I could tell Ethan wanted to prove to Lilith that he was some boss by ordering me to fall on my  knees and apologize over my innocent words but it only made me enjoy the drama more.

"You heard me Kael, you have five seconds left!" Ethan said to me with so much power in his fingers that he even forgot where he was.

He was willing to exercise it not realizing that the class of people in this environment would not even let such a trend happen in the Owen business, except I were a fake Elite but Ethan has no knowledge of what I am worth yet.

He still needed to prove that he was a boss and that he could publicly humiliate and embarrass me just so to make his lover, my ex wife pleased.

So he dragged attention towards us.

"Three seconds left!" He fired.

The impatience in his timing as the fact that my spirit remained so calm throughout the drama, between, I thought Drama existed only with the Collins family but Damn, a combination of Ethan Calvino and Lilith will be a bomb of madness.

"Ethan, it seems you need to wake up, last I checked, you don't own this auction house and you have no partnership with this business, not even my leftover ex wife has a connection with black rock to partner into this auction so of what audacity and right do you have to throw me out?" I asked him as I walked around him.

"Look at this fool! Talking to me like I am at your level, do everybody here look like idiots to you?" He asked gathering their support.

"We all know that you are a poor good for nothing nobody who couldn't even support his wife in business and all of a sudden because you were able to borrow some cheap clothes and stole an invitation to the Owen auction... You finally feel like you have the guts to talk back to me?" He asked before he shook his head.

"And that's why you, an unrelated stranger thinks he can tell me how to run my broken marriage with my ex wife?" I asked back.

"Indeed, the hopeless man has a point, why should he have to apologize to you when you already got what you wanted, let him be, Mr. Owen doesn't tolerate disruptions at his auctions, I will advise you abide by the rules and pipe down." An old man from the chamber advises him.

"Tell me Ethan, this isn't your father's house and no, and Indeed, I owe her no dirty apology for been here, even if I apologized while I am dead, know it this day... That I will never mean it." I said to both of them sending waves of attention back into the crowd who gasped.

If there's anything I knew about talk fights, never let your opponents insults move you from the fact that you can stand your ground and nothing chances so far you retain your point.

"Honey, the idiot can't even afford any of the artifacts been auctioned here, it is a shame he will come here just to embarrass himself further over items even if he turns one hundred years old, he can't afford." Lilith mocked.

"My business here again is none of your business, you know, this reminded me of the countless warnings I gave your mum at the bank before the Collins were parmanently banned from the bank, I will advise you, Especially you Ethan be careful what you ask for." I said as though I was some mysterious billionaire.

"This man talks like he is important, how shameful, I know the lawn he works at." Some rich folk said and everyone laughed, including me, that reminded me that I was a good lover.

"Mr. Owen and my family have business ties, and I have been his greatest auction buyer, indeed he is here to make a fool out of himself but he needs to leave in case he is here again to ruin things for your family." Ethan said.

"You are to leave this place immediately Kael! Otherwise I will have to ask my security to throw you out of this place!" Ethan warned.

"Yes that's man!" Lilith jubilated.

"Nothing of such will happen!" Elina, The director of Black rock bank storms into the welcome Chambers from a different angle.

Attention immediately shifted to her as she walked so sexily towards where I stood, tuggling her hand into my arms, holding me in pace before she lands me a soft wet kiss across my cheek and repeated it on the second cheek as well.

The whole place roared with jealousy, as everyone wondered what a prestigious beautiful woman as hot as Elina will be doing giving me kisses to my cheek and standing by my side.

"Miss Elina, the man you are holding is a loser obsessed ex husband, he came here to cause trouble, you shouldn't be holding hand with poverty!" Ethan yelled from the side.

"Oh enough! I am Elina! I do not kiss nor mingle around the poor, what makes you think Kael is a poor man? Because you succeeded in having his wife or because he hasn't bought your inheritance to turn it into a farm?" Elina warned.

"She really pities the loser, look at the nonsense she says to cover up for the poverty stricken man, Hence, I admire her professionalism." Some man said raising his drink into the air.

"Cheers to Black Rock Bank!" They said and the crowd repeated the same thing except for the four of us and me who stood a bit perplexed.

"I see, this is how the poor loser hot access into this event, he got an invitation from black rock bank through Miss Elina, the Director, otherwise there's no way this poor rat can enter somewhere like this place." Ethan mocked.

"I can't believe this! You moved on that fast after our divorce, wow!" Lilith said in pain, I could see the jealousy all over her already, she already felt like she lost something good, how selfish!

If only they knew Elina was helping me out.

"That's true, the idiot is probably using his failed marriage to abuse Miss Elina Kindness, Madam Elina, you must not trust this man!" Lilith warned, but it only got worse as Elina grabs me closer, giving me an even deeper lip kiss.

Elina was their Perfect Medicine.
