Chapter ten

Gina's House 

Hacker smash Altair on the ground " you need more power to break my defense " said Altair. Using the astral smite on Altair wasn't enough to break through Altair armor as Altair armor remained unscratched even after the heavy attack. 

Altair was still on the ground and Hacker swung his astral smite to attack Altair. Altair increased his gravity; he made it twenty times astronger. 

" The gravity became heavier, " said hacker. Hacker was baffled, " how can someone have that much power," said hacker. It was terrific, hacker couldn't move

Altair spined and kicked him on his leg, Hacker lost balance and landed on the ground. Altair raised his hammer up and was about to smash Hacker on the ground, Hacker increased his energy, more speed, more strength, he dodged Altair's attack. 

Altair could hit the ground and pulverise it. Hacker attacked using his astral smite he swung it above Altair, they both started attacking with their weapons, hacker had a plan, to put Altair under his spell, to make him sleep in order to do that he needed to make direct contact on Altair's forehead.

 but it was Altair who made a clean hit by smashing Hacker, sending Hacker flying, Hacker landed on the ground sustaining several wounds, he used a recovery item to heal himself. 

Hacker started laughing. He was acting crazy. "This is my win," said Hacker. Altair wasn't moving; he had lost consciousness;  Hacker succeeded in putting Altair under his sleeping spell and now it's up to Altair to break out. 

Altair was inside his memory seeing his regretful life, the very first war where mankind was fighting for dominion. Altair fought alongside with Angel fighting together they still couldn't defeat their enemy they lost hope. 

They met someone who has future sight ability. He gave them hope for them to find energy orbs and that energy will save mankind.

Altair alone went on the quest to find these energy and he succeeded in finding six energy orbs, Altair didn't trust him because one energy orb was so powerful and if getting into the wrong hand might bring greater threat so he hid them in his house and only his family knows. 

He believed in his best friend Angel, he showed him the energy orbs. Angel became desperate to have everything, he set Altair up and killed his family just to get the six energy orbs, having claimed the orbs he absorbed or six energy orbs.

Angel became powerful, no one could stop his reign, Angel went on to Wipeout Altair's clan. 

Rage was burning inside Altair, he vows to stop Angel, it was his commitment that breaks hacker spell, his spirit didn't get weaker after what he saw but got stronger.

Hacker was running straight to cut off Angel head, Altair picked up his hammer he swung it, hacker jumped back. 

Hacker was surprised at how Altair quickly undoed his spell, this has made Altair mad. "You have awakened the beast in me," said Altair. Furiously, the area trembled. 

" The armor repel ghost " Altair said. His armor color changed from blue to red. This time it was Hacker who was caught under Altair's spell. 

[ REPEL GHOST ACTIVATED ] 

Hacker saw himself moving high towards Altair; he couldn't control his body, getting close to Altair. 

 Altair used his hammer and smash Hacker, it was a heavy attack which destroyed half of his face. It sent Hacker flying away from him. 

Again in mid air Hacker hadn't fully recovered from the last hit, once again he was repelled. The armor forces  Hacker to move back to Altair and again Altair smash him. 

Repeatedly, again and again Altair kept on smashing him using the repel spell on him. Hacker called Cracker, his friends to help him but cracker was just on a cliff watching. 

" I thought you said I shouldn't get involved, " said cracker. That was the only thing Cracker said to Hacker as watch him getting pulverized. Hacker saw fear, he couldn't do anything he was drained of energy. 

Hacker was crushed, he died and the fight was over cracker jumped down and walked to his friend lying on the ground dead, cracker stood and looked at Altair both stared at each other from a minute. 

"It is unwise to fight you, for you are strong but not that strong this doesn't mean we won't see again," said Cracker. 

"I will crush anyone who steps in my way," said Altair. He opened a portal and left, back in his kingdom he went straight to Yako, he received good news that Rem is awake. 

Back in the previous scenario where Suho, Fejize and Sussy were waiting for Hacker response.

" This is taking too long, " said Suho. I replied, " we are not holding you if you want to leave you can, I told you if we don't do anything today Rem will die." 

" What difference does it make, if we could kill Hacker you won't get Rem back and besides I think Hacker is already dead," said Suho. 

I was surprised by what he said. I got up from where I was sitting  and walked to meet him. "Why would you think that? " I asked. 

" From what you told me, Altair took Rem because of her ability he needs her, and I don't think she will want her dead if the only way to set her free is by killing Hacker then Altair should be on a fight with Hacker or he has already kill him," Suho explained. 

I was thinking deeply, what Suho said could be true. It wasn't long enough that we saw Cracker appear before us. He told us exactly what happened to Hacker. I was so happy that Rem is safe and also I refused to go with Cracker. I was surprised because he accepted my decision. 

And Sussy became happy from the sudden news, all of a sudden she became alive. 

" Let us go rescue Rem," said Sussy. Ofcos I can't wait to see Rem again but, 

"We had a deal," said Suho. He got up, "I will help you defeat Hacker and you will help me get a rare item," said Suho. 

"But it has changed, nothing happened you didn't help us defeat Hacker so there is no deal," said Sussy. 

"I can't believe this, I have been waiting for a long time to help you, to fight for something that doesn't concern me," Suho explained. 

"Maybe, but your main purpose is what you are going to achieve at the end of the day," said Sussy. 

Sussy walked to meet Suho, both were arguing I want to go after Rem but I was also interested in the rare item because I want to know more. 

"Sussy, remembered what Suho said Altair needs Rem so he won't kill her. We still have time and we need to think very well for our next move," I explained. I walked down to meet them. "I want to know more about this rare item, the same item that made Altair kidnap Rem." 

Sussy settled down and then we moved, Suho led the way. We ended up in an old abandoned house. The outside was dirty, some parts covered by spider webs. 

We walked in and the house was looking scary, there was no one inside but we could feel Mana energy all over the house. Slowly moving around the house we saw a door and walked into the room.

The room we walked into was a maze. It was huge that moment I realized something wasn't right with the house. It looks smaller outside and bigger inside, I am in a world where I can breathe out fire and shoot magic arrows so I wasn't surprised.  

We split up, we kept on checking every room then I saw a plan written down, it's a blueprint to some heavy machine. This house was alone in the middle of a forest and I was getting a bad feeling about it. 

"Yelled, I am sick and tired of this place," said Sussy yelling. I tried sending a signal to calm her down but she didn't, she hit and brought down part of some bricks that created a lot of noise, suddenly we heard a loud roar. 

I hid, I kept watching as I heard continuous footsteps coming in my direction. It was not the stand of a human being's steps. Then I felt the presence getting closer I quickly hide my presence and was in a room, I saw footprints but I couldn't see anyone, I can feel the presence just right there, he continued walking I brought out my head to see what's going on as I could here the steps fading I realized whatever that thing is it's invisible. 

How are we going to fight what we can't see? I need to find Suho and Sussy to regroup. The place was a maze. I was careful so I didn't run into the monster. 

I couldn't easily find my way, and in order to be safe I climbed up the wall so I could have a view of the entire room. I was walking on the wall. I didn't know that when I stepped on a cracked spot, part of the wall broke and created a noise.

Once again the monster roared and that very moment I knew he was coming for me
