Chapter 178

“I think we should take things slower. Let’s not rush things so we can learn to know each other better. Let’s define our priorities and goals.” Amelia mentioned while they were having dinner.

“That’s true, you are very correct. I don’t want us to rush things. Let’s take the process gradually.” Jace confirmed.

They spent another hour and it was time to leave. Jace opted to drop her at her house but she insisted that she wants to get a cab.

“You have to chill, I’m not gonna allow you to go home on your own.” Jace insisted as he opened the car door for her. Left with no choice, she entered.

She didn’t want in any way to be a burden to him, that's why she kept on refusing most of his services. This one she wasn’t going to escape.

“Have a sound sleep.” Jace said. He dropped her in front of her gate and waved his hands at her.

“Thanks, do have a nice sleep too.” Once he dropped her, he was off to his father’s house. It was literally two weeks since he had last set his foot in their house.
