Mr. Mirano looked up from his newspaper, lowering his reading glasses as he regarded his wife. "What is it, dear?"

Mrs. Mirano took a deep breath, her fingers twisting the hem of her apron nervously. "It's Shane-Leo... he hasn't been home much since he became CEO."
