Chapter 31 An uneven battle

"As superintendent, I have the power to discipline you both." Kidnagan's hand struck a gripping pose.

Slowly the water particles on the ground and in the air floated between Kidnagan's fingers. While continuing to absorb the water particles, the collected water was poured onto Reysri's back.
