First night

At the dinner table two people were seen sitting , they talked occasionally while waiting for the dinner to be served.

These two people were Bai quing and Bai chen , their conversation was mainly about Bai quing's concerned about Bai chen's health while Bai chen consoling his father that he was alright now and didn't feel much pain.

After confirming a few more times that Bai chen was really telling the truth did he finally let go of his worries .

Seeing the expression of relief on his father's face Bai chen's heart had a tingle of warmth, he knew how many sacrifices Bai quing has made for his son. Even though this body's original owner was dead and the current Bai chen may not be his real son but he still very much respected Bai quing and quickly accepted him as his father.

They didn't wait for too long and the dinner was served by a woman who was also in her twenties . The woman who served the food had a warm smile on her fa. She was very beautiful and had a graceful figure. She is Bai quing's mother and her name is Bai Hina.

After serving the food , the family of three started eating while happily talking to each other. In the middle of eating, Bai quing wanted say something to Bai chen but hesitated, Bai chen noticed Bai quing's had something to say but couldn't say it, so he asked first.

"Is there something you wanted to say to me, Father."

Now, since his son has also noticed, Bai quing didn't hold back and finally said it.

"Bai chen, I think you should stay inside the home for a few days to recover and avoid going out too much for some time."

"Yes Bai chen, you should listen to your father, your main priority should be to focus on complete recovery. So, avoid going out for some time."

Hearing what her husband was saying, Hina also said the same thing with a guilty expression. This incident of Bai quing getting injury on his head by tripping while strolling has spread through the whole clan and made him a laughing stock in the whole clan.

Bai quing and Hina didn't want their son to go out an become the source of ridicule of all clan members. They were afraid that these ridicules towards him would effect Bai chen negatively.

Bai quing already has a lot of important things to deal with, so he really couldn't give this matter much attention, even if he wanted to. They can only hope that with time, clam members would stop talking about this incident.

Bai chen could also guess why his parents parents were asking him to stay at home, so he nodded his head. But he didn't want to waste his time while staying at his home so he asked his father for a few things he needed.

"Dad, can you please give me a few books related to chakra manipulation, a piece of chakra paper and a sword. Since I will only be staying at home for next few days, it's better to start some training."

'Huh?'

Bai chen's words caught Bai quing off guard and he was a bit surprise and almost couldn't believe that Bai chen would request for books, a sword and chakra paper, not because it was too much, but because Bai chen never liked reading books and he was never good at swords due to his weak physique, this sudden change in Bai chen was a little unexpected but not suspicious.

To him it just seemed like the incident motivated Bai chen to improve himself and of course he was very happy about it but he still needed to confirm whether Bai chen was truly serious this time because in the past there has been a couple of moments like these, where Bai chen wanted to train himself, but he would always quit, saying that it was too difficult for him.

So, just to check Bai chen's determination Bai quing asked him.

"Son, are you sure about what you are saying amd are you certain that after I give you these things, you will not quit."

"Yes, I am well aware about what I am saying, I need those books more urgently, my knowledge is not very thorough about chakra manipulation and application, I don't want to cause anymore trouble to both of you so I decided to start working hard and improve myself and this time my decision will not change."Bai chen said with a firm expression.

Hearing Bai quing's later- half of the sentence both Quing and Hina were suprised and happy knowing that their has son finally become serious.

But Hina still said to Bai chen with a smile.

"Son don't think that you cause any trouble to us, you are our son, so it's our duty to protect you and your parents are also very strong, we can take on these troubles with little to no efforts. But mother is very happy that you have finally made up your mind."

"Yes son your mother is right and as I said earlier, you should not worry about us" Bai Quing said with a smile and he continued," but seeing that you have finally made a decision to improve yourself, as your father, i will definitely support you. I will deliver all those things you asked for by tomorrow."

Hearing his father words, Bai chen was very happy and thanked him. Seeing that his parents agreed so quickly he breathe a sigh of relief .

'Having such supportive parents, this feeling is very nice'.

After the dinner Bai chen returned to his room. While laying on bed he tried to recall every information he can remember according to the anime , unfortunately there was too little information about sengoku period . After Recovering whatever little he could he ordered chip to make new folder to store these information.

Finally after sorting everything he was mentally tired and decided to take a good rest tonight .
