[Tyrone: How about I bring myself there personally with my people?]

With that question, Jin could not help but chuckle and nod his head.

[Jin: Sure, I mean, if you're buying something, it's best to see its condition and its future prospects.]

[Tyrone: You read my mind exactly, I mean, as the next billionaire after myself, I'm quite confused as to why you would sell such a promising company, but with your words, I'm confident that you have found something even better... am I correct?]

[Jin: Hahaha, you know me too well my friend, it's actually something that I had a sudden thought of just this morning.]

[Tyrone: Hmm, then I hope it won't be too late to invest in it?]

Jin couldn't help but chuckle deep within himself, he pretended to ponder about it and replied after a long time.

[Jin: This... I don't really know if it will be something big.]

[Tyrone: if it's you, I have full trust that it will work, the only real question is, how much profit I could gain from it.]

[Jin: Well, I guess you trust me quite a lot.]

[Tyrone: I guess you can see I trust my instincts as well.]

[Tyrone: So... how much share would I get from investing 100m?]

[Jin: Hmm, if I'm talking about my future plan coming true, I'd say 1%, but right now, I could give you at most 2.3%]

Tyrone was definitely shocked hearing this.

[Tyrone: that small?]

[Jin: Well, if I am considering the revenue I'll receive annually, I think that's about it.]

Tyrone hearing how confident Jin was being, he could not help but think how much he could get, and that's exactly what he did.

[Tyrone: How much do you think my return will be in 10 years?]

Jin smiled and replied with full confidence: "If we're talking about 10 years, I think it will at least be a full 1,000% return, well, that's my minimum expectation."

Tyron immediately couldn't help but tremble.

[Tyrone: Hooo, I guess I'll invest 500 million then.]

[Jin: That's a massive upgrade compared to your first investment proposal.]

[Tyrone: Hahaha, well, I trust your judgment, and I know you won't let me down.]

[Jin: Definitely!]

Jin knew one thing, money would be worth nothing.

There are only three most important things after the apocalypse happened.

Food, water, and shelter!

His mansion, his villas, vacation houses, he plans to sell all of them within a month's time, else, it will be really useless in the future.

Well, if he wants, he could just retake it in the apocalypse, there would probably be no people occupying it.

He started using his computer and searching for the biggest place he could find.

Then, he thought of something important as well!

His friends, comrades!

Just for him to imagine living alone, even with all of the resources he could buy, it would probably be so lonely that he'd commit suicide.

He was planning to create a small shelter for himself at first, but thinking about it, he would need something bigger if he wanted to have a place for his comrades as well.

But out of all 450 of his comrades, he could only remember around half of them.

Still, he started to search for a massive place where he could create his shelter, his fortress!

He started to look for a place outside the city.

Soon, he found it, a rather desolate place with nothing catchy, but it actually has a massive sea to its right and a two-kilometer wide and seven-kilometer long lake.

The space is actually quite to his liking as well, two-kilometer squared land!

Jin immediately clicked his office's beeper and called for his secretary.

"Sir!" She immediately arrived.

Jin pointed at his screen, there, a map could be seen as well as a massive area enclosed by a red mark.

"I'd like to make a purchase of this land," Jin remarked.

Hearing this, the secretary had her eyes opened widely: "T-this, let me contact the government first."

Jin nodded his head: "Yes, it's quite deserted, but I'm quite sure that it will be cheaper. I'd like to purchase it by today."

The secretary nodded her head: "Yes, sir." As she responded, she immediately picked up her phone and captured what was on the screen before making a call.

Jin sat there, opened his phone, and checked all the grocery store items.

He then started purchasing all of the supplies that he could, the ones that would last longer.

In just a short single hour, he managed to spend 10 million just from buying food supplies!

He managed to empty 242 grocery stores out.

Still, he didn't stop there.

He kept buying more and more food, he knew all too well that they would resupply later on, hence, he didn't really care and just kept buying.

For water though, he would probably need to buy a lot of water purifiers, because, snow is quite an effective source of water, it's just that, it needs to be cleaned.

Purifying the water and then boiling it was enough.

He knew because that was how they had lived before.

Other than food and purifiers, he also started purchasing seeds, he did not know how many people he would save, how many things he could keep, and other stuff.

He also started contacting arms dealers, purchasing as many firearms and ammunition as he could.

Soon, his secretary came back.

"Sir, the government agreed to sell the properties, they had given a price of 3.6 million." The secretary reported.

Jin nodded his head: "Sure, pay them immediately directly from my account."

"Also, call fifty renowned architects from the country, I would like to create something," Jin added.

"50?" The secretary was shocked.

Jin nodded his head: "Yeah, I need them by tomorrow, pay for all of their traveling expenses."

"Understood!" The secretary immediately woke up from her daze and replied.

Jin then looked at her once more and asked: "Also, call in the other three secretaries I have, I need them all."

"Yes!"

As she left, Jin kept thinking about what else to prepare.

He estimated something, he needed at the very least to hire 30,000 men to finish all of it in half a month's time.

He would probably spend around 600 million total from it, or even more, but it will definitely be worth every penny he'll spend!

At this time, his phone rang.

"Sir, President Tyrone is here together with his people." The secretary spoke.

Jin smiled: "Let them in, bring them to the conference hall."

"Yes!"

With the plan going on, other than Yanruo, everyone remained at the same spot.It took around three hours for Yanruo and soon, she came back."I'm done." Yanruo landed and whistled cutely as she smiled at Jin: "Well, we can start now."Jin nodded his head: "Alright, but I think I'm forgetting something really important."Kaster patted his shoulder: "Well, if you forgot it, it's probably not that important right?"Hearing this, Jin nodded his head, but there was this something in his consciousness that told him that he needs to remember it as fast as he could!Kaster then smiled at everyone: "Then, I'll be destroying these monkeys now, I'll leave the exit to all of you.""Yes!" Everyone responded.Their group are composed of highly experienced A+ and S-ranked experts, hence, handling this monkey when they are only escaping in a single location is no big deal. They won't even sweat!"Alright, as you guys kill these monkeys, don't forget to get its monster cores!" He reported.Yanruo immediately looked at him: "Don't send a signal, gather the team from the left, I'll have Kaster gather the people from the right.""Y-yes!" The expert nodded and immediately moved back.Yuro wasn't even shocked, but Jin was confused, he looked at Yanruo and asked: "Why didn't we send the signal light?"Seeing that it was the fastest way to gather everyone, he was quite confused at this.Yanruo looked at Jin, she pitied this person, after all, his knowledge about monsters was limited due to the people around him.Hence, Yanruo then started to explain: "The orange crazed monkeys aren't really a problem, it's their tactics that are troublesome.""What do you mean?" Jin asked.Yanruo sighed, it seemed that the people on Jin's side were so strong, t

Yanruo paused for a bit before glancing at Jin: "Unless there is someone that will show us a way to break through from it."As she said those words, her gaze intensified, hinting about something, but Jin merely stared at her with an unknowing smile.Yanruo couldn't help but sigh, Jin is quite formidable indeed. Then, she continued and told the story."Well, in our previous place, the Solar Blaze Empire, the major clans of the city that you're familiar with were just small clans.""Compared to the truly massive clans, our clans were quite we
