NATHANIEL'S POV

As I closed my eyes to shield them from the blinding light, I could no longer see my surroundings, nor could I hear Koko, who seemed to have finally left me behind.

A few moments later, a deep sense of calm washed over me within that light, instantly soothing my nerves. It was wonderfully quiet, accompanied by a gentle presence that made me feel as though I were floating in a void.

That warm, pleasant sensation of floating lasted only a few seconds before it was abruptly replaced by darkness, filling me with profound anxiety.

My body grew heavy, and my hands brushed against a hard surface.

"What happened? Why do I suddenly feel so heavy?"

It was then that I noticed the hard object beneath me, indicating that I was sitting down.

I could also smell an intensely sweet and pleasant fragrance.

"Wait, am I still closing my eyes, or is there really nothing for me to see?"

Slowly, I opened my eyes and beheld a massive place—a place I could never fail to recognize.

It was Agatha's Tower. This was the exact venue where creatures could engage in various games, duels, and trials set for participants in the Crimson Game.

From the walls and chairs to the guards, everything matched my memory of it down to the last detail, exactly as I had drawn it.

Overwhelmed with shock, I sprang up from my seat—not out of awe, but out of sheer terror at the realization that everything we had talked about was actually happening.

"What kind of nonsense is this?!"

"That crazy angel was actually serious about what she said. She really managed to abandon me in a world based on my own comic."

Unwilling to believe what was happening, I frantically looked around, only to notice something strange about my own body.

I was even more horrified to find that my physical form had changed. I looked much younger, but as the angel had warned, I appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary human in this world.

I stood frozen in shock, clutching my head in utter confusion. I never expected something like this to happen in my life.

Yes, I wanted a change in my life, but not like this, and certainly not in such a perilous world born from the comic I created.

Just how terrible of a sinner must I be for the heavens to punish me like this?

Hold on, take me back to my old world!

I rested my head on the table, completely stressed out by my situation, filled with fear and apprehension. My mind raced as I tried to figure out what I could possibly do here.

"So many things have happened today in such a short span of time. Who would have thought that an old fantasy could actually become reality?"

That lunatic angel dropped me right inside my own comic, which is terrible news for me because, more than anyone else, I know just how dangerous this place is.

Recalling the plot of the comic I wrote, Do You Hate Me Then Love Me, it is a tragic fantasy story where the two main protagonists are forced to fight just for the dream of conquering the entire Endoryo, only for everything to end in the destruction of this world.

This world is chaotic, especially once the war between the warlords begins, and I have no idea what will happen to me if I stay here.

She's completely out of his mind. It would have been fine if he at least given me some abilities or a powerful weapon so I could fight—and, of course, avoid getting hurt.

"She gave me a power system, but I need people to thank me before I can use it? Ridiculous! Who in their right mind would respect someone like me and thank me?"

Who could I possibly save when I'm just an ordinary human?

She has lost his mind. I need to find that crazy angel no matter what.

"Where are you, you crazy angel!!" I shouted.

Just a few minutes after stepping out of the room, I found myself walking down a familiar hallway straight out of the comic I created.

There was no doubt I was inside Agatha's Tower as I had suspected. However, this place was massive, and I had no idea which floor or section of the tower I was in.

A sudden wave of nervousness hit me, making me feel like a lost child.

My anger flared up again, along with an urgent desire to track down that insane angel.

There was nothing else I could do except search, but where should I even begin?

As I pondered my situation, I suddenly remembered that there was a way to help me figure out my location.

This world utilizes a high-tech system to determine current locations.

This amazing feature can only be used inside the tower and during games, and most people rely on it to track information regarding the Crimson Game.

I managed to activate it simply by focusing my mind—it really is remarkably high-tech.

However, as expected, there was nothing special to be found in my personal information, likely because I was sent here as a normal human, and humans are considered the weakest race in this entire world.

Agatha's Tower is powered by a fusion of magic and technology, housing thousands of games across more than a hundred floors.

Every major city in the country with a population of over a hundred thousand residents has an Agatha's Tower, and the most amazing part is that all the towers are interconnected, allowing you to play with participants located elsewhere.

Playing in the tower is the primary source of livelihood in this world, as every creature is registered as a player in the tower right from birth.

That's right—young, old, disabled, regardless of your race, everyone is welcomed into the tower, which is why many rely on it to sustain their daily needs.

Because of this, many often refer to the tower as a gift from the god Crimson to his creations.

There are numerous games where you can win money and other prizes, and many of these are simple games that anyone can join.

In short, it is easy to accumulate wealth by playing in the tower, though the size of your reward ultimately depends on the type and difficulty of the game.

Consequently, many players attempt to play on the higher floors of the tower, where the games are much harder and stranger—some even requiring you to risk your very life in exchange for massive rewards.

Over the years, the situation shifted and evolved, making the games inside the tower increasingly complicated.

The games on the upper floors weren't always this dangerous or brutal, but greedy players chasing massive rewards eventually turned the competitions vicious.

The rules of the tower do not explicitly require you to kill other players to win, but there are no punishments for doing so either. As a result, rampant killings became common on the upper floors, especially since players grew apathetic toward one another in their pursuit of victory.

Accumulating points is crucial for players, leading some to abuse their freedom by resorting to drastic measures—such as eliminating rivals—to better their chances.

