This world is more modern than in my previous life. I was astonished by the advanced technology that I never in my life expected despite being made out only of magic engineering, and science. For example, transportation portals, magic bullet trains, combat assistance devices, and many more.

Headstrong and prone to act immediately, Nightingale will do anything for her younger brother. But if it wasn’t for the fact that she is not my blood-related then maybe I already severed my bond with her and treated her as a stranger.

One day, I reincarnated inside this MMORPG (Tales of The Legion Heroes)

Story Intro~

A story about one boy who was born in a countryside village and lives a peaceful life. One day, when he was only ten years old, working at young age to feed his whole family as a farmer. An unexpected turn of events happened while he was away from his village. The mass horde of the monster below S rank massacred all villagers without a trace.

Late at night, after coming back to his hometown village. What surprised him was the only wasteland-wrecked building that was scorched by fire was only left, after the attack, On the admits of despair, he awoke his gift of blessing (Sword Saint) and killed the enemies all alone himself.

Fortunately, his parents were still alive and were hiding in the basement of their house. He felt a sense of relief and was thankful. However, he swore to himself that tragedies like this will not happen again.

Seven years later, he applied to the prestigious academy (Genesis). That was the beginning of the storyline of the game and continued until the end in the Tales of the Legion Heroes.

Twilight let out a big sigh, what a selfish god for summoning my soul to this world as the mob character telling me something like “Live your life to the fullest!” or “If you want to repay us then save the world from absolute darkness.”

Are you an idiot?

What do you expect from someone like me who lives his life as a failure and has lost everything from just one stupid game?

If you summon me in this world, then at least for Pete’s sake! Give me a cheat system or overpowered relics to increase my survivability in this game-like world.

Damn it! I cursed and grumbled inside of my thoughts while making sure that my innocent big sister doesn’t notice my fury of anger. Luckily she was busy holding my arm with an aura of happiness emitting from inside her.

On second thought, I am in a great pinch right now! Imagine this beautiful city right now that is full of advanced magic technology and regarded as one of the strongest cities in the whole country. Three years later, this metropolis city will be erased from the map of the world like a speck of dust that was swooshed away like a wind.

However, as long I am here no one can touch my dear sister or my family. I will show them who is the badass of them all!

“Being lovey-dovey stuff to me?” Twilight smiled while teasing her.

She replied with a bright smile while looking at me seriously cool expression on her face while holding his little brother’s arms.

“Idiot! I don’t care about others, as long as you are with me, I’m happy!”

She is a super bro con and overprotective to his younger brother (Twilight). Overload cuteness and cool-looking, confident, and assertive woman describe nightingale. Sometimes she is cute when she is honest about her feelings about cute things and sweet things. On the other hand, she is an aggressive and cool type when she is in serious mode like cooking, fighting, playing sports, and many more.

Worst of all, she is the scariest type like my mom, when she is angry with someone and never holds back protecting someone important to her.

Is it me or is there a game setting in front of me? Twilight rubs his eye and double-checks. There was a love meter bar on the right side of the background and three choices under the game setting.

Walking through the gate, I used my Id card to scan my entry permit to this prestigious academy with my sister. 10 minutes later, we arrived in front of the gymnasium where several thousand students goes inside for the opening ceremony.

Twilight is standing outside the gymnasium, in front of him was her sister nightingale. She was expecting encouraging words and gentle pats from me. Why do you ask? She is acting like “I don’t care!” and luring me into her trap.

It can’t be helped then!

“Nee-chan! I know that being chosen as one of the student council members means having great responsibilities and duties but you need to remember that I am always here to support and take care of you.”

Twilight declared proudly while raising his hand naturally and gently head patting her sister nightingale without hesitation. The result was, that she was very happy and satisfied while having a cute smile.

Nightingale walked inside the gymnasium with a serious cool expression and confidence. Beside her were the student council president Alice and other student council members.

March 1, 2054 Hero AD.

Monday, The opening ceremony started, and the bell rang back and forth twice. 10,000 trainee students line up together inside the gymnasium, and they are all seated in their seats in a proper and organized way.

The seat position is divided into three types.

The first-year trainee student is seated on the left side.

The second-year trainee student is on the middle side.

The third-year trainee student is on the right side.

That was the seating arrangement of the opening ceremony every year.

After Nightingale left, Twilight also started making his way inside the gymnasium.

I open the door slowly and what came to surprise me was the view was amazing, Look at those many trainee students. There were almost 10,000 people, the gymnasium is like the design that was in the game, very clean and neat.

The stage is wide and big, a flag banner was standing on both sides representing the symbol of genesis academy. The VIP seat was in the upper room of the gymnasium where all the genius professors, teachers, academic advisers, sports coaches, and many more gathered in one place.

On the other hand, the academy trainee student uniform is divided into two types.

[Elite types.]

Male types, usually wearing underneath white polo and black tie on their neck, and long dark blue pants and shoes that are black on the outside and under is red, dark blue and red coat and star emblem on their blazer representing -status on the academy.

Female types usually wear an academy uniform which consists of underneath white polo, blue tie, dark blue jacket, and star emblem to her blazer which acknowledges their status as an elite. She wears long black socks that leave her upper thighs exposed and are held by red straps, as well as black high-heel boots.

[Null types.]

Male types normally wear their green, white, and black school uniform, The boys don white coats with emerald-green designs along the shoulders and sleeves and long blue ties lastly long black pants. Black shoes on the outside and under are green. They were wearing null emblems on their blazer representing -null types.

Female types, the girls wear a dress instead of a standard blazer and skirt. However, the dress is white and adorned with long, emerald-green sleeves and black ties. They were wearing null emblems on their blazer representing -null types.

Those two types represent the trainee student uniform for the past three years.

Twilight was a null-type trainee student so there is a big difference between him and her big sister nightingale but he doesn’t care about it, Why? Because sooner or later this academy will bow down to me as their king of shadow.

I decided! I will conquer this academy and become the mastermind that lurks in the shadows!

Status, Fame, Glory…Nah! It is meaningless to me, I have only one purpose for now… which is to survive in this academy for the past three years.

It’s a showdown between me versus the protagonist in the storyline.
