FEDERICK'S POV

"Be your girlfriend? and why would I do that?"

" Because you are going to be interested in what I have to offer you." I replied making Georgia take a quick look at me.

" Fine, let's see what you have to offer."

I led Georgia into the apartment I lived in. It was cozy and not well arranged. I pushed the door open and I immediately started to grab my scattered clothes that littered the room.

I could see the look on her face but I said nothing.

Without taking a seat, Georgia looked at me, " So what is it that you are offering. You wanted me to be your girlfriend so let's hear it."

I knew what she meant, "I want you to be my girlfriend. More like a contract."

"And what is in it for me?"

My face lit up with joy. I knew she was interested in as long I would be paying her. " Can I pay with cash?" I asked sarcastically.

Georgia sighed and rolled her eyes. "Everyone needs and likes money. As long as we don't need to get psychical then I will do it."

I let out a chuckle, slightly surprised to see this side of her. Georgia—the most sought-after lady in the university—wasn’t just beautiful; she had an interesting attitude.

"How much money do you need?" I asked.

"1,000,000 dollars."

I frowned briefly. I only had $3,000,000 with me. I remembered I had paid for my hospital bills and I haven't even gotten myself anything.

"I don't have that much yet," I admitted, then raised an eyebrow. "Is being a boyfriend throughout the semester really that costly?"

"Not just anyone can be my contract lover. You know what you are getting yourself into when you decided to stop me."

I smirked. "You're bold and cocky. But that doesn't matter. I'll pay you 500,000 dollars by noon tomorrow, without any deductions then I will pay you the rest."

She took a sip of the soda I handed her and finally spoke. "You're doing this for revenge?"

I froze.

"I heard Mandy Cosgrove is your ex-girlfriend, but she seems very happy with Damian, the basketball player."

Her words were harsh but then it was the truth. Memories of betrayal creeping in. Seen my reaction, she didn’t need me to answer.

"You don't look rich to me. Were you deliberately hiding the fact that you have some money to throw around?"

I smiled. " I think I dnt need to go into detials. I pay you your money and then you play the role I want you to play."

Georgialaughed. " Alright." she said, then suddenly stood up.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

She leaned closer, her expression unreadable. "If you want to be respected, you have to make people feel your charisma through how you look. If you walk around saying you have money looking like this, people will just think you’re a lunatic."

I got the message. She wanted me to upgrade my appearance. But with such cold words…

"Should I add some tips so you don't talk to me that rudely?" I smirked. "I’m tired of hearing her talk down at me." I said I'm anger

Georgia didn’t bother answering and walked out.

[ THE FOLLOWING DAY ]

The next morning at Austin University, the usual chaos unfolded as students rushed to class. Damian and his group arrived, bringing their usual brand of trouble.

Damian, the basketball star, was handsome, rich, and popular—but he was also a notorious bully. Today, he had some poor student dancing in the middle of the hallway for laughs.

"Baby, stop it. He almost peed his pants," Mandy giggled, pretending to be sympathetic but clearly amused.

"You like watching him suffer, don’t you? You laugh so beautifully," Damian smirked.

"Is it okay?" she asked coyly.

"Why not? Hey, nerd, spin around without your glasses on!" Damain barked at a trembling student named Eddy.

Zeek flinched. "But, Damina, I can't see without my glasses. How can I—"

"Did I ask for excuses?" Damian snapped, slamming his hand against a locker, making Zeek shrink back in fear.

Laughter erupted around them, but it all died down when I entered the hallway.

Zeek rushed past me, holding back tears. I barely spared him a glance—I already knew what had happened. But what really caught everyone’s attention wasn’t just my arrival—it was how I looked now.

Gone was the plain, geeky Fred.

I now wore a dark academia-themed suit, looking both elegant and effortlessly cool. My brown hair had been professionally styled, and my accessories—glasses that matched my long coat—completed the transformation.

And the best part?

Georgia was holding my hand.

"Isn’t that Irrisia? Is she dating… Fred?"

"Frederick, the charity case? The nerd?"

"He doesn’t look like a nerd at all. He actually looks... rich."

"Did you hear? He bought the newest Ferrari spider car!"

Damian expression darkened the moment he saw me.

And Mandy?

She looked absolutely speechless.

I stopped right in front of Damian, smirking. "Move."

Damain smirked. "What did you say?"

"Get out of the way. Or are you planning to stand here till dismissal?"

His eyes twitched as he realized he was indeed blocking the hallway.

"Wow, you also bought a new, bolder mouth with that little loan cash of yours ?" he sneered. " Did you rob the bank?"

I let out a low chuckle. "Stealing? That’s something only the weak and ignorant do."

I glanced at Mandy.

Of course, Damian lost it. He threw a punch, but I dodged easily and kicked his leg, making him fall to one knee.

Gasps filled the hallway.

Especially from Mandy.

"Remember that I haven’t forgiven you for that attempted murder in the gym," I said, loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Attempted murder?"

"You mean Damian tried to kill Fred?!"

The whispers grew louder.

Damain gritted his teeth, but Mandy looked… embarrassed. For the first time, she seemed to regret dating a troublemaker.

