Anne opened her eyes abruptly. The first thing she saw was the white ceiling and the glaring lights. Anne sensed the nose-numbing smell of drugs in the room. She realized she was in a familiar place. She quickly got up and sat on the bed. She looked to her right and left, and saw Sisca fast asleep in the next bed. There was no one in the room except the two of them.

A moment later Lisa came running up to Anne. "Anne, how are you?" she asked.

Anne held her forehead. Her memory was vague, what she remembered was the incident in the church and she was helped by a black figure who turned out to be James. However, she was confused whether the incident was real or imaginary, because she was still confused whether James was dead or not. Trying to remember things that didn't make sense made her head dizzy.
