Rein went back to his home as he did not pass his selection Exam and his father disowned him for good this time. He will be exiled to the Dark Lands and so he cried in his room for days. As he cried in his room, he did not eat for several days. His mother comforted him and he decided to do a temporary semi full-time Lord now.

And so for now, he has to pack his things as he will settle to the next home he would be residing. This room was important to him as he was raised here. But it was not important to our Rein nonetheless.

He was more excited to be in the Forester's campaign mission in the Dark Lands. This would be exhilarating and he could not wait.

He put the things that were important to him and several pairs of clothes. Not too much as it would be taxing to bring them all with him.

There were knocks on the door and a familiar voice was heard. It was his mom. She has a youthful appearance despite having 5 children. It seems being a mother was not even taxing for her body and face. She maintained her beauty even when she was in her 40s.

"Hello son, you will become a proper Lord now, I am impressed with my upbringing myself. Now that you will become a proper man and Lord," she giggled at him.

"Just minus you being a pervert and you are fine!" She laughed at him.

Griffith was annoyed at it but he stopped packing. His mother was very important for him as she was the only one that believed in him. Always taking his side in terms of bickering.

"Mom, I will leave now. I won't lie I will miss you truly, or what my heart says right now." Rein said to her.

"Nah, don't cry yet. I know but you must be strong. I know you are the most talented person among your siblings. But don't let it cloud your vision. Especially your pervertednes! Hahaha!" She laughed again then she fell silent. Then tears rolled from her eyes and she sniffled. Making Rein to feel her emotions too.

The two said their goodbyes and then they went to the entrance of the castle.

He went to the carriage and then he said his goodbyes to his mother....

He travelled to the far East and then went out of the carriage as he has to walk towards the dense forest. It was a small narrow road that would be the road towards his village. He went to open his map and then saw that it was nearby.

But to his dismay it was already afternoon and so he built his tent and put his bedroll inside. He cooked soup and then ate and slept.

After a night of sleep, he opened his eyes and then heard the beautiful sound of birds... chirping and whistling that echoed in melancholy. The sound was calming and was soothing to your soul. It deeply penetrates your mind and spirit.

He closed and opened his eyes again and saw the green leaves and the sunlight piercing the canopy of trees. It was a sight to behold.

He was inside the monster forest where he slept. He adjusted his vision and squinted it then saw he was in the center of a forest.

He will copy skills while hiding then analyse them....

He used his copycat eyes that were making his pupils blood red.....he could see farther, more sensitive to movements and his reaction speed became higher.

With that, he made his copycat skill activated.

He saw a slime bouncing on the floor and then used his copycat skill.

[Slime was being copied]

[Copy completed]

He then made battle analysis and plans.

[Perfectionist activated]

Combining his inherent skills and then making it more effective.....

[Fast Learner activated]

He used his skills copycat and fast learner then gained Magic and Skills. Soon after, he copied all the monster animals and then deliberately watched the skills he got.

[Armored lizards have hardened scales and Strengthen....]

[Hunting Spider has a sticky web, iron web, and also silent steps and Haste.....]

[Vampire bats have life steal and Drain....]

[Elemental Spirits has Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning elements]

He was taking his time and went copying and copying left and right. Monsters here and there were being copied.

It was then, he saw a man lying about on the tree. A sword was held in his hands. He has leather armor and then arm leather bracers.

"Hello sir, are you okay?" He asked him but no answers. He immediately shook it off, "Hey."

Then he saw its face after the hood was lifted up. "It was a skeleton!?" To think that it was already dead.

He looted a sword from a dead adventurer and a backpack. His leather armor too. He buried it and prayed to the dead that it may rest in peace.

When suddenly, he heard voices from afar and then he heard humans yell and monsters' shrieks. Its voice was coming from small creatures.

He dashed towards them and saw that a group of youths were surrounded by goblins.

He arrived but it was not too late, then he immediately rescued the villager youths that were fighting.

He used [silent steps] and then tapped his feet on tree to tree and rotated diagonally as he descended to the fray. Slashing a goblin in half without even breaking his breath as he landed. It was a nonchalant face that he exuded when he slashed the enemy.

Immediately, goblins and Hobgoblins attacked and all monsters let loose.

Fight!

Rein then slashed them left and right. They were fast but Rein was faster. He used his [Copycat Eyes] and observed. Immediately the enemies were in turmoil. He could defy logic and was as fast as a seasoned adventurer.

[Copycat eyes activated]

He used his eyes and it became blood red. He saw their moves and his reaction speed became higher. He was pretty new to this but he adapts fast!

He immediately saw the other youths to fight back as they saw the morale rising. The tides of the battle were on their side now.

They screamed to attack and then fought back. Rein on the other hand, was dueling the Hobgoblins and he was outnumbered - greatly!

He immediately was smashed with a club and Rein rolled to the ground and then slashed from bottom to up of the chest of a hobgoblin.

[Clone skill activate]

[Strengthen and Haste skill Activate]

He used clones from his slime skill and he then outmatched them by his numbers. The clones attacked in sync with Wise Sage's command. They immediately slashed and hacked the goblins and then they went chaotic. Limbs and heads flung into the air.

[Perfectionist skill rewards a passive skill: Martial Arts - Swordsmanship]

"Hmm? Good!"

