“You are just one man, we have got numbers.”. Lionel said, his voice laced with venom.

Asher titled his head, “Numbers aren’t always an advantage. Sometimes, they are just more bodies to be disposed of.”

The men rushed forward to attack, knowing they had a reward waiting for them if they should take the man down.

Asher moved like lightning; the men didn’t see him; his blood burned within him, his limbs moved faster than humans, his vision sharper, and his instincts like an apex predator.
