"Oh, okay," Aarav replied, feeling stunned for a moment before reluctantly agreeing. He had no choice but to comply, even if he was unwilling to witness the humiliating scene.

"Hehehe, baby! Look, your ex is going to film you having fun with this young master. Aren't you excited?" Darius Blackthorn turned to Isla DeVere, blatantly flirting with her while completely ignoring Aarav's existence.

Aarav's heart sank, the weight of humiliation pressing down on him.

Forced into a situation he never imagined, he struggled to maintain composure, his dignity slipping away piece by piece.

Isla rolled her eyes, amused by the attention from Darius. "Whatever, just get this over with. Make it quick, Aarav, and leave."

As the camera started rolling, Aarav felt a deep sense of shame, playing a part in a scene that tarnished not only his pride but the fragments of his past relationship with Isla.

The world around him blurred as he went through the motions, each second adding to the anguish etched on his face.

"Ahhh, hmmn!" Isla felt excitement, not minding her ex's presence. In fact, his being there added to her excitement, and she experienced an unfamiliar pleasure from her current boyfriend's touch.

"How is it? Are you excited? Come on, speak up!" Darius Blackthorn teased Isla, fondling her enthusiastically as he continued his activities in a doggy-style position.

Aarav could see everything clearly. At first, he felt humiliated seeing his ex with another man, and the fact that it was his archenemy made it even worse.

As he watched for a few minutes, a boiling anger and rage began to well up inside him.

Despite the turmoil, he kept his emotions in check, his face already turning red from all the rage boiling inside him.

He watched them for a whole hour, during which they experimented with various positions and engaged in activities he never thought Isla would ever do.

"Alright, I'm done. Can you keep your promise now?" Aarav asked as he tossed the camera to Darius, who caught it and examined it casually before turning to Aarav.

"Nah, man. Your filming skills are garbage; the video's trash. No money for you," Darius Blackthorn sneered, lounging on the couch, unclothed, and giving Aarav a disdainful look.

"You think this is a joke? Are you mocking me?" Aarav shouted, the humiliation gnawing at him.

"Hahhahaha! Isla, look at this pathetic clown, throwing a tantrum!" Darius Blackthorn laughed, pointing at Aarav. Beside him, Isla, also undressed, regarded him with pure disdain.

"You... don't think I'll just let this slide!" Aarav seethed with anger, his voice cracking with frustration.

"Huh, what can you do... come on, show me!" Darius Blackthorn provocatively gestured toward Aarav with a malicious grin.

"You... Damn it, damn...!" Aarav's anger boiled over, and his body trembled. Scanning the room, he seized a cigarette ashtray and flung it directly at Darius Blackthorn's head.

The ashtray struck Darius Blackthorn, who tumbled backward onto the couch.

"Aarav Veridian, how dare you try to harm Young Master Blackthorn? Do you even know who he is? You're just a pathetic beggar compared to him!" Isla screeched at Aarav, her words cutting like knives.

"Bang...Bang...!" Two deafening gunshots echoed through the room, plunging Aarav into a nightmare of escalating torment.

Darius, smirking, added insult to injury, "You're nothing but a pitiful spectacle, Aarav. This is what you get for thinking you can play in our league."

"Thud!"

"W-what... you... bastar...d...!" Aarav collapsed, having been shot in the chest, with two holes on either side of his chest.

Blood gushed from the wounds as Aarav's vision began to dim, and he couldn't even curse Darius Blackthorn.

"Ohhh, no... nooo, what have you done? Why did you shoot him?" Isla was terrified, seeing Aarav collapse to the ground with blood pouring from his injuries.

She also noticed the gun in Darius Blackthorn's hands, and fear gripped her, worrying that she might get caught up in a murder case that could harm her store's reputation, which she desperately wanted to avoid.

"Don't worry, he's just a nobody. I'll take care of it," Darius Blackthorn assured Isla as she hurriedly dressed, joined by Darius Blackthorn.

After dressing, he called two henchmen into the room.

"Put this guy in a bag and toss him in the river with a heavy stone so the fish can feast today," Darius Blackthorn ordered his four henchmen.

As they picked up Aarav's lifeless body, Darius sneered, "You thought you could get away after trying to hurt me, Aarav? Now you're nothing more than fish food."

Isla, her voice dripping with disdain, added, "Pathetic fool. This is what happens when you dare to disturb those who are far above your pitiful existence."

They picked up Aarav's lifeless body from the ground and placed it in a bag before carrying it out of the room.

"Use the back door to remove that trash body; I don't want you to harm my store's reputation!" Isla yelled at the henchmen before they left.

"Leave them alone, let's have more fun. That guy just spoiled my mood earlier!" Darius Blackthorn commented with a grin as he picked her up and headed to the bathroom to continue their activities.

The henchmen placed the bag in their car's trunk and drove to the outskirts of the city.

They reached a hill, parked the car, and then retrieved Aarav from the trunk, taking him out of the bag.

"Is this spot good, or should we find another one?" one of the henchmen asked, scanning the surroundings on the hill.

"Forget it... just shove him off, and there won't be anything left of him!" Another henchman remarked as he pushed Aarav's body toward the edge of the cliff and let it fall.

