent*

“Wow, isn’t that too rare?”

*You must have heard of Mr Zhu Longxian the powerful Advanced Thunder mage?”

“Oh, you mean Super mage Zhu Longxian?” Rai jin replied.

*Super mage?” Rai Manyan sounded shocked.

“Yes father, it’s been ten years, he is now a super mage, also the current vice chairman of the Magic Association” Rai jin replied

He made his way home deep in thoughts as imaginations of him awakening different elements caressed his mind. While walking home, he saw some wind magicians flying through the air with amazing wings made of wind, and hell it looked super cool, he wanted to be able to do that soon.

He soon saw his house in the distance and right outside a small short looking boy with white hair just like his was playing football by himself.

“Ohh Ohh if it isn’t my handsome looking little brother” He shouted with out stretched arms.

The boy looked up and a pleasant smile spread across his lips.