Everyone needs to stockpile as many points as possible, because these points serve as currency required to enter other games that charge an entry f*e. Furthermore, your total points dictate your social standing in Endoryo.

There are seven distinct ranks in Endoryo based on your point accumulation

Beginner

Warrior

Gamma

Beta

Alpha

Columbus

Dark Lord

To graduate from the Beginner rank, you need to collect ten thousand points, and the requirement triples with each subsequent rank:

Beginner: 10,000

Warrior: 30,000

Gamma: 100,000

Beta: 300,000

Alpha: 1,000,000

Columbus: 3,000,000

Dark Lord: 10,000,000

Once you reach the status of Dark Lord, you are rewarded with vast wealth and a kingdom of your own to rule.

You also receive numerous privileges both inside and outside the tower, such as the ability to create your own games or conquer towns to claim as your personal property.

Because of these incredible incentives, many aspire to become a Dark Lord and reign as the most powerful entity in all of Endoryo.

It's a complicated system, but honestly, anyone would desire that power—especially when living in a world where the only way to earn respect and survive is to keep winning.

But right now, I don't think Agatha's Tower matters. This planet is going to be destroyed in just one year, and I don't have the time to grind through games and wait until I become a Dark Lord.

The only thing that matters to me right now is finding that crazy angel and getting her help on how to make my mission easier.

After giving Suwi the Class S and Class SS Crimson items, the holographic display of the creation system appeared. "760 gratitude points acquired." "Love meter level up, Suwi is now at level 25." After getting the additional gratitude points, Melon told us that it would be better if Suwi obtained elemental spirits. According to her, there are magic items that possess elemental guardians which can be utilized in battle. Melon showed me five rings that could be given to Suwi. "The water, wind, lightning, earth, and light elemental guardians. You can acquire each of them for 100k gratitude points." "These will help Suwi in combat. However, each of them only lasts for ten minutes," Melon added. I shook my head, realizing I was going to spend a huge amount of gratitude points on Suwi again. "She's so high-maintenance, it feels like I'm spoiling a high-maintenance girlfriend," I muttered. Still, I figured that our situation was still too dangerous, even as we traveled through the

After our conversation, I managed to persuade Koko to help us find Ataparag, especially since she was already scheduled to return to the Dark Continent. However, before our departure, Koko issued a stern warning: traveling to the Dark Continent was no small matter, as many of the monsters there were fiercely aggressive and ruthless. "Keep in mind that I am only taking you to the Dark Continent," Koko said. "Finding her kingdom after that is entirely up to you." Melon warned me that without Koko’s assistance, we would likely be swarmed by thousands of monsters. Surviving would be completely impossible; even with my inherent powers, we would run out of energy in less than an hour of combat. "What? Hold on, that doesn't seem right. At least help us until we make it back to Galica," I protested. Koko refused to protect us from the monsters or escort us all the way back, believing that figuring things out on my own would keep the situation simple. She admitted she was more interested

  • Chapter 109 : The request

After deciding to search for Koko in the town of Galica, we made our way out, but Agane immediately stopped us. "Wait—are you leaving the palace?" Agane called out. "You need to take soldiers with you." According to them, even though Escapa's soldiers were gone, it didn't mean it was safe to wander around Galica. Many people still despised Soul Eaters. They had no idea who else might make an attempt on Suwi's life; as a noble, she required protection. "I don't need bodyguards. I can take care of myself," Suwi replied. "No. You are now a noble of Serania, and you must abide by the rules," Agane said firmly. Suwi just shook her head. To her, traveling with a escort was a huge hassle, yet she couldn't bring herself to refuse. "Wait," I interjected. "It would be better if she just changed her clothes so she won't be recognized. People know you because of your outfit and style, so changing is the smartest move." Suwi wasn't entirely convinced that her clothes were giving her away.

  • Chapter 108 : The power plant

Hours later, I successfully established a new farming area just outside Galica, prompting us to return inside the city to map out our next steps. According to Melon, we urgently needed magic crystal regenerators—a technology that harnesses solar energy to recharge magic crystals. In this world, where technology and magic coexisted, solar power was used to capture sunlight and convert it into energy for the crystals. "You're going to need a lot of machines to meet the high demand of the androids," Melon noted. High-class androids typically exhausted their energy crystals within two months, depending on usage. Keeping them powered was essential to make them functional. Melon also advised setting up a dedicated repair shop for the androids. Galica needed to learn how to maintain and repair them, which could be easily taught using the provided manuals and system instructions. "They need to recruit at least a hundred people to study and handle this workload," Melon said. "You're ri

After talking with Suwi, we immediately headed to the meeting room to find Sei. Soldiers guarded the doors, but I ignored them and walked right through. "Your new princess has something to say to Her Majesty, so let us through." Inside, we found Sei still in the middle of a meeting with her generals. They froze, caught off guard by our uninvited entrance. "Pardon us for barging in without permission," I said. Agane immediately raised her voice, scolding us. "This room is strictly for high-ranking officials of the Serania palace. You cannot just walk in here." I rubbed the back of my head, offering an apology while quickly explaining that Suwi wanted to speak with them, and as a princess, she had every right to join the assembly. Suwi immediately nudged me hard with her elbow. "W-w-what? Hey, you were the one who opened the door! Don't drag me into your nonsense," Suwi panicked. "Alright, alright, my bad, but I just wanted a word with Sei anyway." I noticed Sei sitting quietl
