I need that system to activate at once.” Larry said with a smirk on his face, and then he moved his left hand slowly toward Dave’s face to cover his mouth again.“No! Wait! Hold on! Mmmm!” Dave couldn’t finish the last word he was about to say before Larry covered his mouth, and he was forced to muffle the rest of the things he had in mind. He tried to move his body around, but all his efforts were in vain.“I think you have rested enough, Dave. It’s time to go back to what we were doing.” Larry said, and then he triggered the taser, ignoring the muffled words Dave was saying as he shook his head from one angle to another with so much tension in his eyes.“I don’t mind doing this until you pass out, and then I continue whenever you wave up. Larry struggled to get to Dave’s neck, but when he had failed after several attempts, he grunted loudly, and then he placed the tablet on the device Dave was strapped up on and pulled out a napkin from his inner pocket.“Since you have refused to keep quiet, I might as well make you,” Larry said with a frown on his face, and then he moved to Dave’s face to tie his mouth.“What are you doing? Don’t tie my mouth with that! Don’t…mmm! Mmmm!” Dave began to muffle his words the moment Larry tightly tied the napkin to his mouth, making sure there was no way he was going to be able to say even a word.“There! Better!” Larry said with a satisfied smile on his face, and then he bent down slowly to Dave’s right foot and tightened the strap before he moved to the left foot and did the same.He observed for a while, and when he realized that Dave was unable to move his feet because of how tightly the straps were fastened to his feet, he nodded in satisfaction.“Let’s move to your hands, shall we?

How did I forget it was here with me?” Larry said with a satisfactory smile on his face, and then he pulled out a spherical glass from his inner jacket and started walking back to Dave, who continued to stare at him without blinking until he stood a few inches away from him.“Where is it?” Larry said softly as he searched for a particular spot on the device Dave was strapped to. As soon as he saw it, he chuckled in excitement, and then he placed the spherical object on the screen below the device where Dave’s feet were standing.“That should do.” He said calmly, and taking two steps backward, he observed the crystal-like object to be sure that he kept it in the right spot.“I think we have it. CHAPTER HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONEFor a few seconds, Larry silently operated the tablet he had in his left hand, but it didn’t take long for a male automated deep voice to echo in the room, getting rid of the buzz.“Welcome, Mr. Larry. How may I help you?” The voice said, and Dave looked around, wondering where it was coming from exactly.“Check the status of the host,” Larry said almost immediately, and then he turned to face the screen on the wall completely.The next few seconds were followed by the buzzing sound, which returned almost immediately, even though it was lower than the previous time.Larry waited patiently to get feedback from the computerized voice, and after almost a minute, the buzzing sound vanished, and the deep male voice took over.“The health status of the host is at fifty-seven percent, and from the statistics, it is not advisable to engage.”Larry grunted at the words he heard from the male computerized voice, but that wasn’t enough to stop him from going furthe
