Neo found himself teleported to a dimly lit chamber, unlike any he had seen before. The walls were lined with strange glyphs that glowed with an eerie, green light. The room was dominated by an enormous altar, made from a dark, twisted wood that stood at the center of the room. The goblin shaman was busy at work, chanting and pouring strange substances into a bowl on the altar. Next to that bowl was a huge green body, surrounded by candles and strange objects.
The room was filled with the stench of sulfur and rotting flesh, and Neo could see piles of bones and other gruesome remains scattered about the floor. The shaman paid no attention to Neo's sudden appearance, lost in his dark work.
Neo used [Inspect] on the shaman.

Neo was surprised that it only had one skill, which gave him a chill as he looked at the pile of bones and knew that it was related to that skill. Just as he was about to stop the ceremony, the goblin mage took out a strange knife and plunged it into its stomach.
The body that was lying on the altar started pulsating with a dark grim energy, and as the goblin mage continued its incantation, the body began stirring. The blood gathered into the bowl, which changed in color to black before it seeped into that body.
As the chanting reached a crescendo, the ground beneath the altar began shaking, and a bright light engulfed the room. As the light faded, Neo saw a figure slowly rise from the altar. The goblin mage breathed its last when it saw the figure standing up and an ugly grin appeared over its face, and it died with that grin.
Neo's expression was grim as he could feel a threat from this resurrected figure whose full black eyes were staring at Neo. Neo's gaze landed on the monster's neck, which had a tower the same as he got from the traveler.
"That should be the other part of the tower."
Neo used [Inspect] on the green monster.

Neo sucked in a frigid breath as he looked at the monstrosity in front of him with monstrous attributes, grabbing a battleaxe of his size, and moved toward him menacingly.

Neo smiled wryly and took out a [Potion of the Divine] and gulped it down. As the potion entered his system, Neo felt his senses getting enhanced as he could observe everything clearly. He could even see the slight twitch on the goblin king's muscle.
The increase in perception surprised him, and he opened his status panel to find the reason which he did.

"This… is amazing!" Neo said out loud, as he equipped his swords and looked at the goblin king.
"How did it increase?"
But he didn't have time to think as the goblin king increased its pace and covered the distance of 15 meters in less than 2 seconds. It swung its axe horizontally at Neo, trying to cut him in half.
Neo looked at the incoming axe and jumped up. The moment it came beneath his feet, he used it as a springboard and jumped again toward the goblin king, using the skill "Whirlwind." His aim was, as usual, the neck of his enemy.
But the goblin king was not like the unintelligent goblins from before and didn't try taking the skill head-on. It moved back but only got cut once before jumping back. Completely out of the vicinity of the skill.

Neo canceled the skill and looked at the king with seriousness, and said, "It is pretty intelligent for an undead."
The goblin king roared in anger as it jumped up, bringing the axe down on the ground. Neo felt a sense of déjà vu and knew what was coming.
He waited for the Axe to come in contact with the ground and just as it was an inch away from the ground; he jumped forward.
The shockwave swept the ground as the goblin king executed the [Ground Slam] skill and because Neo was not in contact with the ground; he was safe and because of the extra jump height; he was safe.
He jumped forward toward the king and again executed the whirlwind. The king, whose axe was now embedded in the ground, wasn't able to dodge in time and a row of damage appeared over its head.

The goblin king roared in pain and a black aura rose from its body. Neo felt a chill crawl over his skin and he couldn't move. The goblin king let go of the axe and swung its hand.
Neo looked at the incoming fist but couldn't move.

The fist hit him squarely on the chest, and he flew back like a broken kite.

His back came into contact with the wall, and blood flew out of his mouth like an arrow. Neo started having trouble breathing as he took a deep breath and moved his hand into the pocket dimension to take a health potion out of it.
"Ha… haaaa… aaaaa." He was taking a heavy breath, his vision blurring and weakly opening the potion bottle and bringing it close to his mouth.
The goblin king, after swatting Neo away, went back to get his axe out of the ground.
Neo, with difficulty, brought the potion bottle close to his mouth and gulped down the content. After consuming the potion, he felt his vision clearing, and he looked down at his caved-in chest, which was now mending itself.