............The world barrier of the Realm of the Five Divinities didn't make a ripple, but he could see it; it looked like liquid crystal.Aarav’s avatar crossed the barrier smoothly without causing any kind of natural phenomenon, as it was just his avatar in an ethereal state. He had already gotten the permission of his patron god and the others before he used his avatar to enter the Mortal World."Hmmn... Where is this place... Oh, right, Eldoria, the Capital." Aarav's avatar appeared in the centre of the temple near the statue of Elandor, his patron god. Looking around, he understood where he was: the heart of the sacred temple. He was surprised to see the changes. Before, the temple had grandeur and a sacred feeling, but it wasn't built on a large scale; it had been modest compared to what Aarav was observing at the moment. He looked at the pond near the statue, where various flowers bloomed and the sweet scent of lotuses filled the air. The hazy fog around the area gave him th

............"Thank you, everyone," Elandor smiled brightly before turning his gaze toward the two souls floating on his palm. One was Aarav's peaceful, tiny soul, which flickered irregularly like a candle in the wind that might go out at any moment if he were not careful. The other was Sylvanus's foul soul, which was still thrashing and cursing inside the tiny light cage, looking more like some monster soul rather than a former God Soul."Since you caused so much trouble for all of our heirs and the world, Sylvanus, it's only right you pay back the debt," Elandor sneered coldly as he threw him into the air before his palm made a series of gestures. With a wave of one hand, golden runes wrapped tightly around Sylvanus’s soul. Sylvanus let out a blood-curdling scream as his remaining soul power was violently stripped away and refined into pure, pristine divine fuel for Aarav to use.Elandor directed this pure energy into Aarav’s soul to trigger the Divine Soul Nirvana."Ommnn... ............"Nooooo... Stop... Morta— Ahhhhh... Bang... Thwack... Bang...!!" Sylvanus's screams resounded alongside the sound of cracking bones and a brutal beating.Aarav thoroughly beat the shit out of him until he was on the verge of death before stopping—or rather, being forced to stop because his other hand had vanished as well, and his entire body had turned transparent."Alright... it's time... Goodbye, Sylvanus, the Evil God. I hope you won't reincarnate again and meet me, otherwise you will feel pain in the next life far worse than this." Aarav stood over the bloodied Sylvanus, who was curled up in a ball, writhing in pain with a contorted expression. Aarav's words might have sounded calm, and his rage hadn't completely dissipated even after venting, but he no longer had the luxury of torturing him any further."Whoosh... Gaaahhh... Boooommn...!!"The ancient pillar of light, which was quiet until now, suddenly vibrated. Runes flew out from it and landed on Sylvanus’s body.

............"Omnnn...!!" When the voice fell, the bright light turned into two arcs. Sylvanus was still lost in self-doubt, and by the time he snapped out of it, his actions were already restricted. The first arc of light wrapped around Marcus’s body in a gentle cocoon, and the second arc instantly arrived beside Aria, Emilia, and the injured ones, covering their bodies in cocoons as well. The vines holding Marcus down immediately disintegrated into dust."Whooosh...!" Suddenly, a massive golden rift tore open behind them, acting as a spatial gateway. At the same time, Aarav’s actions didn't stop. He took a small step and arrived above where Sylvanus sat on his throne. The ancient pillar of light acted as a cage, and ancient runes swirled around Sylvanus, pinning the Evil God in place."You dare... a mere mortal... using the True Origin Essence of a God! You will erase yourself from existence, mortal!" Sylvanus roared in rage. His corrupted divine aura thrashed against the golden ca

............"What... what? Aarav... no... no, my friend! How can I leave you with this bastard and run away alone?" Marcus, hearing Aarav's voice, turned abruptly toward him. Upon hearing his friend's weak and quivering tone, he shook his head frantically, unwilling to run like a coward while leaving his friend behind to die at the hands of this Evil God."Haha... cough!" Aarav let out a raspy, painful laugh while coughing blood from his mouth. He looked into Marcus's eyes as Marcus met his, understanding his friend was very firm this time and that there was no time to argue with him either. Being headstrong, he knew he needed to respect his friend's choices and give him the honor he deserved. Marcus gave Aarav a helpless, sad smile and looked at him thrashing against Sylvanus’s suffocating grip while bloody vines still stabbed through his chest, feeling deep rage toward Sylvanus but unable to do anything."Marcus... ............The pressure he was releasing was so suffocating that it made Marcus stop in his tracks as he was about to take the chance to get Aarav from Sylvanus's grasp—much less Aria and Emilia, who were physically weaker than Marcus and couldn't even move their limbs properly.Their minds were in chaos, looking at Aarav, who was dripping with blood, with a helpless look. They couldn't think of anything at this moment because they knew any kind of plan was useless in front of a true God—much less in front of a true, ruthless evil God whose mind was completely set on destroying their world. To Marcus, Aria, and Emilia, standing before the Evil God, Sylvanus, felt like children trying to stand against a blazing inferno. Even their breathing felt difficult; their knees almost buckled under the crushing pressure of the divine corruption Sylvanus was unleashing upon them, and only their stubborn willpower and remaining divine energy kept them from collapsing onto the hard ground."Ahhh
