FUTURE OF ZEN

ch 25 MEMORIES

Next day, Zen wakes up early in the morning and is ready to go for practice.

After getting dressed, he went to Linda's room and knocked on it.

As she replied

' I am coming just wait a minute and we are not going outside today so go down and practice your dhyaan for now.

I will be there shortly.'

Hearing that Zen went down and started concentrating on his dhyaan, now he was able to achieve it a little difficultly because the soothing of beach side was more comforting to him then being at home.

Also he had put up an habit of Venda scolding him but she seems quite now as she has become more of a good partner to him.

But still possess the same attitude.

He was trying to get deep and deep into his mindset to release all the tension and accept the flow of energy through the whole course of body.  

Linda came down and saw him doing it, she stepped a little further and kept watching.

Linda was trying to analyse all the things he was doing while trying to achieve it as his posture, breathing and even his pulse mattered in the point.

She was pointing out all his things he lacks in and need to improve to use his full potential.

Linda even knows just by looking at him that he holds even greater potential then her not even because had more levels but even on the level she possess.

She knows that he can do much more then that what she wasn't able to achieve.

Though she doesn't want him doing anything like that but seeing his potential she knows that he is the only one who can do it and free them from the eternal rule of demons.

As she kept monitoring him, she though it be great to interrupt him to see if he is able to keep his cool and concentration even in those situations.

Linda said

' i will now test few things on you, so i will start when you are ready.

So just move your finger i will know you are ready. '

Zen moved his finger  and Linda started her test.

She threw a spoon at him from behind, he wasn't able to dodge it in time as not being fast enough and it hit him.

She again threw a spoon from over his head and he didn't reacted this time.

Linda threw many spoons from different sides but he didn't tried to dodge or catch any of it again and again.

Linda asked him why he wasn't doing anything but he didn't answer it.

So he told him that this will be the last time i will be doing it, if you are able to do it then you pass if not you are going to train only this whole day without food.

Saying that Linda threw a knife this time at him and with a little much force, as the knife entered his dhyaan circle.

He reacted to it this time and he caught it in the mid air.

Not just caught but he also threw it back at Linda, which Linda caught without any issue but she was surprise that he was able to pin even her location to throw it her way.

Zen opened his eyes and Linda gave him a big slam to his head and said

' what was all that?

If you knew how to do it then why you didn't dodge the one's before i thew at you.

I though you couldn't tell them coming or react fast enough to be able dodge them.

But you did quite well with the last one so why you didn't before? '

Zen replied

' Linda, i knew they were coming and could dodge them.

But my body was telling me to not dodge them as they were not to harm me in any way.

But the last one was with a intention to deal damage and i reacted on that one.

That is the only reason i threw it your way. '

Linda looked at him with a surprised look as he patted his head and said

' You don't stop impressing me don't you.

I knew something was off because you reacted to the first but not after that.

You are becoming strong day by day, keep doing that you will become even stronger then our fathe.....'

She stopped in the mid sentence, Zen looked at her face which had become sad just as she remember her father.

So Zen asked her

' Linda? I know this will be rough but could you tell me about what happened to your, i mean our parents and also about the incident with berry you were going to discuss with me at the day i went berserk. '

Linda looked at Zen and said

' i know i have to tell you but i don't know how to put it into words.

Everything that happened was just so different that we ever had imagined would happen to us.

Things were looking so good for us but suddenly everything just came into chaos and just ruined everything i cared about. '

Saying that she went silent and Zen also kept his mouth shut for the time.

Venda said to Zen

' it will be rough for her, i mean your parents dying in front of your eyes is so very hard to bear and even on that she was accused of killing them.

She had gone through so much, i can see why she won't be able to tell you all about it. '

Zen listening her replied

' what? How do you know about all this? '

Venda replied

' i have record of it all in my data, so i know the gits of what happened during the times but not the true events as they were kept secret.

So only one who can tell you about that incident is Linda, though you can also record it all in me if you want but for that Linda have to transfer it in me through your mind.'

Zen after hearing that asked Linda

' hey Linda, i know this is wrong time to say it but listen i know you won't be able to tell me about it but how about you transfer the memories of that time to my mind.

This way Venda can copy it and i will be able to see them rather then you telling me.

I know it will be difficult too but for me to know what happened with you and our parents is something necessary or i will always be in the shadows of not knowing the real truth behind this country.

So could you please be willing to do it.'

Linda wiped her tears and looked at Zen with her swollen eyes and said

' i think you are right, being my brother you have the right to know the real truth.

I even kept Zen away from all this when it was happening, so he didn't knew what happened either but if you will get to know it.

I think one of my burden that i bear of keeping him away from the truth will lift off my shoulders.

So i will transfer the data to your mind but it will not be easy, you have to clear in the mind for me do it.

Means during the time i am transferring the memories you shouldn't be allowed to watch them.

I am saying this because if you do start to watch them, you will never be able to come out of those memories and sleep an eternal slumber.

So mind it while i do it.

So if you are ready we can do it and tell Venda to be ready too.

She have to keep recording them as they pass on through you mind or it will be in vein.

Venda said that she was ready and they started the memory transfer.

Linda joint her head with Zens and they both closed their eyes as linda start to concentrate on transferring tha data through his mind.

She starts it and Zen becomes able to see all those memories but he tries to restrain himself for not watching them as Linda told him not to do it.

Venda keep on recording the whole event and they kept on doing it for a while.

After a while Linda slowly opens hee eyes and looks at Zen as her part of the work was done.

She was looking at Zen as she knew it will take him few seconds to realise that the transferring was done.

Venda told him that it was done and he opened his eyes.

Linda hugged him as she was worries that he might not get into the memories and may not wake up.

Then Linda says

' now that you have all of those memories, i will be great for you to watch them but before that you have something else to do and that is your training.

So get your ass up right ahead and start doing your training.

After finishing the training and having dinner at night they both were tired and Linda told him to take a break tomorrow if he wants and watch the memories she provided him.

Which he accepted to do and Linda told him that she will be going to the hospital tomorrow as she had been away from her duty as a doctor.

She also told him that for a while he have to do his training on his own.

Zen told her that he will feel a little lonely without her but he will manage as her duty as a doctor is much more important.

Linda went to her room after saying goodnight to Zen and he went to his room too.

As he laid on his bed, Zen asked Venda to show him all the memories she had saved in her data.

So Venda told him that if he sleeps it would be much better experience.

So he told her to just start it and he will sleep eventually without even realising.

So she started to show him the memories she had stored.
