FUTURE OF ZEN

ch 36 GHOST LADY

In Zen's mind there were tons of questions popping up.

What he is? Why he is? How he is? A demon familiar? What the hell even that suppose to mean? Why the hell he is here? What should i do? Should i run or just act like a i didn't even saw or hear him at all.

But in this jumble mindset he also asked Venda if she was seeing this, as she replied

' yeah, i am seeing this.

No matter how much i don't wanna see that, but i saw that and can hear him too.

He is a demon familiar for sure.

If you wanna know what a demon familiar is then i have no idea about what they are.

This is new to me.

Just ask him yourself.'

Zen replied

' like hell i am gonna ask him anything, i don't even want to see him again.

I just want to go back five minutes. '

As Zen was saying nothing and standing still facing the opposite side of which headless was, head came in front of his eyes and said

' Don't fool me, human.

I know that you saw and hear me, so stop pretending.

If you are scared of me, so you are right you should be but i am not going to do anything to you.

I am just here by my masters orders, he told me report anything suspicious to him.

I guess i will report him that you were able to see and hear me, which is quite odd for a human.

But seeing your aura, it is also good.

Not like most of the humans here, though your is nothing in front of the one i am looking for.

That guy who just came after you were quarreling with your girlfriend had insane amount of aura emitting from him.

He is more then enough to gain attention of my master.

The girl you came hear with also had some great aura, i guess my master will love her to be on his side.

Now don't tell anyone about me being here or i will kill that girlfriend of yours and my master will have fun with that lady you came with. '

Just as he heard him say that about Linda, he immediately leveled up hi gear to 3rd level and looked at Headless with his monstrous eyes and a crazy scary look.

Right as he turned toward him, Headless felt so much menacing aura coming from him.

Just as he looked at him, he started shaking through out his body.

He couldn't even say anything due to being scared to death just looking at Zen.

As Zen said

' How dare you talk about Linda, with that filth.

I will kill you right here, right now and you won't even be able to see your master again. '

Just as Zen said that he was just about to attack headless but Venda stopped him

' Don't do that Zen, stop.

This will result in so much problems for Linda and we don't need that.

Please calm down or someone might see you. '

Zen hearing that came to his cool and lowered his level, as he came to his basic level looking at headless he said

' Go away before i kill you and don't dare even think about Linda even a little or you and your master will face the consequences. '

Just as Headless heard that, he ran away from there and disappeared.

In the Academy building, right about the time when Zen hyped up his aura.

Everyone felt that menacing aura, even the examiners in the academy felt that aura and felt terror.

Everyone who was able to sense that aura felt so much scared and in their hearts they felt fear from even moving that they might be die.

On the other hand, when Renji felt that aura he got excited of knowing that someone with great capability has come here and he smiled as he was waiting in the ground sitting at a chair where the physical exam was going to take place.

Many people who were outside and came out of the building after giving the written exam came to look at the point where they felt the aura most strong after Zen had cool down.

But they saw no one there as Zen had already gone from there, to not make any attention toward him.

He went to the bathroom to cool his head and think over on his actions.

Venda was also scolding him for doing all those reckless things everytime, just as he hears someone saying anything bad about Linda.

She said

' i know that you respect and care about Linda that you will even give your life for her and will take anyones life if she says so.

But you have to understand that she had gone through the same phase too, where she was harassed everyday of her life by the people.

But she kept her cool and kept living.

The Linda you see now is what she wasn't all those years ago, she is more mature and cool headed.

You have to learn from her too, just charging up right away if anyone just takes her name is not going to work.

If this keeps up she might get in trouble for this.

So think about it for a while and work on your actions. '

As Zen washed his face and looked at mirror, he knew that whatever Venda said was true and was a fact that he does react too much when anything is said to Linda.

But in his heart, he have to much respect toward Linda that anyone badmouthing Linda is intolerable for him.

He took a deep breathe and went outside the bathroom as he was going through the corridor he found someone running toward him.

It was a girl running toward him and she was scared.

As he saw behind her, there was a person who was flying and his body was see through.

He immediately knew that the thing behind that girl was a ghost.

He without thinking hid behind a gate at a turn in the corridor, he waited for the girl to come and turn to his side.

Just as the girl came he grabbed her hand and pulled her inside the room.

The ghost went ahead looking for her and he was able to save her.

There was pitch black in the room, So Zen tried to look for the light switch.

As he stumbled upon her toe and she screamed but Zen grabbed her mouth with his hand and told her not to scream or the ghost will come here.

He tried to look for the switch and turned on the light.

They both were now able to see each other as he took out his hand off her mouth and she took a deep breathe.

The girl then said

' who the hell are you and why you pulled me in here.

Are you trying to molest me ?

Don't come near me i may not look strong but i am the strongest of my town.

So don't...'

As Zen interrupted her and said

' Look, i am not going to do anything to you.

I just saw you running from that ghost and so i just pulled you in this room to save you.

So don't get ahead of yourself and make any assumptions of me.

I am just going to leave and see if that ghost is still there, then you can leave.'

As he moved toward the gate but the girl grabbed his cloth and pulled him toward her as she said

' Mister, wait.

Sorry that i said all that, i thought you were going to do all those bad things to me.

I am sorry and thanks for saving me from that thing.

But how you know that it was a ghost?'

As Zen looked at her and said

' How i know that?

What are you talking about, a flying person with a see through body.

What do you call it then? '

As the girl replied with a shocked look on her face

' We call it ghost but how you know that.

Moreover how you even were able to see it.

Only people who have died can see the ghosts or more precisely souls.

I have never seen anyone who can do so or even heard of anyone, except myself.

Most of the names i have heard are fake people,  but you are not lying i can tell that.

So tell me who are you exactly or more accurately how you died and came back to life. '

Zen looked at her with no confused face, as he couldn't even keep up with what she had just told him.

Venda in his mind said

' here we go again, first that demon familiar.

Now we have a person who claims to see ghosts, which this bastard can see too.

You know you love to invite problems, is this some kind of hobby or just your luck treating you.

First you died a unreal death, then you get reborn as some person that was suppose to be alive and have a gear which that person didn't possessed.

Then you turn into a demon and ravage the shit out of Linda, also you killed that son of a bitch Berry.

Then that demon familiar and now this.

Seriously i don't understand what type of story you have, the one in which you will fail or the one you might die again and maybe comeback to life again.

It be great to see it you know'

As Zen replied to her

' just Shut up Venda, i am trying to understand here what to even do or say.

I know what kind of shit i get into everyday, you don't have to tell me about it.

I am dealing with you too.'

Venda hearing that got angry and saif

' Fuck you and your life, this what i get for helping you all this time.

Don't call me now for help, i won't listen. '

Saying that Venda shut herself and Zen had to face this situation on his own now.
