2025-04-28 19:13:15Mebon city is a small city settlement located in the west end of Vashut region of Amphil province. Amphil province is a large country with about two hundred million population. It has fifteen regions of which Vashut region is among them.
Although mebon city is a small settlement,there are many powerful families in it like the Dylan family and Logan family, the name of this two rings Bell in the ear of every resident of mebon city, they are the first class families in the city. the second class families are the likes of Blake family of which Alfred family came out from, then there is the third class families, the lowest in family tiers. Mean while in a small two bedrooms apartment complex without elaborate design and shabbily decorated, two couples were discussing in the living room when their daughter ran out of one the rooms scratching all over her body. " dad, mom I don't know what's wrong with me, my whole body is itching me" the mother holds her daughter examining her body, there was no physical injury on her body but she was sweating profusely. " when did it began" Mr Collins her asked worried. "about ten minutes ago dad”she replied still scratching all over. "honey what did you notice" Collins asked his wife Hannah raised her head and replied " I think Alfred might be in trouble" " what!" Collins stood up in agitation, this is not the first time this has happened, it has occurred several times and it is a situation of twins connection where one feels the pain the other is passing through. Alfred and Emelia were twins. No need to search around, Emelia already knew where Alfred is that is also the working of the connection. The good sameritan took Alfred to Mebon city General Hospital, he was admitted into the emergency Ward and the nurses there swing into action. They were healing mages. They first reduced Alfred body temperature which was rising drastically and was making it difficult for him to breath then they began the healing process. the pain began to drop as all the bruises on his body were slowly curing. within 30 minutes, Alfred couldn't feel any pain again but he is still very weak, all the whole Burns and bruises were gone. ' is this the power of a healing mage!, so powerful' Alfred thought as he watch the nurses healing him ' if healing mage power is so powerful what about mages in other fields like fire and lightening mages ' although Alfred knew nothing about magic but he knew how powerful a mage magic is depends on his level and skill, Caleb's fiery ball was only a level two magic but if this fiery ball was cast by a level 4 or 5 magic Alfred would have burnt Alfred to ashes immediately. Alfred looked at the stranger who brought him to the hospital, he was smiling at him, Alfred search his head to know if he knew the man from anywhere but he couldn't recognize him. "How are you now young man" the man asked patting his shoulder. " am feeling fine now thank you for helping me am grateful, God will really bless you" Alfred prayed with all sincerity. " You are welcome, we should always help people when we can that why God gave us superpowers not to bully ourselves" " Alfred was move by the reponse of the strange man, even the nurses present were shaking their heads in admiration for man kind gesture. " Nurse please allow him to rest to regain his lost energy let me transfer the bill to the hospitals account" the man address the head nurse in The Ward, " sure he needs to rest" the nurse replied examining Alfred from head to toe. "there is something I want to attend to I will be back" the stranger chip in when he knew Alfred was about to bombard him with Questions about his Identity and breeze out. other nurses went out to attend to other patients except the head nurse a lady of an average height with oval face and pointed nose that stood as a carved piece of wood by a master caver she was overly beautiful without much makeup. Alfred looked at her and asked her the question meant for the man " do you know the man?" "I don't know" she replied without pausing on what she was writing in a record journal "emm.." "shii! Alfred you need to have your rest as to be discharged today leave the questions for another day ok" Alfred heaved a sigh he knew the nurse is seriously hiding something about the strange man but he doesn't want to prob her further. besides he needs to rest if he really wants to be discharged today. 2 hours later, Mr Collins, his wife and daughter entered into the hospital looking for Alfred, they were directed to his Ward they met him sleeping soundly, Ten minutes later, he woke up with three pairs of eyes staring at him. "Alfred you are awake" Hannah first approach him a delicate smile "yes mum" he replied weakly " what really happened Alfred?" Collins asked while seated on the edge of the bed soothing Alfred's legs. Alfred narrated his ordeal to them with tears gathering in his eyes. After the narration, the three were silent for a some seconds. Mr Collins bow his head looking at the floor, it was evident that he was deeply pained by the terrible experience of his son ' someone did this to my son ' he muttered to himself. Hannah already has tears in her eyes as she stroke Alfred's chin comfortingly while Emelia sat down rested her head on Alfred's chest, " bro don't worry it will be fine " she said smiling passionately.
