Alighting from the car, Elsa and Aiden walked into the store. Elsa's face was still squeezed, looking like she had just seen a pile of shit a few minutes ago.
She was still doubting Aiden who didn't even notice the expression on her face and was lost in his thoughts on how to invite his lawyer friend to help him with this case. She had thought that he was still trying to pretend as though he didn't notice her. She already had a plan in mind. "Welcome sir, Ma." A sales girl approached the two and greeted them, bowing slightly. "What cars do you have?" Aiden snapped out of his thoughts, looked at the girl who seemed to be a complete newbie at the store, and asked directly. "Well..." The girl was taken aback by Aiden's question and stuttered before finally replying. "We have quite several brands; there's Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, and a lot more." She spoke, glancing at Aiden and then at Elsa who was by the side. Elsa rolled her eyes at the sales girl, seeing that she was staring at her, and she had an expression of "I didn't come here willingly, nor do I look like someone who could afford the cars you sell." If not for the fact that she had seen Dominic treat Aiden with respect and knew that he was a second rich generation who would be able to afford a car, she would have refused to step into the store. After all, with the way Aiden was dressed, one would be able to tell that at most, he was just rich enough to be able to take care of his expenses. "Show me the cars, I'll choose." Aiden thought for a while and replied. He was not a car fanatic and barely knew about cars. If it were not for his friends at his workplace, who would frequently talk about different models of cars, he would know almost nothing about cars. Thus, he couldn't just say he wanted a particular one. Once he saw them, he would know which one to choose. "Alright sir, this way." The sales girl smiled and then led the two into the inner part of the store. "Sir, this is a BMW product." She began, introducing the various types of cars available while telling him the types and models. Elsa, on the other hand, looked at Aiden, who was listening to the sales girls and couldn't help but snort in disgust. She still believed that Aiden was trying to impress her and thus made up her mind that she was never going to be impressed by his actions. "What about that car?" Aiden suddenly broke the silence, pointing at a black car, not too far from the ones they were. "Huh?" The sales girl froze as she looked at Aiden and then at the car he was pointing at. "Sir, that's Mercedes Benz," The sales girl replied, slowly turning around to look at Aiden, who looked expressionless. "I want it" Aiden looked at the car again and nodded satisfactorily as he looked at the car. It looked rather simple, and the color was just what he wanted. Though there were a lot of other cars right there, the only one that caught his attention was the Mercedes Benz. "Sir...." The sales girl stuttered as she moved backwards a little, not believing her ears. "What's the problem?" Aiden inquired, staring at the girl. "Has the car been sold out?" He asked, his gaze still on her. "No?" The girl shook her head as she looked at him nervously not knowing what to say. "Is there anything wrong with the car? Maybe it's not for your store or it still needs some repairs or some parts?" Aiden continued to inquire, his tone bland. "No sir..." The girl hurriedly shook her head. "Since that's the case, I want to buy the car, or ain't I allowed to get it?" "No sir, I didn't say that." The sales girl hurriedly shook her head afraid that she was going to cause Aiden to misunderstand. "Then hurry up and start the procedure." Aiden furrowed his brows, wondering what was wrong with the girl. She was the only one who stood up to attend to them when he and Elsa came into the store, he could also see that she was the only one who didn't look down on him. So he wondered what was wrong with her and why she was hesitant. "Sir, I have to say, but this car is a Mercedes Benz 540k vintage model, which is worth twenty million dollars," The sales girl finally found the courage and said slowly as she looked at Aiden. "Ohh, I see," Aiden muttered, feeling a little bit shocked in his heart. He didn't know the car was that expensive, but it was none of his problem. "So, sir..." "Alright, you don't have to worry, I'll pay for the car in full. Here's my card." Aiden interrupted the girl pulling out his bank card. Elsa's eyes opened wide, and she looked at Aiden, wondering what the heck was wrong with him. Why the heck did he want to buy a car for twenty million dollars? Though she knew that he would be able to afford it, but then his way of showing off was just too extreme. Did he have to go to this length? Maybe she was just going to have to stop him. After all, she didn't have the intention of taking the car from him. So there was no need to let him waste his money. She was not going to take it from him anyway. "I...." "See who we have here." An arrogant voice sounded just as Elsa was about to talk, a figure in expensive clothing and high heels walked into the scene. The soles of her heels echoed all over the place, by her side was a young man who had a smile on his face. His clothing was equally expensive and the lady held his arms as they walked towards Aiden.Latest Chapter

"Hello Scott," Aiden said, answering the call while still wondering the reason Scott called. "Dr. Aiden, it's been a while," Scott's cheerful voice came from the other end of the phone. "My sister is organizing a banquet for her birthday today, so she thought to invite you," Scott continued, directly stating the reason he was calling. He knew Aiden didn't like the long talks of formalities, so he just went straight to the point. "Should I send an invitation card?" Scott inquired, pausing for Aiden to reply. "Sure, send it over, I'll be there," Aiden agreed without hesitation. This would be a good chance to get to know the other families in Oakridge and see which ones were worth making friends with. He had already offended the Harrison and the Ross Families, though they didn't know he was the one as he had beaten Jake and Lucas. Besides, he heard they were looking for a doctor to help them treat their sons as they were in coma. He was sure they would have heard about him treati
System Rewards
Kayla grinned evilly and continued to eat as though she hadn't just casually thrown a bomb. Aiden on the other hand continued to eat while waiting for Elsa to recover. Things were going well currently and the System's mission for bringing back the Snack Shack to its past glory was also completed though the system was yet to issue the reward. The farm had also been set up. His herb farm too was also blooming and now he had a few years old herbs in his garden. In fact they were all more than ten years old. Sometime later, Aiden planned to make his Scar and the others cultivate within the array. This would be far more effective than anything, though he still wasn't really satisfied with the array and wanted to improve it. Lazy Kayla didn't care about the herbs farm, else, she would have noticed and would have long asked questions. With that going well, Aiden was well assured there weren't going to be any problems. Though he knew this was only the beginning. It had only been two we

But she refused stating it was merely something she loved doing. This made Aiden feel helpless. There was nothing he would be able to do. She wouldn't stop even if he begged her to.Ring!Elsa's phone suddenly rang disrupting the perfect silence in the sitting room. Answering the phone, Elsa frowned slightly."You need more bags?" She muttered as though she couldn't believe her ears."Yes dear, the orders are flocking in, so we need to work harder," Dominic's old voice came from the other end of the phone."Alright sir, I'll arrange for it to be transported," Elsa agreed, putting down the phone."Elsa, aren't you forgetting

Price Of Arrogance
Scarlett's expression turned dark instantly. What the heck was this idiot doing?"We should report back to the force with our findings, not give it to some stinky doctor," Justin glared at Aiden before turning to Scarlett. At this moment, Scarlett had a headache. What the heck was this idiot thinking? Did he think she didn't want to take it back? This was a poison for heaven's sake. And the worst part was that no one would be able to extract the poison when it gets into the body.Unlike other poison, this one was so potent that even touching you might get you poisoned. She had seen it with her younger brother and if it was not for the fact they were lucky to have Aiden by their side, Scott would be long gone and yet, that was what this idiot wanted to mess with?"Justin," Scarlett called, managing to suppress her rage,"That thing in your hands is not an ordinary substance, it would be best if you just hand it over to Dr. Aiden, that'll make this place safe for all of us," Scarlett ad
