Petter and Frans

"That's right, if Dorman was still alive, maybe he could form a new colony that was stronger than Domen."

Their conversation drifted towards dissatisfaction led by Edgar. It is true that their position has increased, but the risk of loss of life has also increased. They began to discuss ways for Edgar to step down from his position. It's just that no one dared to reveal it except Petter.

Petter is the adopted son of William, the father of Dorman and Edgar. He is a judge, who used to function as a protector of Domen's illegal activities, but now seems to be defending the country. Petter several times revealed Edgar's small illegal activities, giving sentences as if he was mocking Edgar.

Petter is protected, he is not bound by the Domen plaque because he is not a member. The only reason William adopted Petter was just to make Dorman's work easier. However, unfortunately Petter didn't really like Dorman either, so when there was a coup Petter chose to remain silent. Because even though his status is the younger brother of Dorman and Edgar, in fact he almost never interacts directly.

Petter lived under the same roof as Edgar at Edgar's request, so when there were meetings with mafia leaders in various areas, they could see Petter several times. Like now, the gossip after the routine meeting was heard by Petter who was passing by. The man in a white t-shirt and training trousers looked disdainfully at the heads of each region.

"Dorman is still alive, he will soon come to slaughter you. Geez, you traitors.” Petter immediately left after saying that and just grinned when he saw them silent. After all, who would believe that a person who fell from a plane was still alive?

In the corner of the room, one of the Domen mafia leaders smiled mysteriously. He was the spy, the one who betrayed Edgar, the one who decided to become Jack's man when he found out that Dorman was still alive.

Three months later, the members of Sekma, the new mafia family formed by Matteo, were spread across various training sites. Mountains, forests, cities and villages. Various special abilities are provided, especially self-defense. There are no more Thor, Roger and Martin, now there is only one family, namely Sekma.

"Now Sekma's strength can match thirty percent of Domen's members." Jack reports on new family developments.

Matteo nodded. "It's already very extraordinary, it's just that my target is that our mafia group has at least sixty percent strength, but with limited numbers we have to be satisfied with results like this." Matteo closed Petter's biodata. His half-brother's attitude is neutral, Matteo wants to recruit him actually because he is smart, but Petter will be difficult to control.

“Sir, there is someone looking for Sir by the name of Matteo. He's a little kid.” A guard reported what he heard from his earphones.

Matteo frowned, remembering whether he knew a child? Then Matteo remembered.

“Oh, ask if the little boy has a long wound on his right arm.” Matteo had to hide himself so as not to become Edgar's target, so he couldn't receive random guests.

"That's right sir, he also has slightly curly hair."Matteo grinned. “Let it in. Bring him into this room and all of you get out.”

Jack was confused, but obeyed anyway. A few moments later the boy who had saved Matteo entered the room with a scared face, in his arms was a dog that Matteo remembered was named Ruby.

"Welcome kid." Matteo grinned when he saw Frans who looked scared.

"Uncle!" Frans shouted happily when he saw Matteo's face. He remembered that Matteo wasn't someone who liked being touched, so Frans refused to hug Matteo.

“Uncle, I have completed uncle's request. Now I have a body that is more agile than before. They also make me healthier!” Frans immediately told the story.

Meanwhile, all of Matteo's men, including Jack, had left the room, leaving Matteo to interact with Frans.

Matteo smiled faintly. "Great, by the way it looks like you've grown taller in just three months."

Fran smiled again. “Yeah, I guess.” Even though he actually didn't know whether he was really getting taller.

Matteo rubbed Frans' head. The boy who saved him turned out to have great will. However, Matteo didn't want to pull Frans into a black hole like his world. Matteo wants Frans to be successful, but successful in the right way.

“Frans, apart from carving. What are your skills?”

"Steal?"

Matteo patted his forehead. “I know that, I mean positive things. Playing music? Paint? Athletes? Or a doctor?” Matteo offered.

However, instead of answering, Frans looked at Ruby. “If you think I came here just to be like that, uncle is wrong. Frans wants to be like his uncle, a mafia." Frans said firmly.

Matteo sighed. It's not that it's difficult to make Frans a member of the mafia. After all, Frans does have that ability. It's just that someone as innocent as Frans becoming a mafia makes Matteo feel guilty.

“Frans, the mafia is not something you can be proud of. Illegal and full of danger. Your future can be brighter than mine.”

Frans sighed. “Uncle, aren't you going to get married and have children? Don't you want to retire from being a mafia?"

"So what? Of course I will get married and retire.”

"Then hurry up, let Frans replace uncle." Frans grinned. He was only joking when he said he wanted to be Matteo's replacement, but apparently not with Matteo.

Rather than Edgar, Frans might be better off replacing him when he really wants to retire. Moreover, his half-brother Petter is not at all interested in becoming a mafia. Who will continue this illegal business? Matteo will not make his descendants become mafia like him.

“Frans, there are many things you have to sacrifice if you want to become a mafia. And that also means you will experience training that is not easy.” Matteo explained.

Frans immediately lit up. "Not a problem! I can, I can train until I am truly worthy of being a member of Domen.”
