Alisa'S POV
Cora was the closest friend I had among the others. I loved her so much because she was the only one who was able to accept me completely even when others said I was too proud, snobbish and had no manner!
How? Is it a crime to let the whole world know I had an iPhone 12 and my dad just recently bought me an house in Abuja... All for me?
I mean, it's not a crime to let people know I can't hang out with them because they are of low class... I'm a very truthful person so I just have to tell you the truth
It's not bad to say the truth right?
People complained, even Olivia and Debra did sometimes.
But Cora somehow understood me and tolerated my innocent truthfulness and she was always there to listen to me.
I really loved her and loved seeing her happy.
I was so glad when she left that useless goat Jude who always made her cry.<
Alisa'S POVI was terribly tired after coming back from the mosque. I need a shower like real soon, trying to pull my hijab which I only wore once in a while, Cora's phone rang."This sausage forgot her phone lol."I glanced at the door hoping she'll arrive any moment as the phone rang a second time.Wait, what if it was her mom?I took up the phone as it rang a third time, checking the caller it was the Ronald she always spoke about. He had no manner at all, when she didn't pick the second time, is he not supposed to stop calling. As the phone rang for the fourth time, I angrily picked it, Cora wouldn't mind."Babe, been calling for a while now." He said." uhh, no.. It's not 'babe' it's her friend Alisa "" ohh, I'm sorry... Wait Alisa,.... Cora has said a lot about you, where is she though? "
Ronald'S POVHonestly what drew my attention to Cora in the first place was her massive pointed boobs.I first saw her when she came to Shells hotel for a shoot, I had started admiring her since then and it wasn't so hard to get her IG handle and FB username being the daughter of one of the big men around. When we started chatting, she acted like she was the mean type and she had even blocked me once and I thought she was being very childish, she blocked me for about three months before deciding to unblock me.Not like I cared or something, I just wanted to bang her and that was all.Getting to the mall, she had earlier told me she was at the beverages section and there she was struggling with her trolley.A smile lit up on my face when I saw her purse fall off, it was my time to shine. She was so beautiful in her jean short, top and th
School made me miserable.. Oh well.I had considered dropping out of school about twice.... Just kidding, about a hundred times.Olivia was really drifting away from us but school work made us too occupied to even care.Debra had recently gotten into a fight with a law student and the police was even involved because Debra had beaten the girl blue and black. It all started from a little argument and we knowing how Debra was, we were not surprised to know she'd actually beat up the student.Alisa had to get her boyfriend to help her out. We couldn't inform her parents because we were really scared to do that.Debra even spent a night in the station, Alisa and I had to make sure she had food.Dike, Alisa's boyfriend finally helped Debra out.On the way back to hostel, we were quiet all through but when Dike dropped
OLIVIA'S POVThis sucks! It's so boring hanging out with these two.No magic happened, nothing, nothing nothing and I felt like Cora was slacking.I mean look at this guy, a very mature fresh 'somebody' and here she was all like 'hi I'm Cora and I like 5 alive'.I hated the way she and the other girls acted and that was why I chose to do things with Jennifer.Jenny was the wild realistic type unlike they that caused trouble everywhere. She wasn't as childish as they were.. They didn't want to grow up so I just had to give them space.I was very sure Cora was probably hitting on Ronald even when she still had Derrick but again, she was still sticking to her 'ohh I'm still a virgin, I don't need sex yet'Girl, you gats lose that virginity tonight! You can't be the holy Mary around.Yeah call me jeal
I woke up feeling terribly bad.I looked around at my poorly dimmed room. The bed clock ticked loudly, I was irritated, I wanted to snatch it and fling it across the room but wait.... I had no bed clock!I can never be sensible enough to decide to buy a bed clock. This wasn't my room, reality gradually dawned on me. I nervously looked around.. I jumped out of my....the bed.The room was painted white, oh God! My hostel room was painted yellow. There were two doors, I pushed one and it led to the bathroom, I quickly pushed the other ignoring the strong headache I felt.I walked into a tight lobby, I walked straight on so sure I was heading to the living room.I walked into a wide living room... It was so wide but it felt cozy and was brightly decorated. I looked around, there were two ladies probably in their mid twenties.<
I promised myself that I would have absolutely nothing to do with Ronald ever again.Who did he think he is?I used to think he was a nice gentleman but no, he was just the Devil's apprentice. After I had gotten down from his car, I promised to send some assassin or something to go to his place, kill him and bring his head to me.... Yeah, it's not possible.Alisa on her part said he was a good guy, I didn't buy that, Alisa would call him a good guy today but tomorrow he becomes a bad person so it's best not to even listen to her.She told me how scared she was when I didn't come back after the school gate was locked. She said she had tried calling my line but it was switched off.She called Olivia but she wasn't picking.Debra had almost beaten Jenny because she was trying to make her confess what they planne
Cora, Alisa and I got closer than we used to be.Exams were around the corner, nobody wanted to fail... We never fail.Cora once made up her mind to stop talking with Ronald but Alisa made her understand that he wasn't at fault one bit, he was even kind enough to take care of Cora even when Olivia just disappeared like that.I noticed Cora didn't call him, neither did he call her. When I asked if she still chats with him, she said no.I helped Cora braid her hair one evening and I decided to talk to her."Cora""What? Deborah! You hardly call me Cora""and you also had to call me Deborah." I sighed."you called me Cora first!"fine Cora, I want to talk to you about... it's about Ronaldleyin""um... Sorry, who's that? She teased"you pig, I mean Ronald
when we got to the kitchen, i almost cried.what had i gotten myself into"while you're cooking, i'll have to quickly round off something i've been working on online okay. everything you need is here in the cabinet and i think peter kept the meat in the fridge. " with that he left to do whatever it was he was talking abouti wanted to slap myself, oh! i did that already.what was i going to doi couldn't cook, i could only make noodles and boil plain rice... and boil water too. you should taste my hot water!i quickly dialed debra, she would help.. i knew better than to call alisa, she was as bad as i, i bet she had never turned on a gas cooker before"look deborah odjirigho, you have to teach me how to make egusi soup " i cried into the phon"hmm, first, why did you call my surname and why do you want to cook egusi?"there's no time for