  • The 3 Generals

Inside the large campaign tent, the air was heavy with expectation.A war table stood at the center, covered in maps, drawn lines, and carved figurines representing armies and territories. Oil lanterns flickered on every corner of the tent, casting shadows on the lined faces of hardened warriors. Leather and fur armor rustled as the summoned generals entered and took their places around the table. The tension was tangible, like the stillness before a storm.Rein stood in the middle, arms crossed and gaze sharp as steel.Beside him were Arkhan and Arthurn, his most trusted vanguards, silent, stoic, and radiating unshakable loyalty. On the other end of the tent, Reginald leaned against one of the support beams with arms folded. He was half hidden in the dim light, keen eyes watching everything, as if dissecting every word before it was even spoken. Then the flap of the tent opened.Three figures walked in, each bearing the aura of their people. They were the chosen representatives from

  • Feast

After the battle, they all agreed to have a celebration especially to welcome the new recruits.....the Dark Mages. They immediately prepared for such occasions and everyone was excited. They will have another feast for the visitors.Inside the Soul Realm, the air was no longer filled with tension. No blades drawn, no cries of war, only the sound of laughter and the scent of smoke and roasted meat. They were all merry and joyous.A well-earned celebration. As for the Dark Mages, they were slowly adjusting. They did not feel such freedom from the past and now they were walking in the open without worries of being killed.Rein gave the order: they would host a great feast, not just for victory, but to welcome the Dark Mages. No more suspicion. No more fear.Today, they will celebrate. It was a once in a lifetime moment for the Dark Mages. The warriors spread out first, forming hunting parties. They rushed into the wild forests and plains of the Soul Realm, chasing wild boars. Their roar

  • Dark Mages

Rein returned to his normal form. The radiant glow of evolution dimmed as his body settled once again into his mimic form. His shell pulsed gently with mana, but his expression, if a mimic could truly have one, was lighter now. The tension that had gripped him during the war had lifted. For the first time in days, he chuckled."Ahhh… finally. Enough seriousness. Back to my cheerful self again," Rein said as his voice echoed playfully."Thank you everyone! Now back to business. Let's go home. But first, let's check the Dark mages first." "Arkhan let's go!" He yelled and then raised his arms. "Yes, master!" He knelt then stood up. "They were located at the cave nearby. I will lead you there myself. Arkhan raised an eyebrow, arms crossed, but allowed himself a small grin. The battlefield was cleared, the enemies vanquished.Arkhan paused for a moment. "It's northwest of the battlefield. They're getting weaker..but persistent. Faint enough to be from those barely clinging to life."Wit

  • Overlord Summoner

The Soul Realm trembled. Black fog from the absorption ritual still lingered like smoke above charred soil. The battlefield had fallen into silence, unnatural and deep, after the Lich's defeat and taming. No more howls, no more screams. Only the chilling hum of death magic was still crackling in the distance.Rein stood in the middle of the scorched land, sweat dripping from his brow, his robes stained with sweat and cursed soot. Around him, his warriors began to regroup. Mimics carried the wounded, slimes dissolved the last remains of the undead army, and his elite clones stood at attention, watching their master carefully. Before Rein, the newly resurrected man, once the Undead Lich, knelt calmly. No longer a rotting corpse nor a spectral being of hate, but a man reborn. His hair was silver and wild, his eyes violet and filled with bitter wisdom. He wore a conjured mage coat of dark silk, now reinforced with runes gifted through the taming ritual. Rein's knees suddenly gave way.Hi

  • Rebirth

The battlefield was silent for a heartbeat. Then came the rupture. A black vortex tore through the space, ripping it where the Undead Lich once floated. Rein stood at its center, his right hand outstretched, glowing with an ominous, devouring darkness. His newest skill [Catastrophic Gluttonous Devourer] was in full effect. The Lich screamed, its distorted voice howling across the ruined land. Necrotic tendrils lashed out in desperation, tearing apart what remained of the nearby forest. The ground cracked, the sky trembled, and even the lingering souls of the undead trembled at the sheer force of the absorption."Struggle all you want," Rein muttered, eyes burning with resolve. "You're doomed."The vortex expanded, consuming the darkness, the dark mists, and the shattered corpses scattered from the battle. The Lich resisted with every ounce of its might. Chaos erupted, swirling violently as the two wills clashed. For a brief moment, the Lich's soul pushed back, refusing to be dominated

  • Mage and Warrior Clones Combo

"Focus on whittling down his Barrier!" Rein's voice boomed across the battlefield, filled with the raw intensity of command."Affirmative!" his warriors replied in unison, their voices ringing out with determination. They were ready. They had to be.With synchronized precision, they dashed toward the Lich Overlord. Some leapt into the air, closing the distance quickly, while others focused on direct confrontation. Their goal was clear, to shatter the Lich's barrier before the dreaded Disintegration spell could be unleashed again. They had time now, but none of them knew how long that window would last. The Disintegration spell required a long cooldown, but they couldn't afford to wait too long. Now was their chance. They had weathered the initial blast and survived, their own barriers regenerating to full strength. Rein could sense it, their defenses were strong once more, and with the clones he had summoned, they were ready to strike with overwhelming force. He had confidence now; th
