Chapter 6 Self- pity

A shadow suddenly flashed in front of Jaime, a cold sword appeared out of nowhere and stopped at Jaime’s neck.

He didn’t dare move a single finger as the sharpness of the sword had slightly sliced his neck skin.

“Dear goddess of beauty, I am really sorry, I never intend to peek at anything. Please believe in me. I am the most honest guy of three realms. If you don’t believe me, you can ask any random person passing by, they will tell you how honest I am as a human.”

The girl wore white robe and appeared in Jaime vision. Her eyes looked a little curious.

The girl’s eyes suddenly appeared resolute and the sword moved to cut Jaime’s neck. Seem like slave really had no reason for life.

The sword immediately stopped, yet Jaime could feel a sharp pain on his neck.

“No... I mean...” Jaime tried hard to push his brain to work and shouted inside his brain.

Suddenly the girl’s naked body flashed and the Book of Karma sent information.

“You can heal... ?” Xiao Yun opened her trembling lips. Her sound was perfectly mellifluous.

“Of course I can.” Jaime hit his chest proudly.

“Then do it now!”

“A week!” said Xiao Yun coldly and left him.

A shadow suddenly flashed and Xiao Yun appeared again in front of Jaime. She was full of killing intent.

He stepped on the bamboo bridge, opened his both hands widely and jumped high like a ballerina dancing in the air. The demonic beast which madly chasing him behind suddenly fell into the hole-trap with thundering sound and shrieked miserably.

“F**k! Like I am going to be happy in this place being slave and all day long is chased by stupid demonic beast.” Jaime swore and spited to the ground.

He had reached level 10, Elementary Realm, by killing around four low level demonic beasts. It was time for him to buy some ingredients to make pills, a cauldron and some herbs.

Jaime sighed; working hard was truly very tiring. Besides being hunted by demonic beast, he also had to deliver those 28 pig’s food and water.

It’s okay though, every parent would like their son to work hard when they grow up. Working hard and not getting paid was okay too.

Self-pity and self-comfort is the best thing in the world.
