Chapter 103: Wonderfully wrong

"Banshee.....!!! She heard a husky voice call, at some point, she thought this voice sounded familiar.

She sucked in a sharp breath of slight startle when Banshee that was growling at her like she was a meal ready to be devoured took a step back. Even though Banshee looked like he wasn't satisfied with whatever that made her halt.

She was happy that she wasn't devoured. That would have been worse than dying as a prisoner and allegedly spy.

She twisted in fear, glancing at the closed door to where the voice came from, and froze.

Standing on the entrance with the door closed, his two hands dug inside his side pockets was a man who shouldn't be here.

She could feel the weight of his gaze on her shoulder and she felt sick at her thoughts. The thought of what she did minutes ago hit her like a train.

What is he doing here again?

She turned slightly to her left and saw Banshee, lying down with her tongue sticking out, she wasn't growling like before.
