Deal With A Bossy Marshal

Chapter Five

Two soldiers stood outside door of a room .

They were the men that Arci and Richard met in the elevator.

"Marshal, I heard that the Military General will bring up at the dinner party the marriage between you and Miss Runa. Marshal congratulations on that" The soldier behind told him.

The man face was indifferent

The man looked at him coldy without any change of expression on his face.

"Marshal, are you still caring for your childhood crush, Miss Arci?" The soldier asked

He is Bremo Latino, 26 years old 182cm. His father is the Military Governor of Los Angeles he is also Arci childhood friend he has loved Arci since they were young before she traveled out of the country. He has been waiting for her before his father decided for him to engage with Runa, Arci stepsister.

She saw a man figure in the second building walking into a room, it was the man she saw at the elevator with his assistant.

She quickly ran towards him

His assistant was about to close the door of the room when she quickly pushed the man in and closed the door breathing heavily.

Richard got to the second building but he couldn't find any traces of her.

He walked back upstairs to his room.

He picked up his suitcase and opened it. But it was not his belongings that were there, it was hers.

She picked up the wrong suitcase because their suitcase both look alike.

"F**k" He cursed in a low voice

"Don't move" 

She looked back and she saw that she was pointed with a gun, her back stiffened.

Her luck was really bad in Los Angeles. She has been pointed at with gun thrice today. 

'Goddamn it' she cursed in a low tone 

"Protect the Marshal" The soldiers in the room yelled.

There were up to ten soldiers in the room, which means his father's position in the military must be high.

"Marshal?" She said,

Arci looked at the familiar face in her front.

She tried to remember where she knew him from, then she remembered that she played Violin with him when she was young, he was her childhood friend.

"Bremo?" She smiled softly at him.

Bremo gestured to the soldiers to put their guns down.

"Arci?" He replied.

"Bremo" She said as she ran towards him and hugged him.

She missed him a lot, he is like her twin brother. They loved playing together when she was young before she traveled out of the country.

"It's really you. I thought I was dreaming. When did you get back in town " Bremo said his gaze softened.

"I just arrived in California. I've not seen you for a very long time, you have become a lot handsome now". Arci teased him.

"It's been ten years. You've really grown up. Why did you never write to me?"

"Is the man in the elevator your husband?"

"He is not my husband. He kidnapped me". Arci quickly replied.

"Kidnapped you?" Bremo asked

"Go and check the man" He ordered the soldiers behind.

"Yes," one of the soldiers replied and quickly left.

Bremo leads Arci to the couch.

"Sit down. Coffee?" He asked.

"Yes," she replied.

Bremo smiled and helped her to make a cup of coffee.

He gave her the coffee and sat down beside her.

The soldier sent to check up Richard soon came back.

"He is gone" He told him.

"We searched the whole hotel and didn't find him"

Bremo took a sip of his coffee and put it on the table

"He fled really fast. Arci, Why did he kidnap you?"

"We were on the same hotel not far from the airport he kidnapped me because I saw him kill his woman"

"Killed his woman"

Arci gave a nod.

"Do you know who he is?"

"No not really, but I heard the man picking him up call him Marshal, Perhaps he is a military man" 

Bremo assistant Diamond walked into the room.

Bremo and Arci looked at him

"Marshal, the Military General plane has arrived. It is time to head out to the Lincoln mansion" Diamond informed him.

Bremo stood up from the chair.

"Okay, Let's set out now, we can also take Arci home along with us".

'It has been ten years, I am finally coming home. What will be in store for me?' Arci sighed

"Drey, Drey," Richard called out as he passed through the window and entered Drey's office.

"Marshal, what brings you here I thought we are meeting by this evening?" He asked for surprise written all over his face.

"We don't have time, that girl is gone taking my suitcase with her. The deployment map for the mutiny is in the suitcase" he said breathlessly

"What?" Drey stood up in shock

"What's worse she might run into Albert Latino men"

"You mean that girl took the deployment map working for the military governor's office?"

"That's the worst scenario" Richard exhaled frustratedly

"I asked you to kill her but you just won't, Now we are done for"

"You are going to get me killed, If Albert sees this"

"Calm down, listen we can still turn the tide, I've got an idea".

" Say it "

"Albert Latino Flight just pulled into California, even if the girl that was taken away. The news can't reach his hearing that fast"

 "So, our only option now is to start the mutiny ahead of schedule" Richard smiled coldly.

"Are you kidding? Do you think the mutiny is a joke?" Drey said as he pulled his hair, frustrated

"I never go to war unprepared, Drey Are you prepared?" Richard smirked.

"Let's do it tonight," Richard said.

"No we cannot, The priority is finding the girl to prevent the leak of our plans" Drey said

"No, we must presumptive action, everything will be too late once Albert Latino finds out" 

"Military General of San Jose P**e Aqua if we take actions now, he will know"
