Cara's [P.O.V]

It was me falling and not the innocent heart injured by my alpha mate as the air washed above with my eyes closing itself to die or survive the pain of jumping out from a story building.

It wasn't long before I landed.

Then I felt no pain but a tight hold over my curvy waist.

I was in his arms, my mate's arms and I could not understand the speed he must have used to save me since the last time I saw him was upstairs.
