Chapter 6: Could it be what she did last night?

Sofia felt a strong blinding light shining on her face, she looked around and realized that she was lying down on her bed. “ It was all a dream”, Sofia put the lines together and felt at ease.

“Time check, 7:00 am, today is Saturday too”, Sofia woke up early today unlike her usual time of waking up on Saturday. It was quite odd. She proceeded to do her house chores and when she was done, she fixed a meal, ate, showered, and got ready to visit big b.

It was around 8 'o'clock when Big b got home from the gym. He just finished bathing before Sofia knocked on his door. “Come in”, he screamed from the other end.

“The Big b we know”, Sofia teased him with a smile on her face and he greeted her as usual, “Sofi sofi, how was your night”, he let out a broad smile after this question.

“My night, well that's the reason am here, I have something to discuss with you”, upon sighting Sofia's facial expression, he knew something was up.

He gestured for her to sit down and she narrated Everything. He wasn't surprised that she mysteriously found out about the witch, he was taken aback by the things the Witch did in her dream.

“Sofia there's a witch around here”, he paused and stared into her face trying to read her but suspense and surprise were evident on her face.

“I don't know her or where she stays but she's not far from this house”, Sofia stared with hands at akimbo, being surprised was an understatement, she was shocked.

She finally found her voice and decided to ask Big b a question, “why were those things revealed to me? could it be what she did last night?“.

Sofia asked big b hoping for a convincing answer but he was as confused as she. He shook his head and exclaimed,” this doesn't look good”, Sofia stared at him feeling bad for seeing him in her dream.

“Oh come on, I didn't plan on seeing your square-shaped face in my dream, it just so happened”, Sofia explained, and immediately, Big b glared at her, causing her to laugh so much.

It was already 8:00 pm when Sofia switched off the television and decided to chat a little. She chatted with her W******p friends and logged in to F******k and I*******m just to know what's been happening so far.

She played her favorite game,” subway surf”, and after losing five times in a row, she decided to quit and place a call across to her mum and everyone.

“Being single is sweet and boring at the same time”, Sofia sighed and went to bed.

Two days before she had that dream, she took a stroll out in the evening, pausing and touching every gate she saw, just to pose differently for her photos.

She's been using her compound's gate for a while but today, she decided to change. Sofia took beautiful selfies in front of the beautiful gates she came across.

She walked a bit further and saw a very beautiful gate, it looked extremely beautiful as though it was a rich family that lived there.

She touched and admired the gate but immediately she placed her hand on it for the second time, she felt uneasy for a moment thereby causing her to remove her hand.

She still took many pictures.

Hours into Sofia's sleep, she had that scary dream again, something she couldn't remember suddenly became clear, she saw Monica begging her to save her. She saw the Witch glaring into her eyes with her green-colored iris.

The Witch glared at her as though she was intruding in the Witch's territory. The angry look sent cold shivers down her spine.

Monica repeatedly stretched out her hand, beckoning Sofia to come to help her. The Witch held Monica's neck as though she was going to strangle her.

Monica fought for breath while calling out to Sofia. All Sofia did was stand and cry, she was completely lost and confused as to what to do.

She woke up with tears in her eyes and inscriptions on her wall, stating, “DON'T INTRUDE”. Upon realizing that the inscription was written with blood, Sofia screamed and ran to Big b's room.

She banged on his door, repeatedly looking back like someone who is being chased, he opened the door almost immediately and she ran in.

The neighbors who were preparing for the church were startled by the way she banged on the door. Big b assured them that all was fine.

He shut the door and saw her looking terrified. He went closer and gave her a hug hoping it'd calm her down and it helped to stabilize her a bit.

He broke the hug and asked her what the problem was, “Big b”, she called him straight. He was surprised when he heard her call him straight without teasing or hyping him.

Hence he concluded that whatever made Sofia this way was extremely dangerous. “Big b, I saw the Witch again, she was strangling the Monica lady while the Monica lady gestured for me to come and save her”.

“ The Witch wickedly glared at me, warning me not to intrude, as if that was not enough, I woke up this morning and saw an inscription on my wall”. “It stated, 'DON'T INTRUDE', it was written in block letters”.

“Upon sighting it, I ran out of my room,

It was terrifying”. “Did I do something wrong to the witch? Why does she keep showing her face to me?“, Sofia asked amidst tears.

Big b looked confused and obviously, he had no answer but he was going to say something to her. “Sofi sofi”, he called trying to get her out of her scary mood.

“Look Sofia, I don't know this Witch and why she's after you, but trust me, whatever you're seeing, it's for a reason, whoever that is revealing all these to you is doing so for a reason”.
