The Transferred Soul

Alora entered the Vampire World with Dan following her behind. The gateway, as soon as Dan stepped out, disappeared.

"I hope we're not late". She said.

"What exactly are you trying to do?". Dan asked.

"I cannot let Alice kill him". She replied. "Let's go to Olesya.. she might be preparing for the ritual".

Dan nodded and followed her but he stopped in his tracks as he sniffed the air. "I smell something".

"What?". Alora turned towards him.

"It's fire, blood and.. ejork". Dan said.

"What is ejork?". Alora questioned.

"The elixir used in the ritual which helps take the soul out of the body and trap it within a container". Dan replied.

Alora swallowed. "Is the process painful?".

"I..". Dan licked his lips. "Yes".

Alora shuddered. "Luciel would have gone through so much pain".

"Yeah". Dan gave a nod. "But he deserves it".

"Stop it". Alora said.

Dan rolled his eyes. "Anyways, we should better follow the smell.. I don't think they took Luciel to Olesya".

Alora's eyes widened. "Tak