Was popularity still all that mattered? Did wealth and status mean anything if you were humiliated in front of everyone?

I turned my gaze to Mandy, meeting her shocked expression.

"So… you’re that kind of guy, huh?" she finally spoke. "You fell in love with another woman so quickly. Just days ago, you knelt in front of me, swearing you loved me. You really are a man who changes his feelings easily."

I scoffed.

"Aren’t you the same?" I countered. "You dated Damian while we were still together. So, tell me, what kind of person are you criticizing right now? Someone just like you? Or someone like you… but who does it better?"

Mandy's face twisted in anger

I leaned in slightly, my voice just loud enough for her to hear. "You two are so well-matched. I hope you stay together… in hell."

Damian lunged at me again, but before he could, Georgia wrapped her arms around mine, pouting playfully.

"Fred, are we just going to stand here? I can’t stand all this filth around me."

I smiled. "Actually, I have no business here anymore."

With that, I walked past them, leaving Damian fuming on the ground and Mandy standing in stunned silence.

She didn’t say another word.

And Damian?

He was still kneeling, humiliated, fists clenched in rage.

"I swear I will destroy you, you orphan!" he spat.

But I didn’t even look back.

I was just starting to get my revenge on them.

Dully's POV I could see the rage in his eyes. The anger, and I knew it wasn't Damain anymore. The system was slowly taking hold of him. This was bigger than I had thought. Even the school authorities cannot do anything to stop him or any of us now. It was left to me and Fred to make sure Damian stopped. But the question I kept asking myself was, what do I need to do to stop him? Was killing him the only way? The dean looked at both of us and laughed. "You know, your father never told me you were a twin, Damian." Was this the plan all along? To make you both disrupt the school's progress? Ever since you got in here, it has been one problem upon another." "And you collected our money. He made it worthwhile for you, didn't he?" "Damian said, flashing a set of white teeth at the Dean. "You can either let us go, or I am going to do far more than we did across the field." "Is that a threat, little boy?" The dean said in anger. Damian stood up gently, his gaze locked on the dean, who

"Did you see that?" "How is that even possible?" "Is this even real?" "I saw him push waves back at him." "What the hell is going on with those two?" Are they even real?" Dully cleaned the blood on his lips with the back of his hand. "Do you think you can win?" You think you can hide under the dark system for long?" he said breathlessly. "And you, brother, why are you doing this?" We don't have to be enemies. Fred is our enemy. He is the one trying to come between us." Damian said, gasping for breath. Damian's eyes turned towards me, and I could see the venom in them. "No, he is the only reason I am standing here alive, and if you think I am going to turn on him, then you are a fool!" Dully shouted angrily. I looked at the both of them, and then I realized that maybe I don't even have to lift a finger to take Damain down. Maybe all I had to do was pitch them against each other and let Dully kick his ass. They were about to clash again when I saw the school authorities coming.

FEDERICK'S POV I knew Dully was my jackpot. I was not sure if it was going to be a surprise to Damain but I definitely knew the studies were going to be hit to the core. " Wait?" " What the hell just happened?" " Are they twin?" One of the students said out loud. " I can't believe this. They look almost identical." Another said " That is because they are a twin dummy." Damian looled at me and back at Dully who was walking into the feild majestically. " I am sure you must be delighted to rekindled old love with your brother." I said with sacarcsm. " Do you think I was going to challenge you without a backup plan? Do you think I am going to say yes to all your demands?" " I saw him died." Damain said frantically. I knew he was stunned but not too surprised. " Do you think you can take on your brother, Damian?" I said with a smirk on my face. " How come? I saw you die." Damain said walking to meet Dulky across the field. Georgia rushed towards me clinging me

FEDERICK'S POV The wind shifted slightly as Damian stared me down, his cronies poised like hounds waiting for a whistle. Ethan smirked, his arms crossed, while Aiden and Axel stood stiff, clearly itching for violence. But it was Georgia’s hand that I felt trembling behind me; her face was visibly showing that she was scared and anxious of what was going to happen next. I had to stall.Fighting Damian right inside the school was going to be a stupid move. “I’m not giving you anything, Damian,” I said, my voice steady. “You should know by now—I don’t make deals with snakes. And like I said, I am not going to be involved in trying to take down anyone or anything. If you want to go on a suicide mission, then you do it yourself and leave me the hell out of it." His eyes darkened, the smirk sliding from his face like a curtain drawn before the storm.“Wrong choice,” he said coldly. He snapped his fingers.I braced myself, expecting an ambush. Taking down the dark system was the only thing on my mind, and of course, I now had Dully by my side. I was seated under the sycamore tree when I looked up to see Georgia walking towards me. A smile was visibly plastered over my face. I haven't seen her in days. "Don't you miss me?" She said playfully as she kissed me softly on the lips. "And why would you say that?" I said, smiling. "You tell me." No calls, no text messages, and you really miss me?" Georgia said, stealing a quick glance at me. "I am sorry about that, but there was something I needed to take care of." "Damian, right?" Georgia asked, and I nodded. I looked at her, and for a moment I pondered if I should talk to her about the system or not. "You look like you have something on your mind." Care to share?"
