“Thump! Thump!”

“Koi! Koi!”

Thuds of foot matching were all over the entire wedding hall as a group of people walked inside from the entrance gate.

“Who are these people and why are they here with all these gift items?”

“If you ask me, then who will I ask? I am as confused as you are because I don't know who they are.”

“Could it be that one of these secret, mighty and powerful suitors of Miss Jade Smith has decided to publicly declare his interest in her by sending a wedding gift to the Smiths family today?”

“Maybe. You may be right because Mrs Smith Senior had previously announced to the public yesterday that her most beautiful granddaughter Miss Jade will divorce her crazy husband to remarry any capable suitor who would be able to save their family from going bankrupt and unexpected doom.”

“Tsk, tsk!”

The announcement of the arrival of another wedding gifts startled everyone present in the hall and, they all stood in daze gasping for air as they watched couple of maidservants carrying bounties of exclusively luxurious gifts items of different kinds in their hands walked majestically into the hall alongside an elegant looking young lady who was dressed in an exclusively white-sleek and imported gown made of lace material and a man was dressed in expensive white and black suits on top black leather shoes.

The young and elegant looking lady was walking side by side with the older looking yet charismatic man as they walked into the hall.

Both their dressings and aura was evident that they were the leaders of the maidservants and bodyguards bearing the gifts items.

The young lady was the first daughter to the older looking man. While she looked to be in her early twenties her father looked fifties.

They were the Garners who came to deliver Aiden's wedding gift to the Smiths.

Their sudden appearance at the wedding hall plus the luxurious items they came with took the crowd by surprise and left them overwhelmingly shocked and confused.

While some of the crowd chatted and tried very hard to figure out who had brought such magnificent wedding gifts to the Smiths, the majority of them were seriously gasping for air in their state of bewilderment and confusion.

Jade, Lily and Mrs Smith Senior were among the people who struggled so hard to breathe because they had never seen either the young lady or the man that led the maidservants and bodyguards into the hall.

‘Who are they?’

‘Who sent them?’

‘Why did the person behind them decide to send these magnificent items to their Smith's family?’

Many unanswered questions occupied Jade's mind and troubled her.

Even Jackson who wanted to attack Aiden for destroying the green tea decocted from the 100-year-old ginseng herb he had previously gifted Mrs Smith Senior with was equally drawn back and intimidated by the sudden appearance of his new rivalry and the luxurious items he came with as gifts. Judging from the worth of these items, Jackson knew that his new opponent was by far mightier and more powerful than him and that he wouldn't stand a chance to compete with him.

After entering the hall, the elegant looking young lady went to Aiden, bowed before him and handed some documents to him and then said respectfully, “Mr Stein, the wedding gift is here. Please, sign the acceptance letter.”

“Mhm,” Aiden nodded his head, took a pen from the lady and sign the documents immediately without saying a single word.

“What?!”

A confused uproar immediately escaped from the crowd as they watched this scenario unfold before them like dreams. A clear shock and confusion were expressively written on their faces.

“You may present the gift to Mrs Smith Senior.”

“Alright,” the young lady replied respectfully and then turned to the maidservants and ordered, “Unveil the wedding gifts.”

“Yes, her majesty!” The maidservants answered the young lady in a unanimous and respectful tone.

Aiden then nudged Jade and smiled, “I told you not to panic before now. Have you seen that the wedding gifts are here and there's no way that useless Jackson could win me because he can never measure up to me. He’s just a useless ant that will soon be destroyed for provoking you.”

“Mhm!” A confused and shocked smile appeared on Jade's face as she silently nodded her head in acceptance of Aiden's words.

At that moment, the elegant young lady announced while her maidservants unveiled the gift items they came with for the crowd saying, “The first item of the wedding gifts is a herbal green tea decocted from a one hundred thousandth year ginseng roots. Mr Stein asked us to prepare a wedding gift for you Mrs Smith Senior and we’ve got you this 1000-year-old ginseng green tea because of your failing health and strength. I can assure you that your strength will become revitalized and your health renewed once you take this tea.”

“What?!”

“Is this reality or am I dreaming?!”

“1000-year-old ginseng green tea!”

“1000-year-old ginseng green tea is not only expensive to get but one needs so much power and influence for him to acquire it. But this young man prepared such a magnificent item for Mrs Smith Senior because Mr Stein asked her to prepare wedding gifts and send them on his behalf. This lady's family is very generous!”

“Yes, and I tell you that this Mr Stein must be a big shot for him to command such respect and favor from her family!”

“Wonderful! Mr Stein is amazing! I never knew that Mr Stein meant his words when he said that he had asked the Garners to send a wedding gift to the Smiths on his behalf. It turns out that he is incredibly amazing and powerful!”

“This young lady must be a member of the Garners for she has prepared the herbal green tea for Mrs. Smith Senior because I learned that there are only two 1000-year-old ginseng green teas in the whole world.”

“That's very correct. The Garners have one of its pieces in their possession while the remaining one is with the most senior disciple of the eternity palace. I heard that Garners was able to get one because her patriarch was lucky enough to have encountered a mysterious and generous unrivaled medical doctor who gave him herbal green tea!”

The crowd was heated up again with discussions concerning the first wedding gift items that had been unveiled before them.

At that moment, the young lady smiled and continued to speak, “The second item of the wedding gifts is a platinum sculptured Statue that costs five hundred millions. Also, the third item is a two billion contract deal with the Garners’ Group!”

“Amazing! This is absolutely amazing! Have you seen it now?! I told you guys that this lady is a member of the Garners. She has confirmed her identity with the third item of the wedding gifts. The Garners are very mighty and powerful to behold!”
