Ms Anne was pacing around the door of the room. She was panicking and wondering if her brother would make it.

She prayed he did.

Just then the door burst open, James stormed out holding a male nurse by the collar.

Ms Anne was confused "What's happening? What about my brother?"

"This irresponsible nurse right here wants to kill your brother!" James snapped.

Shocked and confused, Anne looked at him "What do you mean?"

"His unprofessionalism made your brother's condition get worse! He couldn't even do a thing but rather made the condition worse!"

Anne was speechless as she looked at the nurse.

"Is this true?" She grabbed him by the collar "I swear if anything happens to my brother! I'll make you pay!" She yelled at him.

The nurse couldn't speak for himself. He was of low rank so he could only let James use him to save himself.

She looked at James "So what happens to my brother now? How's he? What will you do?" She questioned.

"We'll... we'll continue working towards it.."James said, uncertain of how to help.

But at least he had who he would blame the failure on.The nurse.

"Do something.. anything..save my brother now" Ms Anne demanded.

Having walked through the light, Dave found himself in the Hospital's elevator. And he was in a wheelchair.

He sighed. At least he was alive now. And in the hospital's elevator.

At least the system was true and he had a second chance!

He walked out of the elevator and found himself on the same floor as Ms Anne and James.

Dave had already been informed about the situation. The situation of the young boy and the venue and all.

But he didn't get the full information, like the identities of parties involved.

"I can save him" Dave suddenly announced as he rolled his wheelchair to where the two were.

Ms Anne who was desperately asking James to save his brother paused. They all looked at Dave who had just walked up to them.

"And who the hell are you?" James questioned.

He didn't know Dave even though Dave had worked at that hospital as a cleaner and was "a friend" of Ray.

This proved the fact that Ray never even spoke with Dave at the hospital nor did he let people know they were friends.

"I can help save the young boy" Dave repeated himself.

"And what the hell does a cripple like you think this is? A playground or something? Get lost now! You haven't even saved yourself talk more of helping another!" James snapped at him.

Dave didn't bother with him, he looked at the confused Ms Anne "Give me your permission and I shall do the job"

Ms Anne was never going to let him in! Within her she felt this man must be mad!

How can a nobody like him walk up to them and demand treating his brother? And again he was crippled.

She believed he was high or mentally ill. She was never gonna let someone like him touch her precious brother!

"Hey! Don't you hear me! Get lost from here you pathetic cripple! Who even let you in here? How dare you even speak to Ms Anne?" James said.

Dave smiled. He was pretty much used to this treatment and sort of expected it from them.

But he said "There's not much time left, so let me do the job if you don't want your brother dead"

Ms Anne was annoyed "Are you cursing my brother?? How dare you! Guards! Come take him away from here and punish him dearly in jail!"

Just as she was calling for the guards who came with her, Dave pulled off the ultimate trick he had gotten from his system.

An information he knew he had to use now.

"Blue dots on the tongue.... random red dots on the neck...small coughs..That was how the illness started but you overlooked that... Didn't you madam?" Dave asked, looking at Anne.

Anne was Speechless. How did this man know?

She never mentioned the fact that weeks back she had noticed these symptoms on her younger brother.

But she didn't think much about it! She thought it was a normal illness and had gotten drugs for him.

Dave continued "You shouldn't have given him those drugs... Because it only made it worse. Don't you know?"

This left her speechless. It was as if Dave was reading her mind!

"Who are you? And how did you know all these...?" Ms Anne questioned.

Dave smiled "Now can I get an opportunity to take a look at your young brother? Maybe I can actually be of help"

Without hesitation, Ms Anne demanded "Let him in! now"

James was confused. It all happened quickly and he didn't even understand what was happening.

What symptoms? What medicine? It was as if they were Speaking in tongues!

"What? Ms Anne? How can you let this crippled stranger in like that? How is that logical? You can't risk your brother's life like this!"

But Anne didn't even pay attention to the whining James. She quickly pushed the emerging room's door open for Dave and helped him in.

James couldn't believe his eye! A stranger was casually walking into their emergency room!

He tried calling Ray again but he wasn't picking. He then decided to leave him a message.

In the message he informed Ray of who the patient is and urged him to come immediately because a stranger is already offering to treat the boy and take the glory!

After sending the messages, James also walked into the room.

Gabriel's condition had only gotten worse and Ms Anne couldn't help but shed tears at the sight of her brother.

"What did you guys do to my brother??" She questioned, in tears.

James casually stood there without even saying anything to respond to her.

Dave didn't even bother. He casually rolled his wheelchair to where the young boy was on the bed.

Dave stared at boys face for a while before placing a hand over his forehead.

He examined him with his forehead and then put on his medical gloves. Dave parted the boy's lips and examined his tongues as well. He took his time doing so.

"You useless cripple can't even do anything! Are you just going to look at him like that till he dies?" James questioned, belittling Dave.

Dave didn't even bother replying to him, neither did anyone. He felt like a fool for a while.

After taking him time to examine him, Dave casually announced "Your brother is poisoned"

“That’s the only way I can even consider sparing you,” Mr. Dan said with a sigh.
