Walking back into the building, All eyes were fixated on them. It was a clear representation of Word and Opposite.
The Old Man had on a very expensive and exquisite Armani suit. Only 3 of it were made in the whole world. Ethan on the other hand looked unkept and rough all over. They were a classic representation of two different worlds.
The pair arrived at the top floor and stood in front of a giant door.
"We're here." The Old Man said as he pushed the door opened.
"What the.." Ethan couldn't bring himself to complete the sentence as the door swung open and the scent of aged leather and polished mahogany wafts through the air.
Stepping into the CEO's office, Ethan's mouth fell wide open with awe.
Inside the CEO's office is a masterpiece of modern decadence. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the city below, a constant reminder of the empire they command.
The floors, adorned with plush Persian rugs, absorb the echoes of footsteps with luxurious silence.
Ethan couldn't believe his eyes. The size of the Office was big enough to fit two large living rooms in it.
A massive oak desk, meticulously crafted by master artisans, dominates the room. On its polished surface, a plethora of gleaming gadgets and cutting-edge technology coexist with antique heirlooms, each telling a story of success and conquest.
Behind the desk, an overstuffed leather armchair beckons like a throne, fit for a titan of industry.
Rare books, priceless artworks, and exotic artifacts from every corner of the globe mingle together on a tall shelf in harmonious chaos, reflecting the breadth of their achievements.
Everything Ethan looked upon was out of this world. He had only heard about offices like this, but to be inside one was a completely different thing.
"Wow." Ethan exclaimed under his breath as he gave himself a tour of the magnificent office. He was completely lost in this new world.
The ambiance exuded an aura of power, wealth, and unwavering confidence. It's a space where deals are struck, destinies are shaped, and the dreams of a visionary come to life. It was the Inner Sanctum of a powerful CEO.
"It's breathtaking isn't it?" The Old Man asked Ethan who wasn't paying attention anymore. "It's all yours." He added.
As if snapped out of a trance, Ethan turned to face The Old Man instantly.
Taking a look round to see what The Old Man called his.
"ALL of it." The Old Man emphasized. "And even many more." He added.
Taking a few seconds to pause, Ethan heaved a sigh, "who exactly am I?" He asked. It was time to put an end to the unanswered questions bothering him.
"You're Ethan Anderson, Heir to the Biggest Consortium in the whole world." The Old man began. "Majestic Skies Building is just one of the many company under your control." He added.
"The Anderson family is one of the Super Families, if not number one." The old man continued. "And you, young Master, are the next in line to lead House Anderson to greater heights."
Ethan took it all in. At this point, it was more likely for all this to be true than a lie. He wasn't cursed after all. But how?
"Come, let me show you something." The Old Man beckoned. "Look at this." He stated, pointing to an article displayed on the laptop on the desk.
Ethan gasped as he read the title of the article. "House Anderson, The multi-trillion family."
"You, young Master are a trillionare."
"I'm a trillionare. I'm a trillionare." Ethan repeated to himself, trying to let it sink in.
"That's not all young Master." The Old Man interrupted. "Starting tomorrow, the position of CEO rests back on you." He added.
"Me? What about you?" Ethan asked with concern. He couldn't bear being the reason why an aged man would loose his means of livelihood.
"Don't worry about me young Master." The Old Man assured with a smile. "The position was never mine to begin with. I only filled it in your stead till we found you. And now we have. It's only right for you to take over what is rightfully yours." He explained with a proud smile.
"So what happens to you now?" Ethan asked, still concerned.
"Now I retire back and be with my family." The Old man answered, taking away Ethan's fear.
"If all these are true, I'll still need you for help. I don't know how to navigate all these." Ethan confessed.
"I'm always available when you need me. And so is the whole Anderson Family. You are our future leader after all. Our services belong to you."
"Alright then." Ethan beamed a smile of relief.
"On to the next thing." The Old man said as he pulled out the drawer at the lower section of the desk. "Here." The Old Man pointed a gold key to Ethan. "This is the key to your new house." The old man said, handling over the key to Ethan.
"Why don't you go there and see if it is to your liking." Encouraged the Old Man.
"Alright." Was all Ethan could say.

Back at the outside premise of the building, Ethan stood at the roadside completely lost in thought. Staring at the keys in his hand, he began to replay all that had happened inside the building.
The road was extremely busy with different cars moving to and fro. All going about their day's work. The road was where all manners of cars met. The latest version of the G-WAGON, down to the worn out taxi all crossed paths on the busy road.
Yesterday Ethan was a poor loser in serious debt who had everything going hard for him but now he was a trillionare?
Ethan struggled to accept the truth but the keys in his hands were an attestation of the truth.
"Taxi!" Ethan raised his hand to flag down the yellow coloured vehicle approaching him.
"Luxuria Paradise." Ethan told the cab man as he settled into the back seat of the taxi. The anticipation in Ethan knew no bounds.

Ten minutes passed and the taxi pulled over a couple of distance away from the estate gate.
"This is as far as we go." The cab man explained.
"No problem." Ethan said as he paid and got down from the taxi.
The taxi drove away while Ethan stood there for a few seconds.
"Wow" Ethan exclaimed. He had heard of Luxuria Paradise before but he had never been there. The estate was well guarded with security guards patrolling every area of the Estate. State of the art security cameras were also placed at strategic places.
This was the abode of the Elite, the residence of the wealthy, the resting place of the great. Even from a distance outside, it's beauty could be seen. It was truly a paradise.
"Stop right there!" A baritone voice yelled as Ethan got near the gate. "You must be lost young man." The security guard said. "Turn around and leave."
"No actually, I uhm live here." Ethan explained.
"Yo Shawn, come look at this." The guard beckoned to his teammate. "This joker here says he lives here." He said.
As if planned, they both burst into laughter at the same time, hands on their stomach with tears almost coming out of their eyes due to the laughter.
"Listen young man, everyone who lives here has more than 5 luxury cars, and are multibillionares." The other guard said as the laughing died down.
"Gentlemen, I do live here. Here, look." Ethan said, bringing out the key he was given.
Seeing the key, the guards burst into another round of laughter.
"No one uses keys in this Estate buddy. It's either Fingerprint or Face Recognition, and they are certainly not dressed as you are. Listen I don't know if this is a prank or you're genuinely lost but you need to leave this vicinity before we exart force on you." Shawn, the other bodyguard warned, placing his hand on the taser with him.
Ethan was thrown into confusion and despair. What was happening again? Was the key fake? What the hell was going on?

Chapter 374
The dim light of Alex’s makeshift room flickered, casting shadows on the cracked walls and the scattered remnants of his old life. He sat on the edge of a wooden crate, methodically strapping his gear into place. His breaths were steady, but his eyes burned with purpose. Tonight was the night. This was what he had been training for—the moment he would finally free Laurel and eliminate Jason. Alex picked up his blade, its polished steel glinting in the faint light. He ran his fingers over the edge, testing its sharpness. A small scar on his knuckle caught his eye—a reminder of all the battles he’d fought leading up to this. He glanced at the photo of Laurel taped to the wall, her smile a beacon of hope amidst his darkened world. “This is it,” he muttered to himself. “For you, Laurel.”With his weapons secured and resolve hardened, Alex stood, pulling his hood over his head. He left the room without a glance back, the door creaking shut behind him.---The screen went black, the t
