Because of how many participants they had taking part in the SCRIMMAGE and the limit a person could undergo the bombardment procedure the number of events which allowed the Rainbow Phenomenon to happen was limited to twice to once a week and sometimes none a week because if it went on for too long without them getting new fighters there would no longer be a chance to see the Rainbow Phenomenon in action and that had its own issues as well
No matter how different the fighting in the SCRIMMAGE was it was nothing compared to the joy gotten when seeing those purple, red and green lights and steam and also any show which had to recruit many new faces only for them to temporarily stay on for a month or so and then leave would leave a bad taste on the mouth and eyes of those in audience so they had to do with what they could with this list of fighters they had while they worked on the procedure
